Reviewed Jun 15, 2025入住兩晚，但是： 1、週五晚洗澡時水流小，熱水需要等很久才有（可能只有我們入住），週六晚才恢復正常。 2、第二天沒有打掃整理房間。 3、兩天的早餐都是同樣的菜色。 4、沒有房間拖鞋。 5、只有浴巾。 6、小蟲、蒼蠅、蚊子不少。 7、隔音不好。 8、冰箱及飲水在公共區域。

Reviewed Apr 25, 2025房間整潔有個很小露台，風景不錯可見茶園和山景，可看日出但可惜大霧看不到! 設備整全電器設備意想不到,有加熱床墊、風扇、抽濕機....等。 餐廳有露台可邊吃早餐邊欣賞風景但早餐選擇不多。 地點不錯附近還有餐廳和便利商店，步行約8分鐘就能到清境農場，非常方便。

Reviewed Apr 23, 2025位於清境較高的地區，景色壯闊，合歡奇萊能高美景盡收眼底。這一帶算是清境的 “鬧區”，步行10分鐘範圍內就有台灣最高全家和7-11及多家餐廳，且旁邊就有公車站牌（可前往翠峰、合歡山或下霧社、埔里），不開車也很方便。房間和大廳都有美好山林景致，悠閒坐著享用咖啡茶飲，真的太愜意。

Reviewed Apr 10, 2025In any other place, I would have given this 4 stars. However, given the shortage of reasonably-priced, top-notch hotels around the lake, my 5-star rating reflects what was available for Taiwan. The room was very nice, and the hotel was close to the bus station and to the start of the trails around the lake. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and made our entire stay around Sun Moon Lake a great experience. Any issues we experienced, such as a slow elevator, narrow stairs, too few electrical outlets, etc., were very minor, and are to be expected throughout Taiwan. One thing remember: Take your key when you go out. Without it, you won't be able to get back into the hotel after 9:00 as the staff are off. Ask the staff about the local restaurant serving local mountain vegetable-based dishes. You won't regret it.

Reviewed Sep 27, 2024館方訂房部不應承接已經事先告知，需要輪椅進出的房型，該店老闆雖積極處理，但無奈門檻太高無法順利進出，每次進出都需要人力連同輪椅搬運，真是令人不悅。

Reviewed Sep 27, 2024請館方不要再接無障礙輪椅的客人了，雖然年輕老闆立即想辦法做個木斜板，我們仍無法順利進出，幸好我們有兩位壯丁，可以連同輪椅搬進房間，這裡我真心覺得訂房部很糟糕。 A102房間的通風真心不敢領教，一點山林的空氣都飄不進來，房間沒有開窗，難怪房間要有電風扇，浴室的排風扇也是停擺，洗澡完的熱氣水氣就在房裡，我索性在白天的時候把門打開，晚上房裡就有了蚊子(應該是我把房門打開通風的原因) 缺點說完了。 優點 : 兩位外籍房務態度親切良好。 老闆很積極願意幫忙解決問題。 設備老舊老闆剛接手，正在快速的重整，沒有聽到吵雜的工務聲音。 早餐採台式自助式07:30-09:30中規中矩，連住兩天沒什麼變化，有烤土司跟餐包小牛角麵包，乾淨、衛生。 浴室的水壓夠強，冷水夠冷、熱水夠熱，可以舒服的洗個澡。 如果不是帶有坐輪椅的媽媽，我會再多給分數。 不過因為事前有電話聯繫，館方訂房部並未如實告知，這點我認為道德感不足，如果今天是一對母女呢？想想人家怎麼進出？ 四人房的收費以平日來說，我覺得在清淨是貴了點，整體來說CP值低了點。

Reviewed Sep 11, 2024The hotel owner was not helpful at all. We have several huge heavy bags and she refused to help us to carry the bags down to our floor. We have to take the lift down and climb a few flight of stairs. The bed was rock hard and lastly we asked to borrow a few clothes hanger and the owner almost argued with me! Very ridiculous!

Reviewed Oct 29, 2023駕車沿途看到有很多旅館, 但像這種路邊就是入口, 不用上下坡一大段路, 而且入口旁邊就是泊車位的不多 而且對面是生果店, 旁邊是早餐店, 步行大概五分鐘就是全家/7-11/午晚餐店, 駕車大概五分鐘就是草原北邊入口, 地利位置很棒 加上景觀也很棒, 又有飲水機可以加水, 咖啡是咖啡粉自己過濾的 唯一挑剔是在床上就能看到日出, 相反就是別人也能在外面看到你的睡姿 (不過住客不多)

Reviewed Apr 7, 2022附近有鹹酥雞跟711全家還有火鍋店，在往合歡山上是最後的補給站，走路可到非常方便。 但飯店真的隔音不好，然後不太貼心因為當日下雨，我們的傘放在門外，指引我們到一樓房間（高低差關係大門在大約6樓高度，指引我們搭電梯到一樓後再穿過一小段路到另一個建築下三層樓，是的我們直接下去穿過大雨到房間，我明明有傘的(。•́︿•̀。) 希望可以雨天時可以提醒住客，如果是到對面建築可以帶傘一起過去唷 然後房間還算舒適但可能排水有點問題浴室一直有水聲跟洗臉台狂冒出泥沙跟水，雖然看完有請人打掃但什麼原因都沒有解釋我也一頭霧水

Reviewed Nov 23, 2020房間清潔度尚可。有一個市內電話，但沒有標示如何打去櫃台，電話也都是灰塵，應該是沒在用的房間設就不會清潔。 浴室乾溼分離的玻璃拉門有點低，身高175需要低頭出入。一人一條浴巾、簡單盥洗用具。 小陽台的木頭小椅子反而很乾淨，大家都會在陽台看星星吧... 開往下方(地下)的停車場，路很小條，如果是停在大門口外還可以。 早餐陽春，普通的輕粥小菜。公共區的檜木味很好聞。 天氣好，所以整體風景是真的很漂亮。

Reviewed May 24, 2020因活動住宿，下雨人不多，停車很方便，房間超大，設施設備齊全，價格合理，附贈的早餐雖然簡單，但品質不差，整體感覺很滿意，以價格來說，超過我們所期待，然後特別一提，因活動的關係也讓我們提前入住跟延後退房，非常感謝老闆的協助，下次肯定會考慮再次入住。

Reviewed Feb 25, 2020服務人員的態度非常好，且名宿優點特色都有很明確的說明仔細，還幫我們從2人房升等成4人房，陽台雖然不是很大，但望出去可以很清楚看到日出～名宿的狗兒也對我們非常熱情～～環境還蠻乾淨的～餐廳老闆還有放望眼鏡，早餐簡單清粥小菜還有烤土司，卻很滿足～是個很舒服的地方呦

Reviewed Feb 2, 2020The room (facilities, bed, etc) was comfortable and the location is convenient as well. A quick walk to local eateries and convenience store nearby. However, if you happen to visit during winter, bear in mind that there is only a electric bed warmer and no other heating facilities. The room thus gets very cold at night. Further, on my second night, the cold water tank out back had frozen so we did not have any cold water (thus, making it impossible to shower). Otherwise, everything else went pretty well!

Reviewed Dec 4, 2019出房門就見到一片田景山景，沒有阻擋，景觀一流。 民宿在大街， 對面就有幾檔生果，向上行幾分鐘就有食店及7-11，向下行10分鐘就可到清境農場，地點方便。 早餐雖然簡單但足夠，最喜歡就是有熱騰騰的豆漿及粥。 房內十分潔淨， 唯一缺點是洗手間燈光有點不足。

Reviewed Jun 5, 2019The staff there are really considerate as he helped us move our room to a floor where it doesn't requires us to get exposed to the rain (it was pouring at the time on the day we arrived). The property has a unique interior design and the view there is quite amazing.
