Loved the room and the breakfast. It was a buffet-style with a lot of options.

Mainly how expensive it was and the facilities/restaurants around it. It was too expensive compared to the quality of what it offers.

It’s a bit older but it is still nice. The staffs are what makes this place nice because they are all professional and accommodating.

The room view + the floor is dirty especially the bathroom floor my daughter and I slipped when we got out the shower. The floor is slimy like it wasnt cleaned for a very long time plus no slipper provided. I called and asked they said they provided one I kept looking but theres none dont have the energey to call back since we were tired from swimming and already bout to sleep

The bed was extremely comfortable and the housekeeping service was excellent.

Would be great if water pressure for showering may be improved.

The availability of bottled water during our stay and the delay of availments of amenities like the wall climbing the person incharge are not available by 8am as well as the pool it took 30 minutes before we can use it.

This place was superb. My kids really enjoy their pool and view deck. Their staff was very accomodating and friendly. For sure we will book again to this resort.

I booked two rooms. The 1103 room was ok . No problem. But the 1102 room where I accommodated two friends had a problem with maintenance . There was no water heater and the shower room got flooded as it had problems with drainage . And the shower room Had no elevated divider to retain water inside shower room so water flooded the comfort room . It was reported to receptionist so that next guest will have no problem.

Das Personal war extrem unfähig. Frühstück und Nachtessen völlig überteuert. Von 12 Weinen zur Auswahl waren nur zwei verfügbar und man musste alles fünfmal sagen bevor das Personal einen Finger rührte. Auf einen Kaffee muss man beim Frühstücksbuffet gut 40 Minuten warten, unglaublich. Das Zimmer war dreckig. Sie Waschbecken. Beim Pool hat es nicht einmal Liegestühle. Das Personal hat die Beschwerde aufgenommen und versprach, dass sich der Manager melden würde. Bis heute hat sich niemand gemeldet, aber das war ja klar. So laufen die Dinge auf den Philippinen.

The location, the view, the space of rooms and the fooooooood! Super love the food especially the bfast.

Check in time is too late. It was 3pm, which was really late compared to other hotels. Check out time is acceptable to 11am. But it would be better to make the check in time even by 1pm or 2pm.

- The kids pool was out of service and should be fixed as soon as possible. - During breakfast it was not allowed to sit outside on the balcony. This should be allowed. - The fridge in the restaurant was broken, so there were no cold drinks.

Staff doesn’t quite embody a service industry professional presence. Maybe a little upskilling. It’s more of just a neighborhood feels type of services. Food in buffet is just normal. Cost not commensurate to services. They aced the amentities and facilities though.

The place offers a great view of Metro Manila whether its during the day or at night time. It has a very relaxing feel and the services feel "premium". The food was also good and the staff were very attentive to our needs, especially that I brought along my parents who are senior citizens.

Unlike other hotels, the check in and check out time are not the usual 2pm to 12nn, and added 2 hours will mean a lot for spending time in such a nice area. Likewise, the hotel also needs to work on its elevators ASAP as seniors are having the difficulty to move around due to the many flights of stairs.

What we like most is the view and the facility itself. The staff is very accommodating and approachable. My family, especially the kids, enjoyed this summer experience very much and they wanted to stay more. We will definitely come back.

I like everything about timberland highlands resort.

Kind and accommodating staffs, lovely views, and nice facilities.

Upon arrival, we were given an early check. 90 minutes to prior to the standard time and we really appreciated it. I’d like to commend Kars, very eloquent, professional, and proactive. She really stood out. The F&B Team was superb, so attentive and helpful. I’d like to commend Rolan for the service whenever he brings food in our room. Room was immaculately clean and spacious. Plus the excellent wifi.

On our 2nd night, there were banging, pulling, stomping noise, then found out we are under an event space, but kudos to the reception who did his job and did proactive follow through.

The amenities, specially the pool!! And the buffet is superb!!!

Elevators were down so it was a bit tiring to go up and down the stairs to and from the facilities. Would be good to have buffet breakfast and dinner on weekdays too.

Really loved the kids area, the badminton area and the gym. The food was good too.

There are many things to like about the resort but the service felt lacking in some areas. For example, we were at the breakfast buffet at 655 and was stopped by a waiter from getting food because she insisted that buffet starts at 7. Normally that wouldn’t bother us but we were with a child who was hungry. Maybe don’t let people in if they are very strict about the time. Incomplete items in the rooms even though we checked in at 3pm (no bath mat, not enough towels). Internet was very intermittent. Rooms were old. Our door’s lock wasn’t working and sheets were stained. No one answers texts or calls on their mobile number prior to checkin. Staff also gave conflicting times on the start of some activities (bonfire started at 530 but front desk said it started at 630), kids playroom opens at 7 but some said it opens at 8.

They didnt tell us that there is No elevator since i am pregnant and have 2kids. 2yrs old and 1year old
