La encargada de los apartamentos es una grosera odiosa y ten en cuenta que si se terminó el papel higiénico te lo cobra y de mala gana de verdad que esas señora no debería estar ahí... Muy mala experiencia aparte te dan una llave por apartamento aunque sea 2 personas y salgan por individual cuando le pregunta a la señora esta solo dice es una aunque sean 6 personas sin darle la solución a uno por lo menos me pude comunicar con el número que estaba aquí y me resolvieron pero increíble el mal trato de esa señora

Que el inodoro no bajara. Siempre era una lucha para que bajara, pero luego de eso, todo bien.

Aparte del precio de la reserva en Booking se inventaron un sobrecosto dizque por los gastos de limpieza -que no aparecían por ningún lado en la reserva- (emulando a Airbnb) que incrementó el precio a pagar un 100%. Así que tengan cuidado al reservar este alojamiento porque podrían encontrarse con una desagradable sorpresa al llegar.

El trato, seco y distante. Ubicación: pésima. Lejos de la playa. A tres cuadras hay un súper es lo más rescatable. Instalaciones: el baño estaba roto, pedimos una solución y no lo pudieron hacer. Pedimos reintegro parcial y no quisieron. Nos dieron otra habitación. Olores: es tremendo el olor que hay. No viene del baño, sino de la cañería de la cocina. Paredes sucias, sábanas sucias. Atención: la reserva era para 4 personas. En el apartamento había 3 sillas, las reclamé: aún sigo esperando que las traigan. Una lástima realmente. Recomiendo hacer un esfuerzo más e ir a un all inclusive aunque sean menos días y un poco más caro sin importar que sea el mejor.

muy buenos dias , para nosotros ha sido una muy mala esperiencia .un dia antes entraron en la habitacion ala madrugada y nos robaron algunas cosas. hablamos con daniel el de la administarcion y solo nos dijo . que eso no habia pasado nunca . el dia anterior al robo hicieron aseo en el apartamento cuando nosotros no estabamos . y dejaron una de las ventanas de una habitacion abierta, y por hay fue que entraron a robar asi que la persona que hizo el aseo , para mi esta con la persona que roba . nos fuimos un dia antes del alojamiento ya que para nosotros no era seguro. muy mala esperiencia

Beautiful location.Kind staff.The appartment with all you need to cook. The property have 2 pools clean,very nice. Very close with supermarket ,shops ,restaurant. Just to know the you need taxi to go to the beach. If you want to spend long time in Punta Cana this is the place.

Our experience was extremely disappointing. The first apartment we were given had a major plumbing issue. After taking a shower, water was leaking and flowing from the bathtub area, making the unit unsafe and not suitable for living. We were moved to another apartment, but the air conditioning was not working. In the climate of the Dominican Republic, air conditioning is an essential amenity. The temperature inside was extremely high and it was impossible to stay there. The property informed us that no other units were available and did not offer a proper solution. As a result, we were forced to leave at night and find alternative accommodation at our own expense. The property failed to provide accommodation as advertised. I cannot recommend this place.

Absolutamente nada en este establecimiento ouede gustar a nadie, reseñas amañadas, no puede ser que opinen cosas buenas de este antro... Fue deprimente y no mejoró tras el cambio o posible mejora. Al revés, fue peor. Goteras, cucarachas, malos olores, pocos accesorios, falta de limpieza, roturas por todas partes, falta de mobiliario, etc

Muebles cocina rotos, suciedad, ventanas estropeadas, falta de wifi o inexistencia del mismo, ventilador roto, enchufes en mal estado, cuadros de la luz?, televisión solo de adorno, baños atascados, duchas que tardan 20 minutos en calentar, toallas escasas o nulas, papel higiénico por demanda, o comprado personal. Accesibilidad peligrosa, falta de iluminación nocturna

L'assistenza, il personale della reception, ci hanno addebitato 60 dollari per la prima notte, oltre al costo totale, perché la persona che era con me Ma che non era l'intestataria della prenotazione ma è arrivata regolarmente in struttura, in quanto ha me hanno cancellato il volo arrivando da altra destinazione e sono arrivato il giorno dopo. Io non sono riuscito a inviare mail alla struttura, perché c'erano problemi von internet. La mia compagna ha mostrato loro con il mio numero di cellulare i messaggi dove le comunicavo i problemi della cancellazione del volo e le inviavo I dati di prenotazione e si pin della stessa. Non hanno sentito spiegazioni e hanno fatto pagare per la prima notte, già compresa nella prenotazione 60 dollari e il giorno dopo tutta la prenotazione intera, compresa la.notte pagata la.sera prima e a prezzo molto più alto. Struttura vecchia, sporca e con appartamenti con arredamento sporco e fatiscente,.oltre a tanti problemi di ordine funzionale nei bagni nella cucina dove non funzionava quasi niente . Elettrodomestici non funzinanti. Nel bagno pioveva dal tetto e nonostante le nostre varie segnalazioni, hanno aspettato tantissimi giorni prima d'intervenire o addirittura non sono intervenuti. Luci fulminate e mai sostituite anche sotto richiesta formale. Da non consigliare Pessimo

Dont buy with Daniel tours. Contact Sandoval or Raquel. I love stuff guys, jasmine was amazing with us, also if you need taxi you can choose Sandoval. Great price for value, this hotel has everything, I recommend just use for sleep and enjoy tours.

Daniel wanted to scam us, we pay 195 USA and they cancel tour because weather so then we ask for our money and he say that he won't give us back entire money, only 150 because weather, you can choose Raquel or Sandoval for buy, they are honest. Daniel is scam person.

El muchacho de recepción no nos quiso colaborar con otra tarjeta de ingreso y eso nos generó inconvenientes, ya que se debe dejar en el apartamento para que funcionen las luces, sin embargo al alguien salir tiene problemas para abrir puertas, piscina le falta mantenimiento

Otrzymaliśmy bardzo ładny apartament , z dwoma pokojami, kuchnią i dużym salonem. Było bardzo wygodnie. Do plaży trzeba dojechac, ale byliśmy nastawieni na wycieczki, więc odbierano nas z hotelu. Do najbliższego Supermerkado można byli dojść piechotą. Polecam , szczególnie jeśli ma się samochód. Spokojna okolica w Bavaro.

Zażądano od nas kwoty o 20 dolarów większej niż było podane w rezerwacji booking.com. twierdząc, że taką kwotę oni mają podaną na booking.com.

I liked the layout of the apartment and location. Staff was also extremely helpful and attentive.

My only issue was that the oven did not have any numbers on it to guide temperature control

The staff was not the best in english but with a translator i was better able to understand and my team and I had a wonderful time! The rooms are clean, spacious and the property is maintained daily. It was very easy to access and a comfortable space. Will be back again!

Tout à été très bien à seven beache, ça fait déjà 3 fois que moi et mon mari a passé des superbes moments à seven beaches .

The scenery is excellent for properties. The staff can be helpful but if they can’t sort things they tend to not be in the office and someone else’s has to deal with the Subject, using the reason “the other person is not here to deal with it”. They seem very cautious before they start smiling at you. Of course there is a barrier of language. The apartment wasn’t fixed before I arrived there ( the tap water had very low pressure) they fixed the tap after I arrived. If you persist on something they usually attend to the matter! Scenery was beautiful and very Calm and soothing; I tend to find calm is relaxing for tourists, but also Calm can be too relaxing if they are doing a job too slowly,

I stayed there for 13 days. From day one, I noticed the lack of courtesy from the receptionist. The toilet did not flush. As I was asleep, I felt something crawling on my left arm, I quickly woke up and discovered that it was a big roach about 2 inches long. The room I stayed in, was completely flooded with water coming from the outside through the front door after it had rained. The room attendant/s would somehow bring 2 towels into the room and didn't even make the bed up. The ceiling fan rattled the whole time I was there. Overall, you get what you paid for! By the way, the night before I checked out, there was a stray dog who made his way to my front door on the second floor. Worst of all, what really made this an awful experience was the fact that the dog pooped about 8 feet from the door to my room.

Water dripping from bathroom ceiling no wash clothes no air in living room and kitchen smelly

We took about 45 mins to check in alone, the place was filthy when we arrived. There wasn’t any towels in the bathroom, half roll of toilet paper for 4 days stay for 2 people. I called reception ask for towel and toilet paper upon arrival in our room they took about 1/2 hour before bringing two towels only to our room. The didn’t bring the toilet paper thankfully we always travel with wet wipes. 2 days after our stay I requested 2 more towels as those ones got dirty and toilet paper again they never brought it. The washroom window was completely broken anyone could’ve get into our room by going through the broken windows. The microwave in the room wasn’t working as well. The day of our check out the receptionist came up to our room 10:50 am telling us it’s time to check out which we were ready and was about to leave. Very poor service and low maintenance. I don’t advice anyone to stay here no matter how cheap it is !!!!!

The place is decent I booked two apartments. Upon checking in the receptionist on the evening of Sunday April 20th 2025 lacks customer service. My buddy and I walked into the office and she carried on with her conversation like she did not see us though I acknowledged her when I walked in. After checking in another lady walked us to the apartments but only provided towels for one apartment. The you lady said she would be back with the towels for the other apartment. An hour went by I informed the receptionist about the matter she said the towels would be sent . The following morning upon reminding her about the towels we finally received them. I paid for both apartments upon arrival but got towels for the second apartment the next day. I work in the service industry for seventeen years this sort of behavior is unacceptable. The property is fairly priced and customer service should be better. Would I recommend or stay in the future. Not si sure

Bad customer service at front desk

The staff is wonderful. The accommodations are alright but infrastructure is poor, no comfortable furniture, no beaches at Punta Cana seven beaches, the other name is Bavaro Green is the same hotel.

I never have hot water in this place actually I did not have any water for couple of days a lot of ants in the room The Refrigerator and the freezer not working terrible stay

This property was great for large families. It just needs more entertainment options and air conditioning in the living room.

This property is great for local experience! I have been to all stars type places, and this place is great in my opinion. Grab supplies from a few blocks away for a week or month. What i paid for a week in January, I was more than happy.I probably could have tipped a bit more.

I like the price with Expedia, I rebook and jack the price. You only get one towel per guess. But, at less ther change it every other day Also, with the bed sheets. The extra and change every 5th day. The bricks are lose especially around the pool. I got bitten by mosquitoes and lots of fly. So, long you don't open the window it fine. Is pretty quiet during the week days. I was able to relax.

I arrived and was given a room immediately next to the busy reception office. There were used towels left. I was then transferred to another unit after complaining of the room. The next room was not any better. There were amenities left such as coffee maker and safety box did not have batteries to use. The trash in kitchen was full. And some dishes were dirty. The safety box was not usable at all. Very disappointing period!

The freezer smelled bad, the toilet seat was falling off, everything looks old, the fridge handle on one of them was gone, most things were cheaply done and made. The shower doors didn’t even go together, leaving a huge gap and caused water to go everywhere on the bathroom floor. Some rooms smelled like piss. None of it felt luxury, if anything it looked like it tried to be luxury but failed in so many ways. Not worth the money.
