The hotel has a free underground parking. The breafast was excellent with huge variety of dishes , both cols and hot, deserts, fruits. The beds were comfortable.

I booked a room through Booking.com with one price with a Genius discount but paid in the hotel 10% more. Unfortunately, I found it only a day later and this fact decreased the srore of the hotel. I hope that it was just a mistake of a guy on reception

Сам отель прекрасен, но мне очень не понравилось, что я бронировала номер на двоих с оплаченным ужином и завтраком. Но когда мы приехали, нам было отказано в ужине по непонятным причинам. Затем а ресторане на террасе вошли в наше положение и предложили ужин без оплаты как обещали. При выписке из номера нам сказали, что ничего больше платит не нужно. Я оплачивала все заранее . Но сейчас я получила счет. Но какое было мое удивление когда в счёте я увидела списание за ужин. Я категорически не согласна с этим и прошу разобраться с моим вопросом. Не хотелось бы портить впечатление от отеля и рассказывать потом все , что в таком приличном отеле тебя обманывают.Надеюсь на оперативное и положительное решение.

1.We booked two rooms 4 friends my friends refrigerator didnt work 2. On the booking.com there were no availability of 4 beds 4 friends , when we arrived the place my friends room was 4 beds , but on booking they made us book 2 rooms which we paid alot more , i have a video but i cant upload it

Спа, бассеин очень разочаровали. Мало того что в женской раздевалке нормально не переодеться, потому что штабелями на полу спят женщины азиатки, так еще и ужасная антисанитария. В особенности разочаровал бассеин, настолько грязный, что в мутной воде не видно примерно ничего. Парковка - отдельный вид ада. Парковка подземная, она закрыта, отель находится в центре на узкой улице, где не оставить машину, чтобы подойти на ресепшен и попросить открыть парковку. Персонал не разговаривает по английски, очень сложно попросить помощи или узнать стандартную информацию о пребывании в отеле.

Otopark var ancak illa birikeri açması lazım haber verilip. Çıkarkende öyle. Ama onun haricinde mükemmel bir hotel. İkramlar kahvaltısı çok süper.

Konaklama Deneyimimiz Maalesef Beklentilerin Çok Altında Kaldı DoubleTree by Hilton Elazığ’da gerçekleştirdiğimiz konaklamada köklü bir markadan beklenmeyecek ölçüde olumsuzluk yaşadık. • Kahvaltıda bozuk ürünler ve kalitesiz içeriklerle karşılaştık. • Hijyen standartlarının düşük olması, çalışanların görev sırasında sigara içmesi ve koridorlarda yoğun sigara kokusu oldukça rahatsız ediciydi. • Odamızdaki klima çalışmıyordu, spor salonu kapalıydı. • Ses yalıtımı yetersizdi, odalarda konfor sağlanamadı. Hilton gibi global ölçekte bir markadan kalite, hijyen ve hizmet noktasında çok daha yüksek standartlar beklerdik. Ancak yaşadığımız deneyim maalesef tam tersi oldu. Bu durumun, markanızın prestijiyle örtüşmediğini özellikle vurgulamak isteriz. Yaşadığımız bu olumsuzlukların dikkate alınmasını ve misafir memnuniyetine yakışır şekilde bizimle iletişime geçilmesini bekliyoruz.

**Avoid at All Costs — Mismanaged and Disrespectful** While the hotel’s central location is convenient, it’s the only positive thing I can say. The so-called “free valet parking” ended in disaster. Our rental car was parked illegally by hotel staff, resulting in a ticket we had to pay out of pocket. We contacted the hotel multiple times with proof that we were in our room when the ticket was issued—emails, calls, everything. Not once did they respond. Total silence.  Management is completely unresponsive and borderline negligent. The room was clean but filled with the lingering stench of cigarette smoke. Breakfast was a sad lineup of bland and unimaginative options. And to make matters worse, none of the staff spoke English, making basic communication incredibly frustrating. This hotel needs serious improvement. Until then, save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere.

Konaklama açısından sıkıntımız olmadı. Temizlik ve kahvaltı güzeldi. Kapalı otopark olması iyi. Fakat Otoparkta sıkıntı yaşadık. 3 arkadaş Motorsikletlerle gelmiştik. Alt kattan çıkarken Otopark zeminini sabunlu suyla yıkamışlar ve o haliyle bırakılmış. Hiç bir uyarı tabelası yok. Motorla geçerken 2 arkadaş kayarak düştük. Motorlarda ufak tefek hasarlar oldu ve arkadaşın bacağı darbe aldı. Çok Sorumsuzca bir davranış maalesef.

Location is good, breakfast is very good and so is the hotel restaurant. Beds are comfortable and clean, the bathroom is clean too. The price is lower than at other Hilton hotels, which is nice. Overall one might be satisfied, but...

...one would expect better quality from Hilton. First of all the staff at the reception speak no English whatsoever and they are not particularly eager or helpful. I stayed at two different rooms on two occassions. In one of them Internet did not work. Balconies are nice if they are clean, which was not the case, balcony windows were almost unhinged. Small things perhaps but why should one opt for a particular brand if not for top quality?

Eski carsinin merkezinde ancak park icin yardimci olunuyor. Cok trafik olmasina ragmen sıkıntı yasamadik. Ozel oda istegim tadilat nedeniyle karsilanamadi ancak yardimci olmaya calisildi. Nazikce odaya kahvalti ikram edlebilecegi soylendi. Eksik gordugum, Ramazan ayi da olsa, kahvaltiya dikkat edilmeli. Hemen hersey bayat gorunuyordu, kahve makinasi calismiyor, yeterli personel ve hizmet yok. Cesitli sebeplerle oruc tutamayanlar, dogru bir kahvalti hak ediyor. En azindan ekmek taze olmali ki, omletle yiyebilelim😒

Tertemiz ve sessiz,sakin bir otel.Şehirin tam merkezinde, konumu çok merkezi.Çalışanlar gayet kibar ve yardımcılar. Odalar son derece temiz düzgün ve bakımlı.Kahvaltı çeşitleri yeterli ,lezzetli,kaliteli ve temiz.Çok memnun kaldığımız bir konaklama oldu.

Hilton markasına güvenerek gittik. Otopark yok aracınızı sokaga park ediyorsunuz. Cadde üstünde olduğu için yer bulmak çok zor. Odayı jakuzili diyerek aldım dümdüz duş çıktı. Ayrıca duşta sampuan kalmamıştı. Telefonla istedik öyle dolu şişe geldi. Kahvaltı açık büfe çok yeterliydi. Kahvalti dışında Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum, paranıza yazık.

Every thing. We did not complete our stay. Very poor hotel. Bit surprised that doubletree gave this hotel their name.

Luxe hotel met alle voorzieningen, ben er zeer tevreden mee. Iets prijzig, is wel waard!

Best thing was morning breakfast. Loved it.

Staff was exceptionally kind. They have even offered to escort us to a place in the town to make sure we find it easily.

Hamam was a bit moldy and the hookah bar showing on one of the photos does not exist anymore.

Terrible place, to say this is a Hilton hotel it is a disgrace. When we arrived for check in the receptionist did not speak English she used her phone to translate. Very unwelcoming. It is supposed to be non smoking in the rooms but there was a constant smell of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel. The rooms were dirty, the spa advertises a gym which when we went to use it we were told no gym, the pool is tiny and freezing cold we were unable to swim in there!! The steam room was not even open on some days and we had to ask for it to be opened and then we had to ask for water to enable steam. Very unfriendly staff no help with luggage on arrival or departure. The only good thing about my 10 day stay was the breakfast which was plentiful and the staff in the restaurant were pleasant. I have previously stayed at the akgun hotel and Ramada which are a bit further out of the centre so I decided to go with the Hilton as it was in the centre and I thought being the Hilton it would be a 5 star hotel, definitely not, I would only give 2 stars and that is just for the breakfast and the restaurant staff. My future stays will definitely not be at this hotel and I would not recommend wasting your money here. The akgun and Ramada may be out of the centre but you can get the dolmus or a taxi into the centre so I will be staying at one of these hotels in the future and I would recommend these hotels for your stay. This has definitely put me off booking any stays in Hilton hotels anywhere in my future travels.

Hilton ile uzaktan yakından alakası yok. Otelin girişi, resepsiyon, restaurant , dekorlar daha çok yerel işletme gibi. Yemekleri ve kahvaltısı da çok vasat. Sigarasız oda diye verdiler ama her yer sigara kokuyordu. Kalabalıkta asansöre binmek imkansız, sıra gelmesi mümkün değil. Otopark sorunu var, valeye vermeniz şart.

Elazığ’a her yıl geliyorum . Sürekli bu otelde kalıyorum . Double Tree Hilton Güven ve kalite anlamına geliyor .

Gayet temiz ve konforlu. Aracınız varsa otoparkından yararlanabilirsiniz. Çarşı içinde olması bir avantaj. Gürültüden rahatsız olmadık.

„Frühstück bis 10:30 Uhr“ wurde hier sehr genau genommen: schon vorher wurde mit abräumen begonnen, und Punkt halb elf war das Licht aus, und es gab auch keinen Tee mehr. Das Frühstück war allerdings außerordentlich reichhaltig und qualitativ sehr gut. Auch am Restaurant gibt es etwas zu bemängeln. Vom reichhaltigen Angebot auf der Speise- und Getränkekarte ist nur etwa ein Viertel erhältlich. Etwas irreführend. Das Personal freundlich, Zimmer sauber. Wir hatten einen Balkon, den wir am Abend gerne genutzt haben

One of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed in my life. Very clean very respectful. The breakfast is really delicious and varied. I wish I had stayed here before Thank you very much to Mr. Hasan, the manager of the hotel, for his interest. We parked our car easily in the parking lot it wasn't like the other reviews.

The property is far away from standard Hilton quality.

Lovely hotel friendly staff but not up to Hilton standards, if you are seeking Hilton comfort. Dark structure, lighting terrible, parking worse even although they use vale service. Poor indoor design and old furnitures etc, no working coffe machine…classic 4 start hotel but not Hilton.

Otel resepsiyondan itibaren başlayıp sabah kahvaltısına kadar çalışan herkes asık suratlı nerden geldi bu insanlar gibi bakıyor çalışanlar daha ilgili Hilton adına yakışır bir otel bekliyordum. Temizlik fena sayılmaz oda konforlu fakat giren çıkan insanın haddi hesabı yok

i didn’t like property

because i turned two times around the property and no parking at the entrance or around the hotel i went the parking area ,- 1 property ,bad terrible scary ,staff was not good ,so we check out from hotel and i didn’t pay with my card

I immediately informed the Hilton CEO, ECR and Head office that despite being a valued patron Hilton Diamond member. This hotel deliberately failed to value an upgrade with suite or any other room. All the rooms showed live on the sytem available. Not even one member of the DoubleTree by Hilton Elazig welcomed, greeted or offered hi or hello or even offered a smile. After the first night I showed my dismay not being upgraded as Hilton Diamond member. Also mentioned to him not happy with the room has no bath tub and ac not working below sub-standard room. His behaviour along with all the management was shocking none existent and despite bring the matter for attention of Hilton head office who got involved the hotel refused to rectity the matter. After 9 nine nights room was only cleaned once. Breakfast no option of English or American no sausages, beans, waffles, croissants, danish pastries and even the orange juice was not fresh. Many days had no orange juice and said no latte in this hotel either. Virtually all the staff couldn't communicate in English the least they could do was smile. Hasan Polat the front office manager lied to Hilton team whom conducting the investigation. He falsely advised them had a meeting with me discussed and explained the problems. This same guy was virtually at the restaurant during breakfast never did he greet, smile or welcome or talk to me. Had the audacitiy to lie and pretend that he did and even though they have cctv cameras in the hotel will never be able to prove this because he was rude and arrogant to even talk to me face to face.

Tek gecelik konaklamada ilk girdiğimiz oda sigara kokuyordu, boş oda olduğu için değişim sağlayabildik. Merkezi bir konumda, yatakları çok rahat, kahvaltısı çeşitli ve kaliteli.

Otel aşırı derecede kirli ve özentisizdi. Temizlik yapılsın dedikten sonra bile sadece havlular değiştirilmişti. Çarşaflar aynıydı, konsol, sehpa, koltuk yataklar, her yerde kıl ve toz vardı. Bardak içinde bile kıl çıktı, hem de 3 oda değiştirdik ama geçtiğimiz her oda sorunluydu ve kirliydi. İlk odada piriz ve anahtarlar çalışmıyordu. bir daha asla kullanmam. Hilton adına yakışmadı.

Terrible service, staff lie about prices down in the spa. In the gym there’s a smoking area the staff use, i can’t train if there’s people smoking . People are a joke in here, would rather go somewhere else, as well as no english speakers, but that I’m not surprised .
