Pequeños ajustes que se pueden hacer para mantenerlo siempre y de esa manera seguir prestando ese maravilloso servicio

Located in a very nice area and close to the metro. The place is really cool and the staff very friendly and informative.

The corridor light gets through the top part of the wall that is made of clear glass. That woke me up a few times in the middle of the night.

Great breakfast made to order, cheap bar and great social atmosphere

Ho apprezzato la gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff. Siamo arrivati di mattina prestissimo e nonostante la stanza non fosse pronta vi hanno permesso di dormire sulle amache e di usare i servizi. La posizione è ottima, il quartiere è molto vivo e ci sono diversi locali carini :)

Le lenzuola purtroppo erano sporche e avevano un cattivo odore.

Oh my god, the WIFI was so bad. It was difficult to book tours, plan future travelling with it. It didn't work upstairs.

Personal amable y con buena disposición, excelente ubicación, la terraza es perfecta para descansar y lugar seguro.

Si te toca la primera habitación, en la noches o en las mañanas se vuelve un poco molesto dormir por el ruido de la calle y de recepción. Pero tampoco es algo tan grave.

La atención, todos en el hotel son muy amables, la ubicación es excelente

Location was great. 24hr check-in was nice, along with the 12PM checkout.

I spent a few years backpacking Europe, staying in many seedy hostels - this one is amongst the worst. -BED BUGS / CHINCHES! Guy at reception got super aggressive upon informing him. -Poor Hospitality. Reception hardly gave me the time of day. No tour, no info, no smile. -What looked like a homeless person was sleeping on the couch in reception.When I jovially asked about it reception gave a grunt & looked back at his computer. -There's a mild smell of moisture & mold everywhere. -Roaches in the lockers & bathrooms. -Poor ventilation in the room. No air conditioning, just fans -Ladder & bunk bed screws loose making it super wobbly. -Bed outlet had a broken off metal plug protruding from it. -Door to the terrace (near rooms) shrieks so loud when opening I'm shocked it doesn't wake the hostel. People were in and out until late. -Years of deferred maintenance & super rundown. Receptions leather furniture was worn until the inside showed. -Bedding was dirty. -Bad Wifi. Fluctuated between 0-3mbps. My phone was stalling on 240p. -Room filled with cigarette smoke from the terrace upon opening the room door. -No lock on room door. -I saw no signed of evening activities, & the TV looked like it had been covered up & unplugged for years. 3-4 dead flies on the communal room beanbags. I have pretty low standards for hostels - I absolutely do not recommend staying here.

The showers were great. Very big and the pressure was great. 4/5 showers so never a queue. The kitchen was also quite big, and had lots of pots and pans. The rooftop had potential. The location was good.

The room: The room was honestly awful. Firstly the mattress had a plastic cover that made so much noise when you moved a muscle. The bedsheet would come off every time you moved, resulting in you waking up every morning with no sheets and sleeping on the plastic. This also made the already unbearable hot room, even more difficult to sleep in as the plastic made you sweat. The bedsheets were filthy, as if it wasn’t changed from the previous person. There was 0 ventilation in the room, and no AC. There was a big fan on the roof, that just wafted warm air around. Each bunk had a mini fan which gave off no air whatsoever. One bunk had the fan attached to it, and when turned on, it made the entire bunk shake, so that one could not even be used. The storage bins under the bed were so annoying to lock as you have to lift them off the ground to fit the lock through the hole. You were also able to put your hand into them as they pulled out a bit before the lock would stop them. They were big though. There was a personal light and a plug socket at each bunk, as well as a tiny shelf. With no curtains for privacy, this lit up the whole room. The pillow was very thin. The top bunk was very close to the ceiling, which was also dirty. You could also not lock the form room when we left. Honestly one of the worst dorms I have ever been in. The hostel: Pots weren’t the cleanest, and dishes and cutlery were kept on a shelf very close to the floor. You also had to use a lighter to get the hob to work, and nearly light each little flame individually. Was clean and well stocked with pots and pans. The indoor common area could use some AC as it gets very hot. There were bean bags and a tv covered in plastic and was not used. The rooftop bar had potential but they didn’t have any vodka. There’s games but we didn’t see anyone up there that wasn’t staff.

Cuando llegamos el personal no nos explico absolutamente nada, tuvimos que hacer muchas preguntas básicas. Y en el desayuno el primer día la mujer no nos había avisado que el desayuno está a listo y cuando fuimos a preguntar lo había dejado ahí en la mesa sin decirnos y ya estaba frío, ella estaba sentada con su celular

De belles rencontres dans cet Hostal, l’ambiance était bonne ! Le personnel est sympa et c’est propre, nous recommandons :)

Deuxième fois que nous revenons et tout est génial !

O hostel é muito bom, adoramos, atendimento desde o principio, o quarto, as camas eram muito confortáveis, a area externa social, e tinha um gato muito lindo de mascote do hostel. voltaríamos com certeza

La ubicación

La instalaciones estan muy deterioradas, el aseo no es tan bueno, yo habia ido hace 5 años y ahora esta muy deteriorado lo han abandonado mucho, el personal no es tan bueno, el personal de la cocina fue muy grosera poco colaboradora, ya que nosotras necesitabamos desayunar antes del horario la chica de recepción nos dijo que podiamos cocinar asi lo hicimos pero la chica de la cocina no le gusto, no respondio de una forma muy grosera . Muy mal servicio del personal.

Staff were super nice, the facilities are great. Cheap and in a good location in the city close to the metro and supermarket, the neighborhood is pretty expensive.

Everything was very clean. Rules were set implace to make sure it wasn’t too chaotic and noisy

The linen didn’t fit the beds at all, so the sleeping situation was physically uncomfortable

The breakfast in the morning was good and there’s also options to cook for yourself, tap water was drinkable. The location was great the area has some amazing food and drink places aswell as being super close to the music areas.

There’s not anywhere you can chill after midnight as the roof closes and the area downstairs you can’t have any lights on so you just sit in the dark.

Prometen un desayuno que no pude tomar por qué la señora que lo prepara llega tarde y encima súper grosera, deberían enseñarle a hablar mejor a los clientes

La educación de las personas que trabajan en el hostel y el ambiente son excelentes

No haya nada no hay nada que no me haya gustado he dejado muy buenas experiencias y me parece un buen servicio

Que todo era tranquilo y que uno podía salir y llegar a Provenza o poblado rápidamente. Y que las habitaciones venian con un ventilador por cada cama

El personal de cocina, que tuvo que decirme que si no le pedía el desayuno pues no me iba a atender, y que luego me se lo que debía lavar mi plato cuando ya estaba yendo a la cocina a hacer eso, me pareció descortés y grosero de su parte, no hacía falta.

Good location in El Poblado

I just stayed one night and then canceled to stay in another hostel. The room smelled moldy. The sheets in the bed came off after one minute and then you spend the whole night trying to rearrange them. The kitchen was not clean and not well equipped. There are no nice, comfortable places to eat or hang out. Reception was not helpful and only interested in getting back to playing video games or whatever. Still haven't received an answer to my message. Actually the worst hostel on my three-months-trip and the first time I wanted to change hostels.

Basic accommodation with the bare minimum. Was not terrible. roof area is very chill and relaxing. because there wasn’t a lot of people it was quiet. free breakfast was nice. location is perfect.

Lugar súper cómodo, con buena vibra. espacios piolas copados y la gente huésped súper predispuesta a conocer nuevas culturas y personas. Excepcional si vas con amigos

La ubicación y el desayuno de cortesía que ofrece el hostel. Además las camas eran cómodas, tenian espacio de guardado personal y nos tocó una habitación con buena ventilación.

La habitación está comunicada a traves de la ventana con la del lado, por lo que se escuchan alarmas y demás. En la habitación teníamos baño privado y salía como olor a cloaca por momentos de la bacha

La ubicación y el precio. Cerca de bares y restaurantes de todo precio. En el bar de la terraza conocí mucha gente interesante. El hotel está cerca de Provenza donde estan todas las discos

Je n’y ai passé qu’une nuit, en transit. L’auberge est bien située, à proximité de nombreux commerces, et le personnel est à l’écoute.

Le dortoir ne disposait pas de fenêtre. Pour une nuit, cela ne m’a pas posé de problème, mais sur un séjour plus long, cela peut être un peu inconfortable, notamment si l’on est sensible au manque de lumière naturelle et/ou aux odeurs.

Je ne suis pas restée dans cet hostel, l’odeur de moisissure et de sueur était trop inconfortable, moisissure sur les murs. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi l’établissement a de son bons commentaires. J’ai du payer une autre auberge

High volume hostel where you can easily meet others. There are several shared spaces which are nice. Restaurants and cafés are near by. Breakfast was free

This touristic district is safe and expensive. The top beds have no fresh air and mine was smelly. This was the 1st place in 4 months that did not give free towels Hot water was fluctuating and not very hot

Excelente servicio, muy limpio todo. El personal muy servicial y dedicado. Muy buena ubicación, cerca de la estación de metro, con buenas opciones de gastronomía muy cerca del lugar. Instalaciones cómodas para descansar y dormir tranquilo. Cama muy cómoda y habitación fresca.

Que la terraza bar tan linda, tiene restricciones horarias y no se puede utilizar a partir de las 23.30

The hostal was in a good location, the kitchen is a good size to accommodate multiple guests cooking which is so helpful! The staff are really friendly & the showers are hot (providing no one else is showing at the same time. Only once it went cold!) the private double room was a good size. The bar closed at a good time so the noise didn’t go in all night.

Sadly the other guests! Which isn’t necessarily fair to mark a hostal down for but in speaking with locals this hostal has a reputation for the kind of guests we encountered whilst we were there. We were woken up most nights by people coming home at 4/5am as the shared toilet was opposite our room people were in and out constantly usually until around 6am..
