The breakfest was very good

The hotel has no swimmingpool, and restaurant, so we has to order Pizza from outside. The room has no good chair and table so we had to put the Pizza beside the TV. There was no curtain in the shower. After shower the wc was all vet. People in other room moved the table and chairs from outside and that was to heavy so they drag it very noisy on the floor.

We like the location and staff are very friendly

The receptionist very friendly and the environment nice too.

No full toiletries.. no tooth paste tooth brush.. the price is quite higher than what we can see for the hotel star rating .

The reception staff is very helpful and can communicate in English. She helped us to look for car workshop and car rental service when we were facing car problem.

Staff very polite, stayed for one night, it was comfortable & very good stay. And also very convenient to the attraction points, strongly recommend

Das Siva Royal ist gut gelegen. Viele Restaurants und Shop‘s in der Nähe. Für Ausflüge ist wie überall in Thailand, ein Motorbike von Vorteil😉 Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn wir fragen hatten, konnte uns immer jemand helfen. Wir fragten z.B. auch nach Eis und obwohl sie keine eigene Eismaschine haben, wurde uns ein Kübel voll Eis für Getränke besorgt.😍 Das Kaffee auf dem selben Gelände, serviert sehr guten Kaffee…heiss, iced oder auch Frappe🤤

Comfortable and cleaniness

Lovely kind staff, nice air conditioned rooms with plenty of space, and in a nice location with lovely views. Also has a gym and separate area for breakfast.

The bathroom door lock didn't work in our room but that was the only real issue we had here.

The staff were amazing, very friendly, polite and helpful. The location is good. The room was a good size.

I was not so keen on the wall. It looked like mouldy or dirty spots all over the wall. This made me feel uncomfortable. The AC was not so good, although it was working. Ps. I stayed at the hotel before and it was fine. I could ask to change the room, but I decided not to do so as it was bearable. I prefer to chill and relax instead of making a complaint, then change to another room and etc

Very clean, lots of parking available on site and the staffs are very helpful. The room is very big and walking distance to local eateries. The train night market is around 8-10 minutes drive

I am not so keen on the shower. The room which I stayed in didn't have a good shower head. I found that the water was dripping instead of flowing properly. By the way, I meant the small shower head, which I prefer using it.

Very clean spacious room and very helpful staff. Great location for both visiting the city and the surrounding area.

The strategic location is the main plus point as the hotel is very near to the town and there are many restaurants nearby. The hotel is very clean as well including common area. The staffs are very pleasant too and always ready to lend a helping hand.

The rooms are comfortable for 2 adults but when you add extra bed, the space is limited. There are no family rooms as well, it will be good if they can provide family rooms so those travelling with family can get comfier.

bahtroom no seperation between shower part and dry part. Make the floor wet all time. Even the bathroom size is big, but the functional design is not user friendly. Leaving out the bathroom problem, it will be petfect.

One of the better hotels Phatthalung. Room was big and clean. At night the area is quiet and away from the main street. Shops are a distance away though but the hotel staff can assist if you require transport to go around town. Staff were friendly & helpful.
