숙소 근처가 조용했음에도 주변에 맛집들이 많아서 좋았다.

베개가 너무 푹 꺼져서 매우 불편했다. 4성급인데에 비해 욕실 크기도 너무 작고 욕실 줄눈깨져있고, 곰팡이펴있는 등 욕실의 시설이 좀 아쉬웠다. 그리고 욕실 불을 켜면 현관 등이 같이 켜져서 밤에 화장실갈때 일행에게 좀 미안(?)하기도 하다ㅋ

住宿地點很棒，旁邊就有便利超商，步行也能到旁邊用餐。 從房間可以看到山與海，景色很美。

浴室、房間都有霉味，床、架子都有灰塵，感覺不是很乾淨，窗戶打開也都是灰塵。

CP值很高的選擇，飯店位置非常好，步行就可以抵達城山，附近也有很多好吃的店家。當天入住可能因為空房還很多，還被升等了，謝謝工作人員的服務

몇년전에도 두번 방문했었는데 노후가 되서 그런건지 화장실에 곰팡이가 있습니다.

Fantastica colazione. Camera con vista sul mare. L'hotel è grande, pulito e collocato in un'ottima posizione. Le camere non sono enormi ma sufficientemente spaziose. Molto consigliato

Die Lage und das Preisleistungsverhältnis sind okay. Hotel ist vielleicht vergleichbar mit einem Motel One in D.

Allerdings ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen. Der Roof Top Bereich (mit viel Platz und guter Aussicht, inkl. Sonnenuntergang) ist riesig, aber wohl nicht mehr in Betrieb. Keine Ahnung, ob hier noch weiter investiert wird oder ob das Hotel in naher Zukunft schließt. Schade, denn es gibt nicht viele Vergleichbare Unterkünfte in der Nähe. Das Frühstück war nicht wirklich gut!

Great location

Bien ubicado para tomarlo como base para conocer la parte norte y este de la isla. Cumple con los estándares mínimos para una estancia de una noche, con habitación limpia y cama cómoda.

El personal no habla inglés por lo que es muchas veces difícil hacerse entender con ellos. La habitación no es muy espaciosa pero está limpia y es cómoda.

Ubicación para subir al volcán. Desayuno buffet. Sitios para cenar cerca.

예전엔 호텔 내에 편의점이 있었는데 편의점이 사라져서 옆 호텔을 이용해야합니다.

Location was good - easy to find and convenient parking. Check-in was fast.

Room wasn't very clean. Towels had a horrible dusty smell, the room we stayed in was nothing like the pictures on the booking page.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, its a value for money choice. The location is excellent - its less than a 10-minute walk to Seongsan Sunrise Peak. We really enjoyed walking there in the morning to catch the sunrise, then coming back to the hotel to shower and start a new day before check-out at 11:00am. Each guest also gets two pillows, which is a nice extra. When we checked out, we noticed there were other parking spaces on the 1st floor. Though, we had parked on the unpaved ground next to the hotel building.

The hotel is really well located, a short walk from sunrise peak and local restaurants. Parking was very easy. Rooms were a great size and very comfortable. Staff were also very friendly.

入住第一晚便遇到大雨，外出用餐返房後發現房間天花板漏水，且漏水情況相當嚴重，不僅滲透到床墊，連放置在房內的衣物也被淋濕。 向櫃檯反映後，約半小時才有工作人員前來查看。期間飯店並未主動說明處理方式，只提供另一間房的房卡讓我們更換房間。對於此次事件，最讓我失望的是飯店的應變與服務態度： 1. 看到我們多件衣物遭漏水淋濕，工作人員並未主動提供協助或解決方案。直到我們主動詢問後，才表示可協助洗衣，但飯店並無烘乾設備，只能提供曬衣架，實際幫助有限。 2. 我們約晚上9點回到飯店，直到9點半過後才取得新房間房卡。在更換房間的過程中，飯店並未主動協助搬運行李，只能由我們自行整理並搬遷所有物品。 3. 晚上約11點，我們好不容易完成換房、整理房間及處理濕掉的衣物，已經準備休息時，飯店人員卻按門鈴要求歸還原房卡，完全沒有考量住客可能已經就寢，再次造成不必要的打擾。 飯店的地理位置確實不錯，距離景點相當方便，但此次房間漏水事件所展現出的危機處理能力、服務細節及應變效率，仍有很大的改善空間。希望飯店未來能更加重視住客遇到突發狀況時的感受與需求。
