هذي4 مره احجز فيه نفس الغرفه والسعر مبالغ فيه وطلبو مني اكنسل حجزي ف البرنامج بوكينق عشان احجز عن طريقهم + النظافه سييئه ويعتبر غالي ع سعره حده 130 ريال الى150 وماكملت12 ساعه ابدا دخلت الساعه5 الفجر وقالو بتطلعين الساعه 2 ترا وجلسو يدقون علي من12 خير؟

الشقق غير نظيفه الاثاث قديم جدا جدا الارضيات موكيت غير نظيفه وبها رائحه كريهه دورات المياه متهالكه لايوجد أدوات مطبخ السرير غير مريح ابدا المخدات شبيه بالصخر المسبح غير نظيف ابدا واوقات العمل في المسبح غير مناسبه للعوائل. لا انصح بهذه الشقق ابد للعوائل لايوجد مواقف سيارات خاصه بالشقق جميع المواقف عامه وتحت أشعة الشمس.

Greedy, booked seven nights for a rate and extended one nite for 50% of the original amount for full 7 nights! During check-out I had to pay an additional amounts for late checkout - although it was less than 20 minutes but they charge by the hour. Facility is extremely poor, bathroom ceiling fell-off due to leak on the upper floor

Each time I visit this hotel there are some problems as detailed below. This is the last visit for me because they are unwilling to improve and learn how to treat customers with best value. 1. Door Smart Key - Battery dead (second time) 2. Refrigerator is not working properly 3. Reception is defending their problems and unwilling to accept these shortcomings 4. The Maintenace team are not doing their job. They are useless. No periodical or preventive Maintenace at all.

Poor Management No running restaurant Asking 25 Sr for simple breakfast I booked room for 6 persons and there was no beds for 2 persons. While we asked the mattress they provided 2 very thin mattresses and the reception who was always playing with her mobile, told us no mattress in all hotel as taken by others. Meanwhile, met with one Indian and he said you will be charged for additional bed I agreed but the service boy mentioned that he is alone finally that guy give mattress. I surprise why the reception were having no information. Facilities are good but poorly managed or we can say missed managed.
