Le lenzuola scure di tessuto sintetico e asciugamani. Assenza di ripiani in bagno.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026The location is amazing! A 2 minutes walk from the hotel and you are at the entrance of the Old City Historical Park, so for that definitely worth the money! As for the park I suggest renting a bike, is cheap, you can go anywhere with it and it’s all flat, so no difficult slopes! Breakfast was nice🤗 And the staff as always in Thailand was super nice and helpful! They didn’t have the right change, so they told me to go eat and come back, no problem whatsoever🤗
It wasn’t super clean, but I guess is not even the hotel fault, it’s in the middle of the Thai countryside so don’t expect no insects, I don’t mean cockroaches or anything, but small tiny insect around the floor, so they can also get through the mosquito nets placed at the windows.

Rooms were a really good size and it was in a great spot near shops, restaurants and temples but nicely tucked away so felt quiet. Felt like really good value for money. The breakfast was a lovely surprise and while simple it was great to set us up for the morning. I would really recommend staying here.

Foreigners not welcome, unfriendly staff. Noisy neighbours karaoke late at night just in front of our window. Noisy cleaning lady from 7 am. Poor wifi. Not a boutique hotel at all. Aircon strait on your head when sleeping.

The staff do not speak much English (so get your google translate ready). Also, they did not know some basic tourist information (like how to get to New Sukhothai and where to catch buses.)

Reviewed May 17, 2026The best budget accommodation in the perfect location to see the temples. Theses a 7 eleven 100 Mtrs away , massage shops , restaurants and laundry shop , bicycles to hire 30 Bart for the day . My room was very clean , good shower and air conditioning worked well . Free breakfast too ! I’d recommend

Be aware that this is just another simple guesthouse .... It's perfectly fine for a short stay, but there's nothing 'boutique' about the place (nor was our room in any way 'deluxe', as advertised). Staff wasn''t personable and virtually no English is being spoken. The beds were the worst, like concrete: definitely the hardest ones we've had in the last 3 months of travel

También cerca de un mercado nocturno de comida y varios restaurantes, hay un 7 eleven a la vuelta. La habitación es muy espaciosa y tiene todas las comodidades que se describen. Todo estaba limpio, es una zona tranquila y el desayuno gratuito que ofrecen estaba bien. El personal es amable y atento.

Reviewed Feb 26, 2026Location is super - very close to the historical park, but also on a quiet side street. The AC worked well, and it is a must, even in February it was suffocatingly hot outside. The breakfast is plentiful, the hosts are nice and accommodating.
The room did not look boutique. It was very basic. I had 3 nails in the wall for the decoration - no picture or anything. But otherwise you have anything you need in the room.

Pression de la douche parfaite et eau chaude réglable. Emplacement idéal que ce soit pour aller dans le site historique ou juste se balader dans la vieille ville. Possibilité de profiter de la terrasse partagée. Petit déjeuner offert généreux (pain, beurre, confiture, thé ou café, beignets, bananes). Hôtes discrets.

Reviewed Feb 10, 2026La ubicación es excelente, frente al mercado nocturno y muy cerca del parque histórico de Sukhothai. La habitación estaba muy bien, había desayuno gratis todos los días.
El personal no nos ayudó mucho… sentíamos que molestábamos cada vez que preguntábamos algo. En Sukhothai hay un problema enorme con el transporte. Solo se puede llegar en bus, la estación está en la parte nueva de la ciudad y la mayoría de los alojamientos en la parte vieja. La única forma de ir de la estación de bus hasta la ciudad vieja y viceversa es en taxi o tuktuk, los alojamientos lo saben y se aprovechan. Te piden el mismo precio que pagas por un billete de bus hasta Chiang Mai por un trayecto de apenas 8-10 min… sientes que hay una mafia entre los alojamientos y los conductores de taxi/tuktuk, no están ahí para ayudarte sino para intentar cobrarte 6-7 veces el precio de lo que realmente cuesta el trayecto… no solo este alojamiento sino todos.

-Personnel DÉSAGRÉABLE, qui ne sait pas parler gentiment aux clients et qui ordonnent dès la seconde phrase de payer la chambre " PAY NOW" et même pas de "please". Dès que la propriétaire a fini de vous parler à travers sa fenêtre, elle la ferme devant vous sans le moindre problème. -le matelas est aussi dur que du béton -les rideaux laissent passer trop de lumière et ne sont pas très utiles contre le soleil au petit matin. -notre chambre était au rez-de-chaussée et donnait sur un parking donc impossible de laisser les rideaux ouverts car il y a aucune intimité (après vu le prix de la chambre c'est normal)

素可泰門口，舊城區這一帶旅館的設備與價格相比，房價都偏高。要不是訂房平台年中大促，真是住不起這一區
