They have the garbage looking rooms not garden view room. Staff at reception is very rude. Even no fresh glasses for welcome drinks. Used glasses kept near fresh glasses. One other guest unknowingly took used glass. We stopped them to use that one Even booking 2 month they alloted us garbage view room. My stay there totally ruined

I have just finished a four night stay here and can not understand at all why there is so many negative reviews, we had a lovely stay, hotel is clean, staff were very friendly and helpful and location is perfect. We will stay here again. Many thanks

ROOM B402 BATH BROKEN Overall the hotel was good but unfortunately the bath on the balcony that we paid extra for was broken. We informed reception and they said they would check but never came. They are now lying to us and trip and saying that all the baths are checked before we checked in and the bath was working fine. The bath only filled to the hot tub jets then lacked out onto the balcony . This had clearly been broken for a long time they just don't want to fix the issue is it would involve the removal of the bath to reconnect the pipes as the damage side is not accessible from the side. Very disappointed by there lies to me and trip and lack of help from reception. I've emailed them directly with evidence and they have not replied. This issue will not be fixed soon so if you're book in and they give you ROOM B402 CHECK THE BATH FILLS AND WORKS

Got the oceanfront balcony rooms at 1st floor, overlooking the pool with a direct sea view. Location is excellent, right across the road from the beach and a 5 min walk from the Landmark night market. Rooms might feel just the right size for 2 people but a little cramped for any more people. Breakfast spread is good, veg options might not be as great though but good for chicken eaters. In room facilities are good as well. Overall a good stay for folks wanting a sea view hotel with a pool with proximity to the beach and market

just back from there, and i notice the staff not really friend beside 1 staff that young at counter guys, other of that not really friendly and also keep chit chat. on room side there are disappointed , Room 406 that toilet really smelly someone pee and cant remove after been call multiple time, and second if you book deluxe room which are lower room then you have to push your luggage yourself, but if you upgrade your room then they will helping your to move it. got 1 night that my kid was having dinner at room and accidently spill on floor and i clean it minor and next day when room cleaning jus t ignore everything without cleaning and the floor was sticky, after that i call lobby and ask cleaning to help clean and the cleaning was come and simple cleaning without proper. then i have to use wet tissue to clean it. on the food breakfast for the fresh juice please double before drink it , there are banana fresh juice got smell and also is spoil. the location was good and next to ao nang night market but the service is not really there.

Not as updated as the pictures seem. I swear I requested 2 beds but they gave us a king sized bed. I also thought I requested a sea view and instead got a view of another hotel. No airport transfers or laundry services. The staff was pleasant but not overly helpful. Keep your receipt until the end of your stay, they don’t inform me that we needed to provide it at check out. WiFi was also spotty and slow, our tv never stopped buffering.

Great location, close to eateries and night markets. Staff were mostly friendly and assisted when approached. Rooms we a tinge small but overall good value for money.

Customer service does not exist in this hotel. Had workers walk in 2 x when DO NOT DISTURB sign was hung on door. I went down stairs and complained but the 4 people behind the desk couldn't care less and didnt think it was an issue. We left 2 days early because of the lack of service and friendliness. We said hi to staff on a couple of occasions and they did not even respond. I would never return and am the most disappointed having travelled many hours from overseas to have this as my holiday experience.

Best location. The beach is across the street, the night market two doors up. The pool is very good, the rooms are nice, the shower is excellent. Staff could be better, but they get the job done. They have a good gym, which is right in front—if you're an exhibitionist you will be in heaven.

Tub on the balcony doesn’t work and when I spoke to the staff they said “none of them work. “ Only cold water comes out of the faucet which took almost 2 hours to fill the tub halfway. Once it was full, the jets don’t turn on o Safe is detached from the wall and the towel hanger in the bathroom is about ready to fall off too. The “king bed is just 2 doubles pushed up next to each other. We had ants in our room

This was the last hotel of my Thailand trip and I have to say I did not like nor appreciate the terrible service. The front desk employees were rude and not very friendly or helpful. The room does not have a safe to secure belongings . I did not let this ruin my trip. No I would not recommend this hotel

SURPRISINGLY Good. I spent 4 days here and was impressed with the comfortable bed and great location. For the price, I was very pleased. I booked on the first floor with direct access to the pool anda view of the sunset. The breakfast was first class. It's location was great and very easy to get around.

Spent 3 nights here as a central base as we had 3 days of island exploring for the start of our trip. It was surprisingly good! Central, easy to walk to everywhere. Breakfasts were great for the price you pay. Very affordable. Small rooms but again, you get what you pay for. We were pleasantly surprised! Would definitely stay again. Best part is the Ao Nang Landmark Nightmarket is right next door too!! So good!

Despite reading mixed reviews, we founf the Maneetel excellent! Staff very helpful. Our rooms were kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay with fresh new water bottles every day too. Air Con and TV were no problem. The only thing....Our Jacuzzi didn't work, but that was no big deal...we used it as a bath sometimes! Would go again!

Property was well located for my needs. The room has very limited storage, and the gym, cannot be called a gym. A treadmill and a dysfunctional universal system.

Don’t waste your money, This was one of several hotels we booked for our Thailand holiday, it ended up being the most expensive with the worst room. Bathroom absolutely stinks, There is no where to put clothes, Lighting so bad you can’t see properly, Can hear EVERYTHING in the next rooms, talking in corridor so loud it’s like they are in the room, and every room has a ridiculous door bell it’s so loud you can’t hear them right down the hall. We checked in and realised the safe wasn’t working, we popped down to reception and tried to explain to the reception team, they had spoked really good English when asking for 2,000 bahts as room deposit! We used the little Thai we know but they insisted no safe wasn’t a problem!!!! Now Thailand being a mainly cash only island meant we had a pretty large amount of cash as we had just been to the ATM. We eventually got given a safe that wasn’t fitted into the room so we had to hide it! Couldn’t wait to leave absolutely awful over priced and no friendly customer service, which we have had at cheaper accommodation. Only good point was the short walking distance to get the long tail boat to Railey beach.

This hotel was little disappointing. I loved the direct entry from our room to the pool, but the room was poorly designed. There was no room to put anything anywhere so we had to keep stuff in our suitcases and on the floor. Bathroom was even worse, no space for toiletries. We had to ask for toilet paper every day as the teeny tiny rolls last only half a day and they did not put any extra. They use tall glasses with very heavy bottom which they turn upside down. Slight move of the tray and the glass toppled over, and broke for which they charge you. It's a very expensive glass. Make sure you turn the glass with the heavy bottom the right side up. This is the quiet side of Ao Nang beach which I liked. Our stay was OK, but I don't think I would stay again due to the lack of furniture/storage space in the room.

As other reviewers have said, This hotel is not worth staying at. The bathroom smells horrible, and the smell flows into the room, making it smelly too. I thought the drains were dirty or clogged, which was the reason for the bad smell... The next morning I found something horrible... I was woken up by the stench and went to the bathroom, and there was a cockroach. This may have been done by a guest who was dissatisfied with the hotel's service, but if the room had been cleaned properly it wouldn't have been a problem. The place where it ran off to was what I saw (photos and video). The mountain-facing room had a filthy view and looked like a slum. The slum dwellers were making loud noises at 5am, and the dogs were barking in response, waking me up. It was the worst stay. I would advise you not to waste your precious time.

This place in located in the heart of AoNang . Walking distance from restaurants tour guide and night market . Hotel was clean and staff was friendly

Great location close to everything.

Property was okay but our bathroom needed a proper clean and modernising.

Stort härligt rum med stor balkong och fin utsikt över grönområde. Stor frukostbuffé. Nära flera trevliga restauranger, Nightmarked och flera 7-Eleven. På andra sidan gatan finns en långgrund och lång strand med mycket gott om plats för badare och soldyrkare.

Hello, I want to share my experience with maneetel hotel. I booked the hotel from 14th to 17th, 3 nights total (2 nights in room with pool access then 1 night in standard) Overall experience is good. On the day of check in we reached at about 1100 hrs and even after saying that my wife is pregnant and I would like early check in, the receptionist said its 300 bahts per hour, which is 1200 bahts for 4 hours and more than half the price of the room. Its totally commercial. Also at check out its 300 bahts per hour for late check out. They are always looking for money from you. Lost key card is 2000 bahts. Its too much. But apart from that, the location of hotel is really good. Pool is nice, has a slide for children, remains open till 10 pm.. So overall good facilities. The breakfast buffet is good, omelette is very good. Very limited vegetarian breakfast options. (If you are Indian and vegetarian, then either you will have to eat breakfast out or stuff yourself with bread butter jam.) If you want convince over money, then you can book this hotel. Otherwise they are always looking for money at every point.

We had ocean view with pool swim out and it was worth it! TV didn't work. Shower flooded the bathroom every time. Very loud when the AC is off, definitely not sound proof rooms. Location is ideal for everything. Every tour company was willing to pick us up. The free breakfast was incredible & the view was amazing. Food, inexpensive massages, and shopping was all close. Amazing beach sunsets.

The bedroom was good , did not like the door linking next door bedroom, you could hear everything, the tv never worked no channels, if they did they were in Thai, the breakfast was excellent every morning, swimming pool is good , location is very good next to shop and stree food market , also the sea is cross the road

Lots of spider webs in the room and room service was not very thurough in cleaning. Drain was plugged for sink and took awhile for the hotel to understand what I was explaining. Water heater broke during stay and was also very dusty and dirty. Only good things to say about the place was the pool had a nice slide and the free breakfast tasted good with daily changes.

This hotel was a complete disappointment. Despite paying for three adults, they refused to provide an extra bed, claiming it wasn’t mentioned in the booking. Isn’t it common sense that a booking for three adults should automatically include accommodations for three? The room they gave us was so cramped we could barely move after placing our luggage—even without the extra bed. After much back-and-forth with our agent, they begrudgingly gave us an extra bed, but now there’s no room to walk at all. When we politely asked the front desk if they had a slightly bigger room, the staff member laughed mockingly and asked, “Will you pay extra?” This felt not only rude but humiliating. Do they think we’re staying for free? While I understand charging extra for larger rooms is policy, the tone and laugh were incredibly disrespectful. It felt demeaning, as if she viewed us as less deserving. When we asked her to be polite, she arrogantly flaunted her name tag and told us to go ahead and complain, showing no remorse. We requested to speak to the general manager, and she smugly called them. Unfortunately, the general manager showed no concern or willingness to address the behavior of their staff. It makes me wonder if we, as Indians, are seen as less deserving of respect. When foreigners visit our country, we extend hospitality and courtesy; why can’t we receive the same in return? This experience left me feeling humiliated and deeply disappointed, not just with this hotel but also with Thailand as a destination. What should have been a happy start to our trip in Krabi was instead marred by humiliation and frustration.

My wife and I stayed at Manteel Krabi Beachfront from July 17th to July 20th, and our experience was far from satisfactory. Upon checking into our room, we noticed that the toilet was leaking. We immediately called the front desk, and while they moved us to a different room that same night, the problems didn’t end there. The next day, we encountered issues with the shower—hot water would only last for about 10 seconds before turning cold. We contacted the front desk again, and it took about 45 minutes for a technician to arrive and attempt to fix the problem. Unfortunately, the issue couldn’t be resolved, and we were eventually moved to a different hotel. Given the multiple inconveniences, we asked Mrs. Shira at the front desk for a refund for at least two of the nights. She refused, claiming that it was not possible since the booking was made through Agoda. When Agoda reached out to her, she denied that anything went wrong during our stay and refused any sort of compensation. Overall, our stay was extremely disappointing, and the lack of accountability from the hotel management only made matters worse. I would not recommend staying at Manteel Krabi Beachfront.

I recently stayed at Maneetel Krabi Beachfront, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. The moment we walked in, nobody greeted us at the reception. The staff didn't even look up from their desks. No offer to help with our bags; we were left to struggle on our own. We booked a room for three people, but when we got there, the room only had one bed. When we complained, they demanded more money for a mattress to put down in the doorway. This was not only inconvenient but also felt like a blatant money grab. The bathroom was another disaster. The shower wouldn’t stay put and wouldn’t drain properly, flooding the entire bathroom floor every time we used it. To top it off, the deposit safes in the room were all switched off, so we couldn’t secure our valuables. The worst part of our stay was when a rusty shelf fell off the wall and injured my daughter. When this happened, it seemed all the staff ran away, avoiding us completely instead of offering help or assistance. Additionally, it was obvious that the staff were trained to optimize revenue at the expense of customer experience at every opportunity. Every interaction felt like a transaction aimed at squeezing more money from us rather than ensuring we had a pleasant stay. And as a final reminder, despite its name, Maneetel Krabi Beachfront is not actually on the beach. The overall experience was incredibly disappointing. The staff was unhelpful and rude, the room was far from what we expected, and the conditions were unsafe. I would strongly advise against staying at Maneetel Krabi Beachfront. Save yourself the hassle and book elsewhere.

Close to the night market and close to the long tail boats perfect would recommend this place if your island hopping

Good but the hotel facilities need improvement. Shower of the bathroom looked like a hostel shower and at nights was making a noice that bother us. Their breakfast was kind of basic and poor, pretty bad coffee and the juices were from box, for a 120 $ a night I was specting a little bit more.

I was her beginning december 2023, big room balconey, nice view but noisy traffic. Was sick from aircon e grand delux way to cold, promised refund 1 night 3300 bath never get back any money feel cheated by hotel. Nice breakfast, gym was nothing , same pool but fantastic beach.

Our travel agent put us there for our two nights stay in Krabi. Friendly staffs with very close to the beach. We got the rooms with beach view. There were few issues. Despite staff's attempts to clear the clog, the shower remains consistently blocked, causing water to inundate the entire shower room. Wifi was terrible. Multiple awakenings were necessary due to fireworks set off by revelers near the night market and bars. Safety locker was not functioning with safe code so had to use the key. I don’t recommend this hotel if you are looking for a god night sleep.

Staff were excellent. Great location. Amenities great. Had electric shock problems with jacuzzi in B401…..VERY DANGEROUS. The front desk staff were great and gave us another room A403. The jacuzzi broke there as well. Safety guard in intake came off and strong suction. Also dangerous But would stay there again because of the other positives

Nice hotel, on the ocean. We were pleasantly surprised, based on cost we were not expecting it to be this nice. We had 3 rooms with ocean view. Walking distance to most everything. Would stay here again.

I stayed for the first time at ' Maneetel Ao Nang ' on friday night. Ao Nang was very busy for ' Somkran ' so I couldnt park at the hotel but there were spaces at ' Landmark' very close by. Its in a great location with everything you might need in walking distance. I choose it as I was visiting the New ' Irish Embassy Pub ' + wanted to walk there. On arrival, there were 2 lovely reception staff who did a great job of welcoming me. Its a lovely spacious reception where the gym + pool + a coffee shop are all on ground level. The room was perfect + very nicely designed/decorated. Its small but I expected that. Theres a balcony if you want to sit out. VERY unlike the reviews previous to mine...I had a super night sleep, NO noise at all until my alarm clock went off ! The breakfast area is on the 2nd floor + you can sit facing out to sea ! Good choice of breakfast + spotlessly clean. I would be happy to return here.

There was quite a bit to like about this hotel: friendly helpful staff, beach-front location. However, we had a terrible time: every night 10pm-4am drug-crazed rave music at v high volume from neighbouring rave venue made sleep impossible. Not the fault of the hotel but don't stay here unless unless you want to go on an enormous trip every night.

Highly recommend for those who are searching for beach front hotel in Ao Nang area. We stayed in pool access rooms for two nights, when we needed something just went directly to reception. The hotel is located very close to the night market which makes life so easy to grab some delicious dinners and food price is also cheap. Hotel front receptionists are all helpful and friendly. FYI, the room we stayed has a hair dryer, no need to bring your own. We are both happy with our holiday in Krabi and this hotel.

Hôtel pas du tout à la hauteur du prix payé Le personnel est complètement absent et se fiche totalement de vous . Salle de bain avec canalisation bouchée le technicien est intervenu et j’attends toujours qu’on vienne nettoyer la salle de bain . Porte d’entrée qui ne fonctionne pas pour accéder à la chambre . Petit déjeuner catastrophique . Piscine salle et non entretenu nous n’avons pas pu nous baigner . Eau chaude non disponible. Sur un séjour d’un mois en Asie c’est le plus mauvais hôtel et pourtant le prix est excessif . J’ai eu des hôtels beaucoup mieux que celui-là pour 30% du prix . Hôtel à fuir heureusement que je n ai passé qu une nuit .

Nice Hotel, Brilliant location. Room where nicely decorated, but pretty small. Nowhere to store you luggage as in drawers cupboards. Breakfast was plentiful, but unfortunately cold, i never seen the ban-marie on to keep food hot. Hotel staff very polite.

Good location. The room felt a little small but I got used to it and there was an intentional see through part in the glass to the bathroom which isn't great if you value privacy.

Viihtyisä paikka suht rauhallisella paikalla ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Allasbaari ei ole käytössä, mikä pieni miinus, mutta juomaa saa tarpeen mukaan sisällä sijaitsevasta kahvilasta. Omaa ravintolaa hotellissa ei myöskään ole, mutta se ei haitannut. Huoneet ovat tyylikkäät, mutta liiankin pelkistetyt, koska säilytystilaa ei ole minkäänlaista, vain yksi lyhyt vaatetanko ja muutama hengari.

We Can recommend this hotel to everyone. The staff are Very friendly and helpful and the building is new and it has a nice warm swimmingpool. The Beach is just across the street and there are cozy restaurants Very close. Also at the beachside with a fantastic view.

Super venlige, der er rent og en fantastisk morgenmad med udsigt over vandet. Beliggenheden er perfekt lige ud til strand og indkøbspromenade med mange hyggelige restauranter lige ud til stranden hvor man kan opleve en enestående solnedgang.

Bilderna är något vilseledande och enligt dom ser det bättre ut än vad det är. Ligger bredvid stor väg med trafik och avgaser. Vi bodde här bara en natt innan vi reste vidare. Liten pool finns men få solstolar. Frukosten var vi nöjda med. Det finns bättre boende för samma och mindre peng.

Toppen läge, nära night market Bra frukost Man måste passera Trafikerade väg till stranden. Små rum , inga avlastnings ytor eller krokar på väggar

The worst check in experience of my holiday.. Extreme let rude and not helpful. Nice hotel modern building small rooms and bathroom but ok. Air con unit is on the roof of the balcony and it drips water as you sit their. I tried to buy some water at midnight was told no I have to walk to the shop about 20 mins away. Really nice hotel however they just need to work on customer service.. I’m not one for leaving bad reviews but the whole experience was not great.

Vi bokade ett rum mes garden view, det var ganska litet och dålig förvaring på rummet. Men väldigt skönt att ha balkong mot trädgården då de rum med sea view hade den trafikerade vägen emellan. Frukosten var ganska bra, kaffet kan förbättras. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam. Om man promenerar eller åker en bit ner på stranden kan man hitta en mer ostörd plats att sola på.

Levende ikke op til forventninger og billeder fra hjemmesiden. Der er en vej mellem poolen og stranden, hvor der er meget larm og støj fra. Rengøringspersonalet gøre fint rent, men var ikke gode til at fylde vand op, ligge toiletpapir m.m. Der ligger en lille café på hotellet - laver god kaffe (hvor bønnerne bliver kværnet først). Langs stranden (lige overfor hotellet) ligger en masse bar’s, hvor man kan sidde og nyde solnedgangen. Dog er priserne nærmest fordobbelt her ift hvis man bare går ind til byen. Tager 20-30 min på gåben at komme ind til Ao Nang centrum. Samlet set var det en fin nok oplevelse, men man skal bestemt ikke forvente noget luksus.

The Hotel is very modern nice staff good breakfast & pool . Good location on the beach & a bit of a walk to the main shopping but that was ok we could of taken transport but preferred to walk . Close to restaurants. We stayed in a nice room over looking the beach only thing at night the traffic was noisy as the sliding glass doors could have been double glazed. Heaps better then Railay Beach

Easy checkin checkout. Nice pool, Handy to plenty of good eateries. Nice ocean view. By the road so a little noisy occasionally. Pleasant helpful staff. Going back for another three nights at moths end. Good value.

The safety box was broken when we arraigned. And then we called the servicemen and repaired it. But it didn’t work again. Water in the shower room collected without flowing. But otherwise we could relax in there. Thank you very much.

Way to expensive for the area and the rooms tiny with zero space for clothes or even bags. The beach sucks which is also across the road so technically it’s not beach front resort style. Staff was great and trustworthy.

Comparing with Ao Nang Beach is definitely much quieter n lesser place to shop n dine around the hotel. But good to have the beach just in front of the hotel n walking distance to the race site(was there for runcation). Staff was friendly to assist in my last minute request to go visit Wat Tham Suea before going Airport for my flight.

Very friendly staff and good value! Can’t complain for the price, but wouldn’t really consider this on the beach. The pictures are a little deceiving. There is a busy road that goes in front of the hotel and then there is the beach after that, but it’s not a beach you would really want to lay out on - mainly a place for boats etc. overall great service though and surprisingly delicious and expansive breakfast!

Clean hotel and room, good services, friendly staff, delicious breakfast and nice pools, calm pool in the background! The hotel location is good, but the traffic is noisy. We recommend it for Family and friends.

The hotel room was nice and so was the pool - I'd recommend paying extra for a sea view or swim up pool. However one afternoon we came back to our closed suitcases to find an empty pillowcase inside one of them - assumingly one of the maids fancied a snoop in our belongings, potentially stealing something that we're not yet aware of and dropping her pillowcase that she was meant to be changing. So if you do stay here lock all your belongings away! Also the toilets leave an awful smell lingering in the bathroom and beware of ants everywhere including the breakfast area near the food! Nice rooms but that's about it.

Our stay was lovely until we came to leave,then we were charged for a glass which we hadn't taken or seen ? We did try to explain we hadn't taken it but couldn't prove this so were charged anyway .This was a Shame after we had been praising the hotel and staff .

Sea view room extremely small, no place to keep luggage. Main road separates hotel from beach. Pool is large and clean but no railings to grasp climbing in and out. Our room had a plumbing issue that was fixed right away. Only one English language TV station (RT, Russia). Staff very pleasant.

Love the view, nespresso coffee machine, bathtub by the balcony and the spacious room! It is so unique because there's no cupboard but instead they have open concept kind of clothes storage. I love it cos its cool!

From when we arrived to the morning we left the service was excellent, we had the pool access room which again was faultless, would highly recommend, as far as location goes it's about a 15-20 min walk from the main ao-nang beach/nightlife but the beach and surrounding bars/restaurants are just as good, also a longtail boat station over the road which was only 100 Baht each to Railay! Would definitely book again if I ever returned to Krabi

Designed like an upscale prison cell. Concrete beds. Grey unpainted walls. No one in their right mind would pay the supposed full rate. There are much better places for the same money.

We were only there for one night. It was clean & comfortable. The pool was great! The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good too! The only downside was the street noise. Dont get a beach view room if you want to sleep at night.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Maneetel Hotel in Krabi.We stayed in the deluxe beach view suite with private jacuzzi on the balcony which overlooked the hotel pool and Aon Nang beach.The breakfast which was included in our stay was great with a good selection of western staples to tradition Thai and Indian dishes and ample assortment of fresh fruit and salad choices.The hotel location is very convenient to access shops , restaurants and late night entertainment. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Maneetel Hotel. Our only regret is that we could not stay longer.

*floor level pool access room* The property is great, the only thing it lacks is a restaurant but whether you walk right or left from the hotel there are sooo many options for food and shopping. The pool was my favourite yet, sunsets were beautiful and it was comfortable to watch from my pool access porch. The beds were also my favourite, of about 6 hotels in thailand so far. We were sick for a day and the beds allowed us to easily sleep through the day as well as fall back asleep if the other got up. However, the room we had was ridiculously small and had no storage. Could barely wall around the bed. The rooms across the hall from us were huge so i don't know why they made these so small. Breakfast was included and was good.

This is actually the worst hotel ever! I would never recommend anyone to stay here. This is NOT a 4 star resort. I’ve stayed at 3 stars in Thailand that were much better than this hotel. Checking in was quick and easy. However there was nobody there to help me with my bags. The view is nice! Buts that’s the only nice thing about this hotel! The walls are very thin and can hear everything in the room next to you. EVERYTHING! Like conversations, then using the bathroom, even sex... I chose this hotel as it was away from the main area but still close to a beach. I needed a place to just sleep off my sickness. Horrible place to sleep and relax. Front desk was useless and wanted me to pay a lot just to change rooms. Had to use earplugs and that is the first time since I’ve been traveling SEA for the past 2 months. This was easily the worst stay of my trip. If you want your vacation ruined than stay here! Cleaning staff were very nice and friendly.
