Amazing modern clean place very high standards of service and friendly staff.. u feel the most special guest there .. the rooms are very clean very new and nice decorated. Very spacious. Looks better than pictures. The garden is like heaven. We loved every second there

Although I booked a double room and upgraded to include my son 14 yrs, I discovered that my son should be counted as an adults,Upon arrival receptionist advised that he will not be charged and will be complementary.while check out I shocked as the receptionist (not the same person) advised that I am charged with additional 500 pounds being charge for my son I didn't like this but had to pay cause I was in need to leave the facility being late for an appointment

The menu espically the breakfast not enough variety. Did not have a meat protein options. No gluten free bread or non dairy milk options. Showers needs to fix for free flow of quicker water drainage. Suite gardens need to have more grass. And need to be moved and clean.

He made out stay pleasant .my wife and my son only visit Egypt and we choose this hotel .they live there 3 nights Mr diaal also arrange for my family texi and well maners and good behaviour driver . I travel a lot for business and worldwide. The reviews for this hotel cannot be real reviews. The only positive thing is the size of the room and the chosen interior. The lake view is a swampy landscape, the hotel is in the middle of extensive construction work and rents out to Citizen for weddings or baby showers. These are both points that need to be communicated due to the noise conditions, which the hotel does not implement. It is not possible to find other places in the hotel to hold meetings or conferences undisturbed, apart from the lack of peace and quiet. The breakfast is loveless, a slap in the face in terms of taste. The interior is broken and unkempt. An advertisement for peace and relaxation under poorly trained "management" - if one can even speak of managing here. If you expect real management structures, with the Hilton around the corner you will be professionally positioned as usual, with real reviews.

Panacea suites hotel has everything you need for a great stay. Firstly I would like to thank Mr.Shady Elwy,the front desk manager. He has been very prompt, kind and generous. He made our stay pleasant. Always on his toes to assist us. We were offered a nice room with a balcony and pool view. The chef prepared customised delicacies for us. Overall it was a wonderful stay. Kudos to hotel staff

All of the staff were very friendly and helpfull, especially Essmat,the hotel manager and Shady, the front desk manager. The pool is very nice. The food was very good. There was very good water pressure and lots of hot water. The hotel is a bit remote but that is nice to get away from the city noise. There were two different night weddings when I stayed there and the music was loud but stopped at 11 PM so people could sleep. The weddings were beautiful and the setting behind the hotel is very attractive.

My only complaint was with the WiFi. When I got there it was not working. Several hours later it was working but it would not work sporadically after that and sometimes when it was working it was running slow.

The staff were amazing, friendly, and always willing to assist no matter what time of the day it was 24/7. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and the floors mopped daily. Room service was second to none … highly recommended hotel for a very competitive and reasonable price. You get more than what you pay for…

The only downside was the location, as it was quite difficult to get to by Uber Drivers, however the first class service from the hotel made up for that quite easily, and was worth it 100%.

Such a nice staff! Everybody try’s his best to give us a comfort Stay. Especially Mr. Dias, who was a very nice person and manage us everything very well. He has done everything in his hands to make every wish possible for us! The bed were very comfortable an the restaurant was tasty!

The hotel is dat away from restaurants and the area is quite empty. Lg

The stay was very pleasant, especially 5 stars for their services, we had to leave early for the airport so they provided us full loaded breakfast before the usual time and that too the food was sent directly to our rooms. ♥️ we reached at 7pm, the swimming pol time was up, but they allowed us an additional hour for the swimming pool. ♥️

The property has very hospitable staff, the facilities are nice and spacious.

Just maybe the floors are cold and there are no slippers for visitors, perhaps some kind of mats or rugs in some sections of the rooms and slippers for the bath would be great. otherwise there was nothing to dislike.

Some tiny signs that the building was old, small bits of water damage on the bottom of some walls. We ordered nachos twice, using the room service and they we're different the second time we ordered them, the first ones had the usual nacho toppings but the second ones had sweet chili sauce and cheese, also they don't come in a big bowl, they come in 6-8 pieces, our first order had 8 pieces and the second time had 6 pieces. also the mozzarella+tomato+pesto bruschettas had green bell peppers instead of pesto
