ich bekam von booking die Mitteilung das ich gleich meinen Aufenthalt zahlen soll. dazu bekam ich auch die Iban. andernfalls kann das Zimmer nicht reserviert werden. im Hotel wussten sie jedoch nichts. Booking hat noch nicht geantwortet. :(

Language barrier at reception, as none of the staff spoke fluent English. They were very kind and tried their best to understand and assist us despite their limited proficiency.
