Quelle belle adresse !! Un havre de paix où tout est beau autant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur ! Tous les petits détails sont là, avec une décoration minutieuse et de bon goût. Un endroit au calme loin de l’agitation d’Ubud et pourtant à quelques pas du centre. La piscine est très belle et la propriétaire est adorable. Une adresse que nous recommandons +++

El lugar es mágico. Nos alojamos en la zona de la piscina, es más tranquilo y no se escucha el ruido de la calle. La amabilidad de las personas en todo el viaje ha sido increíble. Estas súper cerca del centro a 5 minutos andando. Justo al salir del alojamiento a la izquierda, pegado, un hombre cocina que da gusto. Además te lo lleva al alojamiento. Un 10 en todo. La ducha es mágica también.

Sono pienamente soddisfatta della mia esperienza (6 giorni) presso Bale Bali Inn. L'ho scelto - dopo avere attentamente vagliato tantissime opzioni su Ubud - e lo sceglierei nuovamente. Dista meno di 10 minuti a piedi dalla via principale di Ubud (e dunque è in una zona più tranquilla, ma vicinissima al market di Ubud e all'Ubud Palace), ha 2 supermercati nelle vicinanze, un'emergency room di fronte, diversi bar e ristoranti vicinissimi, al netto di tutti quelli presenti a meno di 10 minuti a piedi. Il complesso è familiare e, come tale, prevede la presenza di un piccolo tempio di famiglia, con tutte le vibes di pace e spiritualità annesse. Anche l'angolo della piscina è bellissimo (alzarsi la mattina con uno scorcio così piacevole, tra piscina e vegetazione tropicale è stupendo). La stanza che mi è stata assegnata era davvero molto grande e spaziosa, i due letti singoli erano quasi due matrimoniali, l'angolo cucina/frigo semi-esterno utile, e il bagno all'aperto è stato un'esperienza estremamente piacevole (fare la doccia sotto le stelle e alla luce della Luna è un'esperienza che ripeterei ogni giorno). Su quest'ultimo, la perplessità iniziale di avere un bagno all'aperto e quindi esposto ad un'alta quantità di insetti e animali è svanita quasi subito: forse siamo state fortunate, ma non abbiamo avuto alcun problema con la fauna del posto durante i nostri utilizzi del bagno esterno. Torneremo di sicuro a Bale Bali Inn!

Chiaramente, trattandosi di un'accomodation a conduzione familiare, qualche dettaglio migliorabile c'è (es. lenzuola non pulitissime, oppure nessuno ci ha fatto fare un check-in ufficiale al nostro arrivo, nè nei giorni successivi), ma sono temi assolutamente gestibili e che non hanno intaccato la nostra piacevole esperienza presso Bale Bali Inn, anche perchè il team che lavora presso la struttura è sempre disponibile, accomodante e accogliente.

Very nice hosts

This is a lovely little place run by a local family. The gardens are well maintained, pool great to cool down. The smaller rooms are decorated really lovely, very boho. Good aircon, walking distance to center, supermarkets nearby, outdoor bathrooms.

Would be nice if they offered basic breakfast in the rooms like a pastry and fruit. The larger rooms are not as cosy and could do with a bit of decoration. Entering with suitcases can be a bit tricky as you have to go up and down some steps and through small entryway. It is located on a busy road where it is not always possible to use the footpath. But all of these things are very minor as we would definitely come back.

It is an unexpected little gem just outside the centre of Ubud. It’s a tropical paradise with some lovely rooms for a very decent price. It’s out of the way of the busy centre yet close enough to walk. The bigger rooms were massive, good aircon, outdoor bathrooms. Value for money is unbeatable. The smaller rooms were decorated so lovely in true Bali boho style. Pool is a nice bonus. Owner lovely.

The larger rooms could be improved by decorating them a bit nicer. It’s located on a pretty busy road where the foot path is not the best which was no problem for us but may help future guests.

Great location, lovely family hosting, and a really beautful setting. Would happily stay there again

This property is lovely, very cheap, rooms are nice, outdoor bathroom is a nice touch. We were right by the pool as well. It’s no frills, no restaurant, you do for yourself, we loved it.

La camera e il bagno erano molto grandi. Letto comodo. Cocktail di benvenuto buono. Piscina grande e pulita. Giardino incantevole con tanta vegetazione e vasche d'acqua.

Cette guest house était vraiment une belle expérience. C'est un beau lieu avec plusieurs chambres donnant sur la très belle piscine ou des plantes et temples ! La famille vit sur place, la décoration est très belle, la douche dehors magnifique, le cadre est verdoyant et typique balinais avec ses temples ! L'emplacement est parfait, en plein centre d'Ubud mais dans une rue au calme ! Le rapport qualité prix est excellent ! Nous avons trouvé un restaurant à proximité excellent, au premier regard un café mais lorsqu'on rentre derrière, le cadre et la nourriture sont incroyables !

There are so many things that I Iiked about this place. The location was perfect. It is right in the center of Ubud just 10 minutes walk to Ubud Palace but it is in a quiet street, therefore it is far away from the hustle and bustle. Every morning, the only noise I was hearing was the twittering of the birds. It was so peaceful. The guesthouse is actually the house of a traditional Balinese family, so the owners live within the complex as well. Made, who is the owner of the house, was such a sweet lady. She was always smiling and making you feel as part of the family. The place is so green and full of statues of Hindu Gods. Every morning Made was burning incenses with nice fragrances and leaving offerings all around the property. It was great to be in a traditional home and observe the Balinese traditions. One day, I asked Made, if she could burn an incense, pray for me and bless me to remove the negative energies around me. She was kind enough to do it. She even lended me her own sarong and traditional belt (because you have to wear a sarong while getting blessed) The room was spacious, clean and well designed. Of course, my favorite was the half open bathroom where I could take a shower under the stars. It is a great place to stay for such a good price. I will definitely stay here again the next time I come to Bali. A side note for Turkish readers: There is a nice Turkish Restaurant called "Sumak" on the same street, just a few steps away from this guest house. This guest house doesn't serve breakfast so you can have delicious Turkish breakfast at Sumak restaurant. Of course, if you want to taste traditional Balinese breakfast, there are small local warungs on the same street where you can have coffee and traditional Balinese breakfast. To conclude, don't hesitate a minute to book this lovely guest house.

There were only big bath towels, there wasn't any small towel for hands and face. And the bath towels, even though they were clean, when they get wet, they had a weird smell so you can't use them for the second time. This was not a big issue for me but it would be good if they change the towels with better quality ones.

Wenn man ins Bale Bali Inn kommt, läuft man zunächst an einem wunderschönen Haustempel vorbei. Außerdem hat uns die Outdoor-Dusche mit Blick in den Himmel sehr gefallen. Ein Punkt weswegen ich die Unterkunft gebucht hatte.

Der andere Punkt warum ich diese Unterkunft gebucht hatte, war der Pool. Dieser wird aber leider nicht richtig gepflegt und ist dadurch nicht sauber. Die Filterpumpe läuft nicht regelmäßig und das Wasser wird wahrscheinlich nur selten und dann nicht genügend desinfiziert mit Chlor. Hätte ich das gewusst, hätte ich diese Unterkunft definitiv nicht gebucht. Unsere Badezimmertür ließ sich leider nicht verschließen.

Good location, close to Ubud main road but far away enough to not hearing the motorbikes and noise. The rooms are well decorated and the Balinese house is beautiful.

The room I got had its window directly to the main patio (which is also the entrance) which made it have almost no privacy, having to be all the time with the curtains closed. The family that owns the house lives there and there are kids that are sometimes playing and making noise in the patio. If you are looking for privacy and quiet it’s maybe not the best choice.

Es ist ein Traum. Wenn man nah im Zentrum und im Geschehen sein möchte und trotzdem Ruhe haben will - dann ist das der perfekte Ort. In einer kleinen Tempelanlage wohnt man in wunderschönen Räumen mit toller Außendusche. Der Pool ist toll und ist von dem schönen bunten Garten umgeben. Ich habe mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt und würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Ein kleines Paradies im Paradies

Location is great, 10 min walk to the main street of Ubud. Accommodation is very balinese with typical stone buildings.

The biggest issue for us was the very dirty pool with murky water. We booked this accommodation specifically for this reason and couldn't use it, so we bought passes to the pool club instead. Accommodations without a pool in the same location and standard were much cheaper, so we felt it wasn't worth the price, without a pool that was unusable. The second issue was cleanliness. In one of our rooms, there was a large yellow stain on the bedding. When we reported this to the owner, she said it was someone from the staff who made the bed, not her, which was very rude. It was eventually replaced with a clean one. There's no space in the room, our closed backpacks barely fit on the floor, a suitcase definitely wouldn't fit.

Alles was schoon en netjes. Ook waren de eigenaren en het overige personeel erg vriendelijk. Ondanks de drukte van Ubud om de hoek is dit in de kamer niet hoorbaar. Even een plons in het zwembad na een dag avontuur was ook top.

Ondanks dat de hond erg lief is de ze hebben plaste en poepte deze wel in de tuin. Hebben erg geen last van gehad, maar toch balen als je erin stapt als je dit niet ziet.

This place is a hidden gem in Ubud. From the great location that is only 5 minutes walking away from center ubud to the great facilities inside like the pool and the famous bathroom in fresh air outside. The bed is comfortable and the room has a great AC that is easy to use. You have also sun beds and a nice terrace right over the pool. Even that the place is in the middle of greanery but i didn't have any insects enter the room just some in the bathroom and they were rare and not dangerous

Just maybe add a safe to the room as it didn't have one

A szállás központi helyen van, séta távolságra éttermek, boltok és kávézók . Az utca autóval és motorral is megközelíthető . A személyzet kedves és segítőkész, csendes környék volt és a szobank is tiszta volt. A szobában van lègkondi és hajszarito is, a fürdőszoba külön plusz pont mivel félig nyitott .

A szállás a magas páratartalom miatt nagyon penèszes, erősen érződik a rossz illat . A medence nem a legtisztább , ráférne egy alapos tisztítás .

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The property is just beautiful and really well maintained. The staff were so accommodating and helpful. I’m looking forward to staying here next time I’m in Ubud

Everything, it’s a little slice of paradise

Everything was perfect from the owner to the place itself. The location is great, just a walkable distance from the city centre. The rooms are very aesthetic, and the washroom was absolutely beautiful. Had a really comfortable and lovely stay.

Honestly everything was perfect absolutely loved my stay here. So affordable, clean and comfy.

The staff here are amazing and kind. It feels like you are staying with your own family. The room itself is well equiped and is excellent bang for buck! My favourite part is the semi-outdoor shower and bathroom. I would HIGHLY recommend this homestay for any visitor to Ubud

This property is a true gem, money and quality. I was very surprised that the room was very clean and cozy. The bathroom was partially on the open-air which was nice. The linen was clean, there were no ants in the room which was surprising. The inner space of the homestay was also clean and well cared for. The pool is big and nice. One minus is way too loud children. I didn’t believe when read reviews but they are really very very load. Sister and brother keep on fighting and screaming but the hosts don’t tell them anything. There are also noises on the rooftop from birds.

Bale Bali Inn est un endroit magnifique, avec une famille gentille et accueillante. Le logement est très bien placé, à quelques minutes à pied du palais d'Ubud. Tous les commerces sont disponibles alentour. La chambre est propre, bien équipée et joliment décorée.

La familia es super amable, la ubicación es perfecta.

No estaba del todo limpio, la heladera estaba sucia, con un tallo de un racimo de bananas dejado ahí desde hace rato, 1 envoltorio de comida debajo de la cama, un nido de un insecto volador, justo en el escalón qué da acceso al cuarto y por la noche, cuando empezaban a salir de ahí, entraban directamente a la habitación, creo que eran hormigas rojas voladoras, tuve que cubrir la puerta con papel higiénico para evitar que entren, también andaba una lagartija, no está muy bien cerrado para evitar el acceso de animales e insectos. La cama no era muy cómoda.

Die Schiebetüren waren leicht kaputt, aber nicht schlimm, man konnte dennoch abschließen. Die Bettwäsche hatte ein paar Flecken.

Todo muy bien, es un alojamiento familiar, los anfitriones fueron muy amables desde que llegue en medio de la lluvia, es un lugar muy tranquilo, pero muy cerca (caminando) al centro de Ubud, muy cómodo el baño hermoso, piscina agradable a en la puerta de mi habitación, me encanto la vibra que tiene muy Balinesa. Definitivamente me quedaría aquí cuando vuelva a Bali

Made et sa famille sont des personnes accueillantes, généreuses et attentionées. L'endroit est magnifique, une vraie maison de peintre où sont entreposés les tableaux réalisés par le défunt. Un vrai refuge de spiritualité (avec une salle de bain à ciel ouvert !)

Excellente homestay ! Endroit calme, propre et très bien situé. Les hôtes sont adorables et attentionnés. Une expérience authentique à Bali que je recommande à 100 %. L’ambiance de la chambre est très agréable !

This homestay is inside a traditional Balinese compound home. The family is so lovely, laughing and kind and can help you with anything you need to know about Ubud. Although it is located on Jalan Suweta, the rooms are nice and quiet. It's a short walk to Ubud's central area. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby if you don't want to walk too far.

Posto ideale per chi cerca tranquillità e silenzio! Questo luogo e perfetto per rilassarsi e staccare la spina, ma allo stesso tempo e comodamente raggiungibile dalla città. Consiglio questo posto a chi cerca un'oasi di pace in città.
