La douche était bouchée donc mauvais écoulement des eaux et inondation dans la sdb, pas de serviette pour la piscine ni pantoufles ni peignoir, pas de hamam

De afstanden in Berlijn waren groter dan verwacht. Met deelfietsen in de buurt was het echter wel goed mogelijk om overal te komen

Ein sehr kleines Zimmer und wie so häufig ohne richtigen Schrank. Die Lage ist auch nicht günstig, was Haltestellen, Geschäfte oder Restaurants anging.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Chambre spacieuse, confortable, moderne et calme. La piscine est très agréable. L’hôtel est situé à environ 10 minutes à pied d’une station de métro. L’un des réceptionnistes était particulièrement charmant et accueillant.
Le ménage mériterait d’être plus soigné : la poussière n’avait visiblement pas été faite dans les angles et j’ai récupéré plusieurs « moutons » sur un vêtement tombé au sol. L’accueil est également assez inégal : le réceptionniste présent le matin s’est montré plutôt désagréable lorsque nous avons souhaité prendre le petit déjeuner sans l’avoir réservé la veille, alors que cette nécessité ne nous avait pas été indiquée. Le petit déjeuner, à 21 € par personne, m’a semblé trop cher pour l’offre proposée. Il y a certes du choix, mais peu de fruits et peu de produits ou pâtisseries locales. Une offre plus fraîche et davantage ancrée dans la région serait appréciable. Il manque également un petit réfrigérateur ou minibar dans la chambre. Enfin, même si nous n’avons rencontré aucun problème, le quartier autour de l’hôtel ne nous a pas paru particulièrement rassurant.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Nous avons apprécié notre séjour au Yard Berlin ! La localisation, la chambre étaient de très bonne qualité. Le personnel avait pris le soin d’installer un lit ainsi qu’une baignoire pour notre bébé
Les horaires de ménage. En effet, le personnel venait vers 15h environ ce qui était beaucoup trop tard ! En effet, nous étions avec notre fille de 6 mois et nous avions besoin de faire une pause sieste l’après midi. Le ménage n’était pas fait… Je comprends les contraintes mais venir faire le nettoyage entre 15h et 16h ce n’est pas acceptable. L’accès à la piscine était de 15 euros par personne alors que nous sommes restés toute une semaine entière.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Mir hat die ruhige und zugleich zentrale Lage des Hotels gut gefallen. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer Seitenstraße in Laufnähe ( 5 Minuten) zum U-Bahnhof Hallesches Tor. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, angenehm eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Und top ist natürlich der Innenpool. Ich komme gerne wieder.
Ich habe nichts zu bemängeln.

The hotel is small, quiet, and peaceful, making it a relaxing place to stay. One of the highlights of our stay was starting each morning with a swim, which was a wonderful way to begin the day. Overall, we had a pleasant and enjoyable experience.
The room did not include a coffee machine, kettle, or refrigerator, which was disappointing. Considering the room rate, I expected a more luxurious décor and overall finish. We chose to have breakfast elsewhere, so I am unable to comment on the hotel's breakfast.

Frustrated that I paid a premium for a hotel with a pool, only to be charged an additional premium to actually use the pool on arrival. Not sure if this was because I booked through Booking.com, but felt a bit mugged, which spoilt my stay.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Nice, clean room and friendly staff. The courtyard out the back is a nice spot too. Loved being so close to the river to walk along it to the restaurants in Kreuzberg.
I only had a single duvet on my double bed, the air con consistently turned itself on and off all night. It’s a shame that the spa and pool aren’t included in the price of the room.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Wir konnten vom Hotel aus alles sehr gut erreichen. Die S-/U-Bahn ist fussläufig erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Wir hatten ein Zimmer weg von der Straße und somit war es leise.
Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut und konnte nicht individuell eingestellt werden. Somit war es im Zimmer immer zu warm und konnte trotz lüften nicht gekühlt werden. Schade war auch, dass es keinen Kaffebecher für unterwegs gab, so lange es Frühstück gegeben hat, obwohl ab 09.00 Uhr eine Flatrate für Kaffee angeboten wurde. ABER: das ist Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau.

De matras van het bed was vrij hard. 15 euro per persoon voor het zwembad vond ik toch wel veel. Zeker voor de korte tijd die dat we er gebruik van hebben kunnen maken. Het was niet duidelijk vermeld dat het extra te betalen is. Geen koffie of thee op de kamer. Geen koelkastje.

Overall, everything was great. A couple things - I would like to have had a mini fridge in the room. Also, an updates TV, that includes streaming apps on the TV. The TV was basic local channels, all in German. Would be nice for international travels to have more options to watch while relaxing in the hotel room.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Had a great stay at this hotel--the peaceful outdoor garden/yard area is lovely for sitting and reading, the room and bathroom are top-rate, the infinity pool is a dream. Everything perfect. Very polite staff, supplied towels and robe and slippers for spa. I would definitely stay here again.
Nothing, maybe if the wifi could stretch into the outdoor breakfast area. :)

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und auch das Badezimmer/die Dusche hatte ein angemessene Größe. Tolles Frühstück! Leider ließ sich in der ersten Nacht (bei kühlen Außentemperaturen von tagsüber ca. 17-18 Grad) die Zimmertemperatur mittels der vorhandenen Klimaanlage nicht unter knapp 25 Grad herunterkühlen. Die Reaktion der freundlichen Hotelmitarbeiter war aber vorbildlich: Wir erhielten ein anderes Zimmer mit nun ordnungsgemäß funktionierender Klimatisierung und ein kostenloses Frühstück.
Es fehlen leider etwas die fußläufigen Ausgehmöglichkeiten im direkten Umfeld des Hotels
