Rien l'accueil était mauvais surtout la dame âgée qui me semble être la responsable elle était désagréable vis à vis de la clientèle hors mis les réceptionniste de jour est nuits qui était gentille. Ont paie notre séjour et ont dirai que ont les dérange

L’emplacement

Nous avons été assez déçus de notre arrivée. À notre arrivée dans la chambre, le ménage n’avait visiblement pas été fait correctement : nous avons retrouvé de nombreux poils et cheveux dans le lit ainsi que sur le sol, beaucoup de poussière, et même un rouleau de papier toilette déjà entamé. De plus, nous étions 4 personnes et nous n’avions que 2 sets de serviettes, ce qui est insuffisant. Concernant le petit-déjeuner, il est indiqué qu’il commence à 8h, mais celui-ci n’est réellement installé qu’aux alentours de 8h45 nous somme à la limite du manque de respect. Ce fonctionnement est particulièrement peu pratique lorsque l’on a prévu une excursion tôt le matin et que l’on compte sur le petit-déjeuner de l’hôtel avant de partir. Dans l’ensemble, plusieurs points pourraient être améliorés, notamment la propreté, la préparation des chambres et l’organisation du petit-déjeuner.

Piscina și locația foarte aproape de plajă și de asemenea stații de autobuz aproape. Magazinele de asemenea sunt aproape.

Sejur: 1–8 septembrie, camera 206, etajul 2 Din păcate, experiența noastră la NFK The House Hotel a fost foarte slabă, în special în ceea ce privește curățenia, întreținerea camerei și modul în care au fost gestionate problemele semnalate. Am ajuns pe 1 septembrie, în jurul orei 23:00, iar problemele au început chiar de la check-in. Cartela de acces nu a funcționat nici după mai multe încercări de reprogramare. În final, ni s-a dat o cheie clasică pentru acces, iar cartela a rămas doar pentru alimentarea cu energie electrică. Am folosit cheia pe toată durata sejurului. Ușa camerei 206 se deschide foarte greu și trebuie tras de ea pentru a putea fi deschisă corespunzător. În plus, sistemul de închidere din interior nu funcționează. La intrarea în cameră, curățenia lăsa deja mult de dorit. Pe podea erau resturi vizibile, toaleta nu era curată, iar pe colac se vedeau clar urme de murdărie. În coșul de gunoi din baie fusese lăsată inclusiv o componentă electrică/priză înlocuită, ceea ce arăta că nici măcar coșul nu fusese golit înainte de sosirea noastră. În baie am găsit doar aproximativ jumătate de rolă de hârtie igienică. Pe parcursul sejurului am fost nevoiți să ne cumpărăm singuri hârtie igienică de două ori, câte patru role.Problema cea mai gravă a fost însă lipsa totală a curățeniei pe durata sejurului. În primele patru zile nu a intrat nimeni în cameră pentru curățenie. Nu s-au golit coșurile de gunoi, nu s-au schimbat prosoapele, nu s-a adus hârtie igienică și nu s-a aspirat sau curățat podeaua. După numai două zile, coșurile erau deja pline și am fost nevoiți să folosim propriile pungi pentru a depozita gunoiul în cameră. După patru zile am mers la recepție și am semnalat situația. Domnul de la recepție a avut o atitudine destul de recalcitrantă și ne-a spus că în camere se face curățenie de două ori pe săptămână. Ne-a notat numărul camerei și ne-a spus că în ziua următoare va veni cineva să facă curățenie.Nu a venit nimeni.Și nici în restul...

Det var ikke rent på badet og sengetøyet hadde flekker. Jeg hadde et kriteriet om ballkong/ veranda, men fikk kun Fransk ballkong( dette må dere spesifisere) Det sto også at det var utsikt over hagen, det fikk vi ikke. Var ut mot veien. Det ble ikke vasket på rommet i løpet av de 5 dagene. Håndklær og toalettpapir måtte vi be om flere ganger. Det var ikke mini safe eller behagelige dyner og puter. De var veldige harde og dynen var et hardt teppe som ikke var behagelig. Det var kun en av de ansatte som kunne Engelsk, så kommunikasjonen gikk på Google translate. Det var veldig lytt til de andre rommene og til gangen. Badet var trangt og rommet ble oversvømt av vann når vi dusjet pga dårlig fall til sluket. Det var ikke klesskap, kun 4 kleshengere og en liten hylle. På badet var det ikke noe oppbevaringssystem for toalettsaker Det var heller ikke klart vann i svømmebassenget.

Unfortunately, staying with this hotel is the worst experience of my life and I will definitely never return to Turkey because of this. On the last day of my stay, I spent the whole day outside the hotel with my girlfriend. When we returned to the hotel late in the evening to pack our luggage because we had an early flight in the morning, 290 euros were missing from my belongings. I would mention that the money was hidden in my suitcase and that someone rummaged through my belongings. I immediately went to the hotel reception to report the problem and ask them to return the camera footage to see who entered my room that day, but they refused to do that and told me to contact them tomorrow morning after 10 a.m. and if they knew that I was leaving the hotel at 5 a.m. When I returned to my country and contacted the hotel again, they refused to cooperate and told me to contact the Turkish police and if they know I left Turkey. I reported the problem to booking.com and I am leaving this review as a WARNING to all guests who are staying there or intend to stay there. I would also like to mention that during my stay I saw the owner of the hotel who, with two people, goes to the hotel rooms, knocks on the door and enters the rooms when no one is there.

We booked and fully paid through Booking.com for 3 rooms for a family of 5 (including an elderly person and a child). What we saw was not just bad service; it was a hazardous and unsanitary nightmare. It was disgusting to be in all three rooms! Unsanitary conditions in the rooms: the floors were streaky and very dirty, dust hadn't been cleaned for a long time, stains on the upholstered furniture, bedspreads, and sheets, lipstick marks on the towels, peeling and stained walls. A nightmare in the bathrooms: clumps of someone else's hair on the floor, limescale and dirty streaks on the plumbing and walls, a slimy floor in the showers with moldy corners. The toilets were in such a vile state as if they had never been washed or disinfected at all. Unusable basic amenities: safes did not work in any of the rooms. A hair dryer was present in only one room, but when turned on, a thick cloud of dust blew out of it, like from a construction heat gun. We immediately demanded that they clean up. We were assured everything would be cleaned in a couple of hours while we were out. In the end, no one even touched the rooms. Over 34 hours, we approached the reception 4 times. The staff brazenly fed us empty promises and pointedly ignored our legitimate demands for two days. The issue of safety here has hit rock bottom: Electrical safety: holes in the walls, exposed uninsulated wires sticking out. In one of the rooms, an LED strip with wires kept peeling off and falling directly onto the bed, creating a direct threat of a short circuit or fire. Chaos and ruin: right next to one of our rooms, an exterior door was smashed—broken glass and pieces of collapsed walls were scattered in front of the entrance, and none of the staff cared about it. Staying in this place is dangerous to health and life. The hotel's high rating is clearly manipulated and fake. This place should be immediately closed and fined by regulatory authorities.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spotless, the service is outstanding (10/10), and the swimming pool is beautiful and well maintained. A special thank you to **Karen** for her warm welcome, kindness, and attentiveness throughout our stay. Many thanks as well to **Selçuk** for his professionalism, helpful advice, and excellent customer service. We would also like to thank the entire staff, especially the gentleman responsible for cleaning, who was always friendly, hardworking, and very efficient. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this hotel. We would be delighted to stay here again.

We have only two suggestions for improvement: * Installing a **safety deposit box** in each room. * Reconsidering the position of the air conditioner. Since it blows directly onto the bed, it can cause discomfort and headaches during the night. A different placement or airflow direction would make the rooms even more comfortable.

Wir hatten einen rundum angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre, die den Aufenthalt sehr erholsam gemacht hat. Das gesamte Personal war jederzeit freundlich, aufmerksam und äußerst zuvorkommend. Unser Familienzimmer war zwar eher klein, dennoch sehr sauber, gepflegt und vollkommen ausreichend für unseren Aufenthalt. Ein besonderes Dankeschön gilt dem Inhaber Selçuk Bey. Er ist ein sehr aufmerksamer und serviceorientierter Gastgeber, der sich mit viel Engagement um seine Gäste kümmert und jederzeit ein offenes Ohr hat. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Vieles ist in der Nähe. Wir können dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Vor unserer Anreise hat das Hotel mehrfach über Nachrichten Kontakt mit uns aufgenommen und bestätigt, dass ein VIP-Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel organisiert wird. Uns wurde dafür ein Preis von 1.250 Türkischen Lira genannt. Ich habe alle Flugdaten sowie unsere Ankunftszeit rechtzeitig übermittelt und war daher davon überzeugt, dass das Fahrzeug bei unserer Ankunft auf uns warten würde. Als wir jedoch am Flughafen ankamen, war kein Fahrzeug vor Ort. Als wir das Hotel telefonisch kontaktierten, bestritt der Mitarbeiter plötzlich jeglichen Kontakt mit uns und behauptete, er kenne uns nicht und habe uns nie Nachrichten geschickt – obwohl sämtliche Nachrichten gespeichert sind und ich diese nachweisen kann. Aufgrund dieses Versäumnisses mussten wir fast zwei Stunden warten und schließlich auf eigene Kosten ein Taxi für 50 Euro nehmen. Leider hörten die Probleme damit nicht auf. Der Zustand des Hotels entsprach in keiner Weise der Beschreibung auf der Buchungsplattform. Das Zimmer war schmutzig. Es gab weder einen Schrank noch einen Safe, um Geld oder Wertsachen sicher aufzubewahren. Außerdem war kein Haartrockner vorhanden. Auch das Badezimmer war in einem sehr schlechten und unhygienischen Zustand. Die Toilette war so nah an der Wand montiert, dass man sich kaum normal darauf setzen konnte und sie nur unter großen Schwierigkeiten benutzen konnte. Das ist für ein Hotel absolut inakzeptabel. Die Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Kissen und Decken rochen extrem stark nach Chlor. Auch die Hausschuhe waren verschmutzt. Wir baten das Hotelpersonal mehrfach, die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche auszutauschen. Uns wurde jedoch jedes Mal mitgeteilt, dass keine weiteren Handtücher oder Bettwäsche vorhanden seien. Deshalb mussten wir diese trotz ihres schlechten Zustands weiter benutzen. Darüber hinaus wurde unser Zimmer während des gesamten Aufenthalts kein einziges Mal gereinigt. Niemand kam, um das Zimmer zu säubern, den Müll zu entsorgen oder Handtücher und Bettwäsche zu...

Замечательное расположение отеля и сам отель очень уютный. Зона отдыха достойна похвалы: шезлонги, зонты, достаточно большой бассейн. Все чисто и аккуратно. В номере огромная удобная кровать, хорошая звукоизоляция. Завтрак выдавался порционно: помидоры, огурцы, вареное яйцо, кусочек колбаски или сосиска, 2 кусочка сыра, оливки, хлеб, иногда жареная картошка. В последние дни завтрак предлагался как шведский стол. Нам такой вариант понравился больше.

Отсутствие чайника в номере. Нам его гарантировали в переписке с отелем, но мы его так и не получили. Также не было тапочек, сейфа и гладильных принадлежностей. Хотя все это указано в описании номера. Телевизор не работал в течение первых 3 дней. 6 дней нам не могли заменить перегоревшую лампочку в ванной комнате. Однажды мы вышли на балкон и не смогли вернуться в номер - сломался язычок дверного замка. Стали просить о помощи работника отеля, находившегося у бассейна. На помощь он нам не пришел, только ответил: "Открывайте дверь вовнутрь". Каким-то чудом нам все-таки удалось открыть дверь. За почти 2 недели нашего там пребывания уборка номера, смена постельного белья не производилась ни разу. Нам приходилось убираться самим. Поздний завтрак, в районе 8:30 - не очень удобно для тех, у кого запланированы утренние мероприятия.

The main thing which I appreciate the most is hospitality. The staff was exceptionally attentive, we had some emergency situations which they handled pretty well. Special thanks to Hakan, he was always there for us and super friendly. Thank you to others. I know where I will come on my next visit.

Very modern, location far from old town but we had a car so it was okay. there was also a gym nearby. breakfast was nice and the lady serving breakfast was very kind. there is also a pool. the room itself was nice.

Bed bugs!!! i was eaten alive as soon as i got into bed with bites all over. the wifi also did not work. the receptionist did not speak english. we also didn’t have pillow cases on the pillows for some reason. no elevator, so being on the top floor with suitcases can be a challenge.

The staff is genuinely friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. We arrived very early after a sleepless night flight, and the team immediately offered us breakfast while a lovely lady swiftly prepared our room so we could rest. The 24/7 reception desk is always ready to meet special requests—we easily arranged an earlier breakfast on the morning of our day trip. Their ability to speak perfect English and Russian was also a huge plus. The rooms were spotless and cleaned thoroughly every day. The hotel is perfectly situated in a quiet, peaceful area, yet still conveniently close to the beach. The neighborhood is great, too—a nice green area with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. We especially appreciated the very convenient transport connection: you can take a bus directly from the airport straight to the hotel! Thank you, team! You truly made our stay unforgettable. We will definitely be back.

An exceptional stay - truly felt like home!

Moest even omschakelen van een luxe 4 sterren hotel naar dit kleine boetiekhotel. Na de eerste nacht de rest van mijn verblijf op de 3e verdieping doorgebracht en dat is verder goed verlopen. De douche werkt heel goed en het zeep heeft een aangename geur. Omgeving is gehorig. Er werd tot laat muziek gedraaid, maar ik had daar niet veel last van. Ontbijt is goed genoeg en je kan lekker buiten zitten langs het zwembad. Heerlijke chai! De ligging is gunstig. Nabij mini supermarkt, strand, bushalte en restaurants. Wifi op de kamer slecht, in de lobby werkt het wel goed. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Het leukste vond ik de liefste kitten die in de straat leefde 🥰 De luchthaven vervoer is top geregeld!

De kamer die ik kreeg op de 1e verdieping zat vol met gebreken. Douche water dat doorloopt naar het toilet. Toilet deksel was stuk en bleef niet omhoog staan. Scheur in het behang. Slechte gordijnen. Gat in de kamerdeur en het ergste van alles..ik kwam voor het eerst in mijn leven bed bugs tegen in het bed toen ik probeerde te slapen! Meteen gemeld bij de receptie en er werd voor die nacht een andere kamer geregeld op de 3e. Er zijn hier ook merkbare gebreken (grote gat in de vitrage en gordijnen die te klein zijn en niet goed genoeg sluiten, balkon deurhendel wat bijna helemaal loszit..) Kussen was wel te hard voor mij en ik miste een dekbed. Er is alleen een dun laken en sommige nachten zijn fris. Een upgrade zou wel op zijn plaats zijn.

Le personnel est d’une gentillesse et toujours aux petits soins. Les chambres sont petites et la salle de bain n'est pas forcément pratique (après une douche, tout le sol est mouillé et la chambre sent l’humidité par la suite). Un peu déçu du petit déjeuner même s'il était bon.

Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Bett war komfortabel. Pool war sauber. Die Lage ist hervorragend, Geschäfte, Restaurants und der Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe.

I had managed a hotels and worked in hospitality for 20+ years. This without doubt is the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Rude staff, filthy room to start with. The day I checked in I was greeted with grumpy gentleman at reception who looked at me with disgust, like why am I here bothering him. No communication, friendly welcome, instructions or info given. Silence then handed room key. Later that evening i went down to complain about bathroom. Water covered all areas of the bathroom floor. I had a quick shower as I was concerned water would go into the actual room. The other issues, could not fit in to toilet area, limescale all over bathroom. Shower head did not work as it was covered. Mould on walls , roof. Tap on sink almost falling off. When I complained I was met with… all rooms have same problem. Basically go away and stop bothering me. Next day I returned to ask why room was not cleaned. I stood at reception for 15 mins, no one around , staff member too busy on his phone , drinking coffee in dining area. Finally got his attention and was greeted with shrug of shoulders. Said we will clean. I also asked why WiFi not working. 20 mins of hugging and puffing to get this problem solved. Following day I returned from the beach in afternoon to find again room not cleaned. Went downstairs to be told again we will clean when I go out. Came back late evening to agin find out room had not been touched. There is so much more I could say…..

Хороший недорогой отель с удобным расположением к морю и галечному пляжу, тихое местечко для комфортного проживания. В бассейне в зоне отдыха можно плескаться и загорать хоть целый день, бар доступен. В отдых был включён традиционный турецкий завтрак. В пешей доступности большое количество мест где можно приобрести всё необходимое в путешествии. Персонал отеля добродушный, отзывчивый и подскажет где можно отведать эксклюзивную турецкую кухню и посетить красивые места на побережье Средиземного моря. До центра города можно добраться за 30 минут, ходит много общественного транспорта, остановка в непосредственной близости. Время пролетело незаметно. :))) Рекомендуем!

Terrible. They wouldn’t issue a refund after we came to the hotel we didn’t like it. The towels were dirty and shower was moldy. It’s an old building. It should be listed as a 2 star. Misleading.

We had reservations for 5 days and we left after 2 nights. The blankets are paper thin, are too small for the bed, and they smell like cigarettes, as do all the linens. The bathroom floods with the shower and stays flooded for 12+ hours. There's no central air, which is fine, but the air conditioner in the room blows directly on one of the beds. I was so cold, that I put my beach towel on top of the blanket so I wouldn't freeze quite as much. It was 47° c outside, too hot to turn the air conditioner off. After the first night we decided we could not stay there for 5 days so we booked another hotel at the end of the first day and checked out the following morning. Most of the staff are great, they're very kind. The woman at the front desk seems indifferent, not unkind. Just like she doesn't care if anybody stays there or not. The whole situation was unfortunate. We really wanted to love this place, it has great potential and it's really cute. But I cannot stay in a place where I'm breathing cigarette smoke, freezing, and walking through standing water every time we go to the bathroom because one of us showered in the last 12 hours. We knew we would not get a refund for The three days we were not there. It was still worth it for us to move hotels.

Overall i loved the staff and environment and highly recommend it

The hotel is just okay overall. The staff is generally kind, except for the blonde receptionist who seriously lacks any sense of hospitality. The room needs renovation — the electrical outlets and bathroom fixtures are outdated, and the balcony is extremely small. We also had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper, which should be a basic service. Not the worst stay, but definitely room for improvement.

Séjour agréable, équipe au top. Tous les employés sont très sympathiques. J'enlève une étoile pour le problème de conception de la salle de bain. Comme la grille de douche n'est pas le point le plus bas de la salle de bain, et que la douche est "à l'italienne", la salle de bain est littéralement inondée en quelques secondes de douche... Puis l'eau stagne. Comme il n'y a ni raclette, ni serpillière, on va aux toilettes avec les pieds dans l'eau, même 10-15 heures après la dernière douche. Sinon, tout est OK. Facile de se garer si vous venez en voiture Note aux Français : le concept du petit déjeuner buffet n'a rien à voir avec notre façon de faire. Le buffet est une assiette servie, dans laquelle vous ne choisissez pas vos ingrédients. Mais vous pouvez demander autre chose, avec un petit supplément de prix.

Room wasn’t very clean upon arrival and it took two tries to get it cleaned properly, including a swap of bedsheets. Besides that everyone was super helpful and welcoming, nice homey atmosphere.

11 nights, We booked it because it has a pool, but it was empty throughout the whole stay. And not once was our room cleaned. AND they charged us coffee even though breakfast was included, they didnt even tell us that they will charge us for coffee untill check out!

I recently stayed at the House NFK Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff and managers were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. The facility was exactly as described and met all my expectations perfectly. The location was fantastic, with local shops just a 2-minute walk away and the beach only a 5-minute stroll. The area was lovely, and the people were warm and welcoming. The hotel is ideal for guests aged 40 and above, with plenty of restaurants and bars catering to adults. Additionally, the vibrant nightlife was just a 5-minute cab ride away. There was so much to see and do that I couldn't fit it all into my 2-week stay. I would definitely go back to explore more. The healthcare centers were conveniently located around us, and the marketplace bazaar was a great experience, offering a variety of unique items and local delicacies. The hotel is also great for younger guests who are mature or need a safe place to allocate themselves in peace. The environment is calm and secure, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and rejuvenation. Overall, my stay at the House NFK Hotel was delightful, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

A nice hotel with kind personell

We had an extremely positive experience with employees, especially with Hakan. He was always smiling and happy to answer all our questions. His kindness and willingness to help made our stay at the hotel even more pleasant. We would also like to compliment a young man with glasses, whose name we sadly didn't catch. He made us a delicious coffee every morning. They also have a nice swimming pool, which we didn't have a chance to use, because the beach was close. The hotel is lucky to have such employees.

Maybe they should consider about renovating the bathroom.

Staff was a amazing especially Sabir, really look after us and very hospitable, its just bathroom need to be renovated, and their pillows need to be softer!

Bathroom, its clean but if some one flash you will hear in your room but no smell! Also bit mouldy, staff clamined they will renovate toilets in Oct. 2024. Pillows and duvets need to be upgrated too! Pillows are too hard and duvet are just a hard sheets.

Everything was very good. The location is very near to the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast according to the price.Good level of hygiene.

Our room was never cleaned. They took the refrigerator from the our room and said that it would be returned in 2 days, but they didn’t return it.

Swimming pool and surrounding public areas very clean

60 steps up stairs to bedroom, no lift, no fridge in room, but at 10pm 8 hours before we left after a 5 night stay one appeared in the room. Reception was asked 4 days earlier. On arrival room had no wardrobe only a small hanging area, unfortunately the rail to hang the coat hangers and also the actual coat hangers were missing. Informed reception that night. Nothing was done despite asking twice. Asked if we could change rooms, that didn't happen either. I stayed a total of 5 nights, the room was never cleaned, we ended up taking rubbish out ourselves. No change of towels even. In fact the only time anyone came into the room was to deliver the fridge. I honestly never pay much attention to negative comments in hotel reviews, especially in Turkey as their 5 star is another countries 2 star. However having travelled extensively in Turkey staying from 5* to 1* I have never ever stayed anywhere quite so bad. They think that if they stamp "boutique " on everything then it is extremely upmarket. Don't look at the broken cracked mirrors in bedroom and bathroom, or that the room is falling apart. No draws to put your clothes in, no wardrobe, no kettle or even a glass or plastic cup to stand your toothbrush in. The bedrooms are less than basic but at a boutique price. You know the bathroom is boutique cos it has BOUTIQUE printed in the shower glass, a broken hairdryer which needs taping up and tatty tiles. It's BOUTIQUE I tell you. The beds are lumpy and a pillow like a wet sandbag with pillowcase over the top. Had anything been done when I asked politely, I would have not been so harsh. I always give credit where it's due and honestly this is the first negative review I have ever given.

Petit hôtel proche de la mer avec piscine jusqu’à ici tout vas bien pas de soucis en réservant une chambre 22m2 je m’attendais pas à mieu c’est sur , mais pas de nettoyage de la chambre entre les 2 jours de locations,de plus l’après midi lorsque nous étions absent on est venu récupérer le réfrigérateur qu’il y avait dans notre chambre sans nous donner de raison

They have friendly staff who always help you. walking distance to the sea. A pleasant hotel.

Five minutes from the beach. The staff is welcoming, responsive to your request and very friendly. The Interiors are good, and the lobby is very cozy. Even though the breakfast isn't buffet, they try to make it a little different every morning.

Plumbing system could be better in terms of the smell coming out of the bathroom when it's used in other rooms. Rooms aren't really soundproof.

Everything was phenomenal.. Super Clean, Rooms are cozy and the stuff are super friendly and supportive whenever you need them.. Highly Recommended..:)

Nothing at all

Oda da buzdolabı ve eşyaları asmamız için bir yer yoktu. Klozetin kapağı yerinden çıkmıştı. Kahvaltı olarak çok büyük bir şey beklemeyin sadece küçük bir kahvaltı tabağı geliyor. Sanırım sezon tam açılmadığı için dikkat edilmemişti.

This Hotel was not clean . After calling hotels .com they gave me a clean room. The location is good and the staff was kind and attentive.

Thoroughly enjoyed our week at NFK. Service and value for money were exceptional. Management were extremely friendly and coukd not have been more attentive & helpful

Lovely place, I really enjoyed to stay. Hopefully will come back some day. Breakfast isn't they strong side, but just around the corner is nice breakfast coffeeshop.
