A nice and modern hotel. The room was large as well as the bathroom. Plenty of storage room and comfortable bed. The restaurant is good too and the breakfast buffet plentiful. Kind and helpful staff.

Very efficient the staff even though English was spoken by few.

Personel her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Kahvaltıya yanlış anlama sonucu geç kalmıştım. Buna rağmen yardımcı oldular. Kapalı otoparkları var. Aracınızı kendiniz park edebilirsiniz. Tesiste bir toplantı olursa otopark dolabilir. Arka sokaklara park edebilirsiniz. Oda büyüklüğü yeterli. Sigara içilmeyen oda gerçekten de sigara içilmeyen bir odaydı.

Aliağa deniz tatili yapmak için çok uygun bir yer değil. Boş zamanımda bir denize girip çıkayım derseniz, çok memnun kalmayabilirsiniz. Ancak bu konuda otelin yapabileceği bir şey yok normal olarak.

Nice hotel in the wrong place. It is located in an industrial area far from central izmir. I must say that the tour chose this hotel for us. The attention and service are extremely good and that is why it got three stars

The Management were extremely helpful when I needed some special medication eye drops. They sourced them from a local pharmacy and delivered the drops personally to me and would not take any form of payment..

I have stayed at this hotel dozens of times. I keep coming back and staying there because the hotel is very clean (housekeeping does wonderful work), and all of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Whenever I need something, or help with something, I do not hesitate to ask - I not only get a friendly response, but one that is helpful (and prompt). Many of us at AcuTech have considered this our home away from home for several years.

We arrived at this hotel in a group the checkin was chaotic by the time we queued for the lift to drop off our luggage in our room as advised by our guide we made our way to the dining room for our pre booked dinner. Only to find no seats available in the so called dining room We were sat outside in the rain with no table settings and then to top it off when we went for dinner Buffet there was one choice of main and no sweets left I went to reception to ask for the manager only to be told he was outside and would be with me shortly The young man on reception was great getting us cutlery and blankets I can only say the hotel was very badly managed and the restaurant was no more than a snack bar Unable to accommodate the amount of guests in our party

Good sized modern room with comfortable bed. Bathroom clean with a good shower. I don’t think the air con was working properly as it didn’t seem to cool the room and was on all night. Restaurant area was very small for this size of hotel and the food was mediocre.

Сложилось впечатление, что персонал отеля курит рядом с заборным коллектором вентиляции и весь дым равномерно распределяется внутри отеля.

Отель просто замечательный. Оставался там в связи с командировкой в Алиагу. Спасибо любезному персоналу, чистота и сервис превысили все мои ожидания.

Жаль, что рядом с отелем ни одной аптеки и всего один маркет.

Spor salonunda kosu bantlari malesef faaliyet disi, kullanamadim, guya Hilton standardina uymadiklari icinmis, umarim bu bilgi dogrudur ve en kisa zamanda yenileri gelir. Cunku orada tanistigim baska bir misafir 2 aydir durumun ayni oldugunu soyledi.

I recently stayed at this hotel as part of a tour of Turkeu and had a generally good experience. The hotel is modern and stylish, with a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Both dinner and breakfast were decent, with a fair variety of food available. However, the location feels rather isolated and it's quite far from bars or places to go out in the evening.

For us it was convenient for one night stop, clean, good location, comfortable.

There’s not much to do around. Food in the restaurant is highly priced but poor quality and limited options.

Otel temiz, çalışanlar ilgiliydi. Sadece otel sitesinde plajı var yazmasına karşın otelin özel plajı yok. Karşısında halk plajı var o da kötü. Arabayla beş dakika uzakta özel plaj var. O da çok güzel değil.

Vasat bit hotel, yemekleri vasat ve pek de lezzetli degil. Ikinci gunumuzde odamizin anahtari pasif duruma gelmisti, odamiza girebilmek icin tekrar aktive etmemiz gerekti ki bence cok sacmaydi. Otel'in internet sitesinde ozel plaji oldugu yazmasina ragmen otele ait bir plaj yok.

Also wer Urlaub machen möchte, sollte dieses Hotel nicht buchen Es ist eher für Business geeignet

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel is extremely clean and sanitary. Location is very convenient. Housekeeping keeps rooms clean and well-furnished with water, fresh linens, etc. Check-in and check-out are very efficient. The free breakfast buffet is plentiful, with a wide selection of food.

Not big and very cozy hotel run by Hilton Group run up to Hilton standards. Suits for business trips and for leisure with family. Exceptionally clean, super friendly and helpful staff (especially the waitress Nazan who served us breakfasts and made our mornings by her cordial attitude). Decent breakfasts. Value for money.

No private beach, only public one. But no hotel in this area has private beach. Beach area in Agapark nearby is decent, still for swimming we preferred to go by car to some remote beaches in small bays.

Had a very comfortable stay while in Aliaga. Rooms are comfortable and adequately kitted. The staff was excellent and thoroughly professional. Right from check in to the restaurant staff all were very courteous. Turkish tea was flowing freely and Airan was to die for

We stay at this property as a family every year. Comfort, location, service, hospitality are always excellent. The owners are highly attentive to every guest; the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Everything is perfect.

I am writing this after my fifth stay. My previous stays were for different purposes; with family, friends and various business groups. I also attended business meetings and dinner events. During all these experiences, I have not seen a single fault. Food is very good, rooms and the premises are very clean, staff are smiling and helpful. Whatever you ask from the staff, it is delivered in a couple of minutes. Meeting rooms are very convenient (quiet, well-lit, easy-to-access, good catering, etc.) for all kinds of meetings. It is definitely the best value for money and best stay in this region.

Comfortable, spacious, clean room (just what you expect from Hilton). Location is so-so, not much around. It’s walkable distance to the beach. The property is new. There is a spacious restaurant downstairs but the staff there (as well as at the front desk) is not very friendly. No one smiled. No hurry to serve you. Food is mediocre. Our breakfast was included with the stay but I would go to another place next time.

Not special view in room window. Clean and calm. Economic price. Good food quality. Normal breakfast. No fresh juice in breakfast. The hotel is new. Room was clean. Staff was helpful. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast could be better with more options. Price could be better.

Otelin konforu harika. Odalar yeğyeni, çarşaflar tertemiz. Sadece banyo daha temiz olabilirdi. Yerler süpürülmemiş de silinmiş gibiydi. Yemekler de güzeldi biraz daha iyi olabilir. En büyük sıkıntımız otelin anlaşmalı olduğu beache gitmek oldu. Bence o otelde kalan kimse o işletmeye gitmesin. Hiltona yakışmayan bir yer. Öyle olduğunu bilsek en baştan başka denize giderdik.

Hilton kalitesi belli oluyor, birtek kahvaltida çay ve su ikrami yetersizdi, onun disinda kahvalti secenekleri guzeldi.

Tertemiz, kaliteli bir otel. Çok memnun kaldık. Kahvaltısı da gayet başarılıydı.

Sigara içilen odada pencerenin sadece 3-5 cm açılması büyük sorun. Geri kalan konularda aklınızda soru kalmasın gayet iyi otel. Ama şu pencere olayı beni çok yordu.

Otel çalışanları çok titiz ve güler yüzlü, yemeklere bayılmadık ama genel olarak her şey güzeldi. Oda küçüktü biraz. Bir de plaj 15 dk yürüme mesafesinde, yazıldığı gibi özel değil. Parasını ödeyen herkesin geldiği bir yer.

Otel odası abartılı olmayan, ancak iyi tasarlanmış şekişde tefriş edilmişti. İhtiyaç duyulan her şey vardı (ütü dahil). Temizlik iyiydi. Odayı iki kişilik tutmamıza rağmen tek kişilik havlukonulmuştu. Söyleyince hemen ikinci takım monmuştu. Oda, nevresimler ve havlular temizdi. Cumartesi giriş yaltık. Paxar günü de kaldık. Pazar günü odada temizlik yapılmamıştı. Kahvaltı da çeşit ve lezzet fena değildi. Mujatap oöduğumuz bütün personel nazik ve ilgiliydi. Rahatlıkla kalınacak bir otel.

Die Anlage war sehr sauber. Der Service sehr freundlich. Die Mitarbeiter in der Rezeption waren ebenfalls sehr freundlich und kompetent. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

A part la localité, loin du centre-ville et le petit dej, qui est servi par le personnel (la qualité de la nourriture n'est pas au niveau de la chaîne hôtelière selon moi) C'était bien. Fallait tiré les vers du nez pour obtenir des infos pratiques et touristiques. Ce n est pas un lieu de vacances à mon avis

Otel genel olarak temizdi. Kurban Bayramında 4 gece konakladık. Girişte oda temizliğini talep ettiğinizde resepsiyona bildirin demişlerdi bizde 2 kez bildirmemize rağmen temizlik yapılmamıştı. 4 gece konaklamamizda ancak 1 gün odamız temizlendi. Kahvaltısı yeterli çeşitlilikteydi, yiyecekler tazeydi ve servisler temizdi.

Herşey dört dörtlüktü

Hilton ismine yakışır tarzda klas bir hizm3t sunmakta....kutluyorum...denize uzak ama yakındaki ücretli plaja para veemeden girmek iyiydi....bisikletler iyi düşünülmüş...

Mükemmel Hilton ev sahipliğinde, pandemi önlemlerinin titizlikle alındığı konforlu ve huzurlu bir tatil geçirdik. Tüm ekibe tekrar tesekkur ederiz.

Adının hakkını veren tamamen kurumsal çalışan ve covid19 önlemlerinin en iyi uygulandığı otel

Hilton otelleri isimlerine yakışan tarzda bir otel yapmışlar...diğer otellerinde gelip konaklayıp....örnek almalarını isterim....ufak bir detay belki ama tv sesinin belli seviye dışına çıkmaması bile kalite..konaklayan rahatını düşünmesi açısından çok önemli

Konaklamamız beklentilerimizi büyük ölçüde karşıladı. İstanbul’dan güneye yaptığımız arabalı gezinin mükemmel bir mola durağı oldu. Bundan sonrasında da aynı şekilde konaklamayı düşünüyoruz. Tek eleştirim duş kabininin tabanında kaymaz bir pad bulunmayışı. Duvardaki tutamağı bırakınca ayakta durmak tehlikeli bir hal alıyordu.

Very bad and they don’t follow the website conditions , I asked about sea view and they take more money while they don’t have sea view at all plus they keep my children a way from my room

The staff was amazing and very helpful. The only issue we had was that the AC was not working. The room was very warm and the only option we had was to open the window. Unfortunately, there are stray dogs outside that bark constantly so leaving the door open was not an option.
