Reviewed Dec 16, 2023收到家人推薦入住，但入住後覺得是中規中矩的親子飯店，雖然感覺不到評論說的這麼神，但也不太差，早餐選項多，但普普，小孩活動很多，感覺的出來飯店用心經營，拿服務來彌補硬體設施不足其他飯店，強化競爭力的用心

Reviewed Nov 23, 2022早餐自助式附上手套不是基本的配備嗎 現在疫情還那麼嚴重 還是會接觸傳染 看到取餐的夾子百人重複使用實在是心驚膽顫 ！還有應該把有帶小孩跟沒小孩的客人分區座 不然沒帶小孩子的客人真的會被吵死 房間的床太誇張 輕輕一動另一個人就會被床回彈 枕頭也很奇怪 不是太軟就是太硬 房間隔音很差 飯店服務人員的態度都很專業親切 特別是預約的司機服務真的是很貼心 整體來說CP值還行 是個適合帶小孩來 不怕吵的家庭才可以

Reviewed Jun 4, 2017Very very large room with unobstructed view of the city. Great amenity and an amazing breakfast buffet. Very hospital staffs. Definitly a must stay in Yilan. We used Yilan as a base and took the train to Hualin to visit the Taroko National Park. This hotel locates about a km away from Yilan train station, best to go with a short taxi ride.

Reviewed May 20, 2017這次年度家庭旅行，精心挑選了悅川酒店，但行前一晚因原本同行的長者身體不適，以致只有部份成員可照原定計劃出發，雖然我未能成行，但仍要力讚悦川酒店員工的服務效率和熱誠！預訂前的電郵查詢均不厭其煩地一一快速解答，並作出適當安排，入住的家人對酒店各方面都非常滿意，藏書很多，各級工作人員待客殷勤熱誠，會配合客人需要安排穿梭車輛，而且員工收拾客房時會細心地先在房外脱下鞋子，日後有機會重訪宜蘭，定必考慮入住。向各位大力推介悅川酒店。
