Recently renovated, very high quality design and furnishings, first class service at reception and in dining room. Great food at competitive prices. Excellent craft beer selection (didn’t check the wine list). Room was small but immaculate, quality toiletries, Nespresso coffee sealed commitment to excellence.

Warm welcome, lovely walk out to quai, delicious supper, quiet, beautiful view, and a window that opens! No a.c.!

Notre séjour était super. C’était l’endroit parfait avant de nous diriger vers les sentiers de randonnée des chics-chocs. La chambre est très propre et l’employé a l’accueil était sympathique. Après les heures d’ouverture du restaurant, l’auberge est très calme. Le paysage est magnifique. Près de restaurants et de la microbrasserie.

The chateau is beautiful and the room was fine. We ate at the restaurant and they were able to give us a reservation on short notice. It was spectacular! Wish there was some paperwork on the history of the building, as it is unusual.

The hotel was beautiful! Our room was large, comfortable and clean. The only thing that would improve the room is to have a shelf or niche in the shower to hold shampoo etc.

We had a wonderful night at the Auberge. High point was dinner in the dining room. The food was terrific, and we have -never-! enjoyed better service. We had a window looking out over the river, which was splendid. I am an older guy, and the staff jumped forward to carry our luggage upstairs to our room, which was much appreciated.

The Auberge was wonderful in every way: its location over the water, the dedicated service, the exquisitely decorated polished rooms, the restaurant. Two cons: a. The rooms do not have air conditioning, which was very necessary on the hot day we were there. The small fan was definitely not enough. B. The slow service in the restaurant at dinner. It doesn't make sense to wait an hour or more for the dishes to be taken out. The food, however, was excellent.

This is an exquisite historic building that has been recently updated, with taste and ample resources. The setting on top of a hill overlooks the picturesque harbour. The restaurant is top class gourmet with exceptional service. It’s intimate and inviting with only ten rooms and three separate chalets. A gem in Gaspésie

I messed up my reservation for our stay at Auberge Chateau Lamontagne. The person who helped us with our stay went above and beyond to fix my error. The facility is beautiful. Our cottage night was perfect. The view is spectacular.

The hotel manager and staff are wonderful and helped me surprise my husband for a 25th anniversary getaway. Convenient and easy to find hotel. The location made it perfect for our weekends day using it it is a hub to travel around both in Quebec and New Brunswick.

Beautiful accomodations. My husband and I loved the restaurant. We were lucky enough to get a reservation for dinner. The service was excellent and the food exceptional. I would recommend this lovely Auberge and would stay there again. The chocolate store in town is walking distance and bothe chocolate and ice cream are fantastic!

Beautiful location. The view from the Auberge of the bay and port of Sainte-Anne was wonderful and the setting sun was magnificent. The food and ambiance in the restaurant on the first floor were excellent. Great place to spend a night!

Our stay was wonderful. Our room was a bit warmer at night than our daughter’s as there is no ac and the breeze was from the other direction. Meal was fabulous. They will cater to gluten free requirements.

I just stayed one night but I loved the place. Nice location with a beautiful view. Room was pretty good.

Séjour de courte durée, deux nuitées. Bien qu'étant natif de l'endroit, c'était mon premier séjour. Un air de famille règne à l'intérieur et on semble ne pas trop se compliquer la Vie. Je crois qu'existe une grande confiance au client, mais une approche un peu plus structurée est perçue comme nécessaire. Lit très confortable, belle salle de bain, des muffins faits maison très succulents et une vue imprenable sur le fleuve, côté Ouest. Bref, on reviendra sûrement.

J’aime beaucoup séjourner à ce petit hotel. Comfortable, propre et silencieux. Aussi le resto sur place: menu très élaboré, haute cuisine. Shuuuttt: faut garder le secret!

Excellent stay, we were only here 1 night Fodd was amazing, service very friendly cottage was very clean, and an awesome view!!

My wife booked it on the fly because we are on a road trip . She said it was an inn . When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised! What a beautiful place looking out over the water . We were then upgraded to Room #1 ,at no extra cost ! What a room it was with four dormer windows and amazing views ! The restaurant was busy and when we ordered food , We knew why .The food was fantastic with gourmet choices at reasonable prices . One of the best stops on our three week vacation!! Highly recommend it !!

In spite of my very short stay due to the tropical storm, it really is a charming place with a wonderful view, where I wish to return. Also, details matter, so I was happy to find my favourite tea brand in the room (and I heard the coffee was also great)

This property is the perfect place to spend a night with your wife or lover. Exceptional dining, a nice bar area, super friendly staff. Unfortunately for me I was on a motorcycle trip with my best friend so I did not take full advantage of the ambiance of the facility. LOL. I will someday return with my wife so that can happen. I can only say the facility is worth the money and you will not forget the view or the dinner.

Charmingly renovated building dating from the 1870s. The only wrinkle in our stay, and for anyone looking for a quiet retreat, is that the voices from neighbouring rooms will be an issue.

The chef and staff really know what they're about -- the food is exceptional and the staff are super friendly. Only complaint we would make is the thumping stereo I the dining room was annoying rather than enhancing. Also heard and felt that noise in our room. Overall though we would recommend it.

This is a very charming place with an old country feel. The deck is huge and has great views of the St. Lawrence. Dinner was amazing and the staff were super friendly. I highly recommend staying here on your tour of the Gaspé Peninsula.

The Location and View are wonderful. The room that we had looked out over the water and was entirely redone. We ate supper at the Inn and the food was excellent! The staff were great and I would highly recommend this location to a couple for a stay in Sainte-Anne-des-Monts.

This is a delightful six room inn (auberge) overlooking the river/seaway. It has a reception area-bar area all in one, as well as a separate dining room. The room we stayed in was pleasant, with minimal amenities. (And here, after reading some complaints I have to note one has to alter expectations when going from a larger or chain hotel to a family run auberge: they won’t have the same amenities, but will provide a pleasant room, hospitality and overall experience. So maybe..be flexible and adaptable?!) We had a late dinner; the menu, while not large, still had a range of options. We went with lighter fare (as it was late for us) of soup, salad and a cheese board, all very tasty, nicely prepared and served. A full wine menu of bottles is available as well as a wine board offering wine by glass (3 each red, white), plus a variety of beers. In morning, they provided a buffet continental breakfast (yogurt, juices, fruit, bagel/toast, coffee/tea -- very European style.) Again, to others complaining about lack of items: it's a *Continental breakfast*! You want a full breakfast--go elsewhere. The other plus is the location of this auberge, on a hill overlooking the water and part of the town. Also a tip of hat to the very welcoming staff. (And yes if you're an English speaker, the staff speak it too, but maybe try speaking en Francais a little bit!)
