Reviewed Apr 14, 2026I had a very pleasant stay at Aswar Hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well organised, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. What truly made the experience stand out was the excellent service, especially from Ahmed at the reception. Ahmed was extremely cooperative and clearly puts in great effort to make each guest’s stay special and memorable. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help were noticeable from the first moment. What makes him exceptional is not only his efficiency, but also his warm smile, his polite manner with people and the way he welcomes guests with such friendliness that you immediately feel comfortable, ALMOST as if you have known the place for a long time. That kind of reception makes a real difference for travellers and leaves a lasting impression. Ahmed reflects the hotel in the best possible way, and because of him, the stay felt more personal and enjoyable. I would gladly stay at Aswar Hotel again and highly recommend it to others.
