The bed was made but when I pulled back the covers to get in bed there were pubes and hairs bits of fluff, the sheets had been slept in. What got me was that the bed was made perfectly and the room was clean but the bed sheets were not changed from the last guest.

Location and friendly staff

Not enough staff working at breakfast, only one person for preparation & serving & clearing plates. This member of staff was doing her very best, smiling helping people as much as possible, despite being run off her feet. She was a credit to the Company. The TV didn’t work! Only remedy was to move rooms and the staff member said there wasn’t a guarantee that TV would work due to poor signal.

Comfortable bed and room. Food in restaurant was good and staff overall very helpful and friendly

Minor quibbles. No TV remote in the room and they were unable to provide a replacement as ‘a number had recently broken and they had taken them from other rooms to replace them’. Ours was obviously one of the unlucky ones. Also fan in room was constantly on and controls failed to work to turn it off. Very disturbing to a nights sleep.

after staying at the Hampton by Hilton Humberside Airport with work i have received a debt collectors letter asking for £340 when i gave my registration to the receptionist as well as on the displayed ipad. they are telling me there is nothing they can do to fix it other than sending an email to someone and i am risking getting a CCJ and not being approved on a mortgage next week for something they told me had been taken care of. needs serious attention as its caused myself great stress.

Modern hotel, clean and comfortable rooms. It is functional as an overnight stop over, with food available in the evening.

This hotel works well for an early morning flight out or a late evening arrival. It has free breakfast available early and a restaurant and bar. Previously, Marmite was not available for breakfast but apparently the catering manager kept complaining and there it was. Well done for listening to customer and staff feedback

Previously, there was a cheaper hotel available nearby - the Nightel - but this seems to no longer be available. It would be good to have the choice of cheapness over higher standards. The Hampton by Hilton never seems very full but doesn't try very hard to attract customers with good discounts when they are not busy.

空港が近いこと、歩いていけました。 朝一番の飛行機早い出発でもコーヒーが飲めたこと。 部屋には所謂、アメニティはありませんでしたが、電気ポットもあり設備が過不足なく揃っていてよかったです。 特にありがたかったのはアイロンとアイロン台があり、使えたこと。とても助かりました。

空調のエアコンの室温調整が難しかった。 移動があり日にちを変えて2泊しましたが、後に泊まった部屋のコンセントの1箇所が不具合があり、スムーズに使えなかった点。あと部屋設備を知らず選んでいたのですが、バリアフリー介護用の設備のある部屋で、バスルームの水音が始終聞こえていて少し気になりました。

空港に非常に近いこと、歩いて10分位で行けること。 部屋にアイロンとアイロン台があり、大変助かったこと。

特にありませんが、バスルームのカーテンがスムーズに閉じず、水が床に少しはねたこと位です。

空港の周りにこのホテルしかないが、1階のロビーで食事や飲み物を提供してもらえるのでそこで過ごせました。

朝一の飛行機は6時10分なので、朝食がもう少し早く提供されると良いと思いました。コーヒーなどはありました。

Nothing to like or dislike

The plug in the bathroom stuck closed and the shower head kept slipping down the rail making ideal to take a shower if you are tree foot tall.

Stephen and me with our Sparky felts comfortable from clean this room. We like clean rooms. My westie was happy holiday.

I am here with work, and absolutely love it. Hotel room clean, comfortable. Food at the restaurant is delicious and the staff are really helpful and friendly. Really impressed with Agnes in the restaurant 👌

Great little hotel, with easy parking. All staff I encounted were friendly & helpful. Easy check in and acknowledged as a diamond member which was nice. I was on top floor facing the airport and a good view of Thunderbird 3!! Noise from airport not an issue. Room & bathroom was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Good lighting, bed comfortable, WiFi signal good, no complaints. I ate in bar area and Touchdown restaurant. I preferred the bar menu, but all food I had was nice (Touchdown I thought a quite over priced for what it was). My only complaint is that the bar menu is only available weekends, given a choice I’d prefer the bar menu be an option during the week. Other than that, a great little hotel, enjoyed my stay and when in the area again will stay there

De Douche werd redelijk snel louw tot koud na een paar minuten douchen. Verder was alles echt prima in orde.

The rooms were nice and perfectly adequate for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping is done every three days, as far as I could tell, but you can request more frequent cleaning if needed. Unfortunately, the breakfast was disappointing. The bread did not seem fresh and felt more like mass-produced products. There were no fried eggs, only powdered scrambled eggs, and the bacon was barely cooked—more like the thicker, lightly cooked style often served in the UK. There were also no fresh vegetables such as cucumber or bell peppers, which would have been an easy improvement. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout the stay.

I had a really great stay at this Hampton by Hilton. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and exactly what you’d expect but what truly made the experience stand out was the staff. A special thank you to Agnes, who went above and beyond to help us during our stay. She was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect for us. It’s rare to come across someone who makes such a positive impact, but she absolutely did. Because of her, our stay felt much more personal and welcoming. She’s a real asset to the hotel, and honestly the reason I would choose to stay here again. Highly recommended.

The room was very clean and well presented, it was comfortable and had everything needed for a short stay.

The shower though lovely and large, didn’t function very well. And was alittle tricky to find the correct setting for the hot/cold water. I think it needs alittle tlc. And you have to pay for parking, which I thought was out of order, Cost me £12 for a single night.

Currently staying here and I’d advise against it. Staff are poor and have a poor attitude. One staff member started a conversation with the other staff memeber whilst I was in the middle of checking in. Just literally butted in to chat about another things. Delayed my check in. Kettle has stopped working in my room and not a spare available. The solution was to go to reception in the morning and they would wait for someone to check out and take the one from their room. Was given a paper cup of Luke warm water from reception for now. Staff member started moaning about all his other problems to me. I didn’t want to hear them. I wanted to eat in the restaurant for evening meal. It was booked for a private function until 2030 - not a problem, I’ll wait. I asked if I needed to book, was told no. Went to get food at 2045 as advised up only to be turned away as they were full and not letting anyone else in but there were still plenty of empty tables. Commenced an 18 mile round trip to McDonald’s… Over all, the few staff memeber I’ve encountered have had poor attitude and don’t seem interested in customer service at all.

The room facing the street are noisy, you can heat every truck and car passing. Internet connection is not so good. The heating system is noisy.

Been to this hotel a few times for convenience of location. Room is lovely, hotel very nice. But I think the staff must be bored or that’s how it looks. Their customer service is lazy and non existent at breakfast. Breakfast is poor, very little choice and substandard. Both very poor for the Hilton chain.

Our stay at this hotel was great. Friendly staff, lovely welcome. Had a brilliant experience from start to finish. We booked room for one night and left our car over the weekend. The room was spotless and relaxing. Bed very comfortable and lovely bathroom. We were even able to have some breakfast as the buffet was open when we left for our 0610 flight. Definitely worth staying over as parking was included in the very reasonable cost of the hotel.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel does what it says on the tin. An easy stay for access to the airport.

Very poor and unstable wifi in the room. The Touchdown Bar and Grill were not open on the weekend. The hotel provided simple, microwaved evening meals of reasonable quality but not what you expect from a Hilton

Very convenient location, just few mins walk from the airport. The room is quite large and the bed is quite comfortable, which makes it possible to sleep well.

The location of the room was also not very good, next to the elevator and noise from guests, and from the side of the window you can hear the noise from the nearby road. I've been your guest three times already, and each time my rooms were close to the elevator and the road. Are you serious, or do you have nothing else to offer Booking.com customers? This time, I didn't like the breakfast, there simply wasn't any. Only hot coffee and juice from the machine were available. You know, many guests leave the hotel around 4:50 to catch their first flight from the nearby airport, and it would be very kind of you to at least provide everything necessary to make a morning sandwich, not to mention a full hot breakfast. Or offer the option to book a room WITHOUT BREAKFAST.

The property was amazing value for money and Alice was super friendly and helpful.

The breakfast staff where not helpful and quite obnoxious I asked for vegan sausage and was told we don't have any no apology I asked if there was any scrambled egg and the reply was a tut and it'll be 5 minutes I'm in the middle of something On leaving the property we waited for 5 minutes to hand in the key to reception and Jono e showed up

“Absolutely shocking conduct from the receptionist. I walked into the hotel and instantly felt terrible the atmosphere was downright hostile. I was nothing but polite, yet she was aggressive, rude, and completely devoid of any basic sense of hospitality. To make matters worse, I was actually told off for parking my car outside while I was just trying to bring in my luggage. This is my first day, and the atmosphere is already terrible. I stay in hotels all over the world, and this is, without question, the most unwelcoming place I have ever encountered. And the worst part? I still have two more dreadful days to endure.”

Put up in Hilton Humberside following flight cancellation. Fortunately, whole experience made really pleasant by friendly accommodating staff, in particular, Finn, behind the bar - great lad.

We stayed at this hotel because we were catching a very early flight. Liked there was breakfast items out for those leaving before opening. Also appreciated late service in the restaurant when we arrived

Only minor things wrong. Had to pay 10 for less than 24 hrs parking, Only had 2 t bags and coffee in room, no milk even after cleaned, bar was closed at 12 after we returned. Breakfast finished to early 10 am.
