Rooms are big and clean, there's a little bit of mold buildup in the bathroom and around the sink, breakfast was delicious 🤤😋 great location and very good service the team work in the hotel are ale very nice, helpful and very professional.

I had requested a birthday surprise room decoration, but unfortunately, they said they don’t offer that. Instead, they mentioned that they would arrange the towels in some way (I’m not sure exactly what they meant) and provide a birthday note. She also asked me for the birthday message, but nothing was provided in the end. I was honestly quite disappointed, as I was hoping for a more thoughtful birthday surprise.

Everything! Seriously—I have no words, this is the best hotel in Boracay. I've been to Boracay plenty of times, more than I can count, but this has been the best vacation because we stayed in this hotel! The staffs were so kind and accomodating, love them all! ❤️

The male housekeeping staff was very nice. The room where they placed me is on the top floor with a collection of plants and a view of the surrounding community and beach.

First, the location is not ideal. There was a poorly maintained dirt/ stone, cement community walkway from the main road to the hotel inaccessible to motorized vehicle, even etrike.. I had to carry my 3 large suitcases here and I was very afraid wheeling them there will destroy the wheels of my luggage. I had to carry the heavy weight luggage. Upon checkout, front desk did say their people can help carry my luggage through the dirt road but it was not an ideal situation. Second, had a bad experience regarding their complimentary breakfast. I requested to bring my teenage daughter's leftover breakfast to the hotel because she is a picky eater, has allergy and has medical condition that entails eating in small batches ( i let the server and manager know this information during that time of request). They refused to let me bring the plate up despite my promise of bringing back the .plate, spoon and fork up within the hour. Mind you, this is not a buffet breakfast. It is a cup of rice with 1 egg and a choice of corn beef, fried fish or Filipino meat tocino or pancake. They insisted they put it in a paper or plastic container. I said to reduce unnecessary plastic or paper container waste, I will bring back their plate they said no as it is a policy that they dont allow bringing breakfast or plate to the room. If this is a buffet breakfast, I would understand their reluctance of bringing food up for fear of feeding unregistered guests but this is a breakfast that includes just 3 things, a small cup of rice, 1 egg and a tiny slice of Filipino breakfast meat of tocino, beef tape or fish. I cannot understand the logic behind their refusal.

We loved how close it was to the outdoor mall (D*Mall) 2 min walk, there was a budget mart (2min walk), and a 7 min walk to station 2 beach. It's a great stay because we got to not only experience the beach but have the option to 2 different pools for a more private/quiet relax. We are very grateful that although it is Hawagan season, we had little to no rain when we were out during the day.

Make sure to wear slippers or anything that you're good with getting wet. When it rains the walkways tend to pool water so it is hard not to get your feet wet.

The hotel is quite far from the beachfront. Very uncomfortable to walk in the alley with lots of obstructions and flooding.

Amazingly friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Gym is good enough with some cardio machines, bench, (lat) pull down and leg press (lacks dip and pull up bars and dumb bells only go to 50 lbs). Location very close to the beach. Nice pool without roof so when it rains you can chill in the pool and let it rain on you - so cool 🤩. Comfy room and bed. Good water pressure. Free water refill after room service.

The „all day breakfast“ is advertised with a free drink but the staff will tell you when ordering it throughout the day that the free drink is only included in the morning although the menu says otherwise.

I had a wonderful stay at Piccolo Hotel Boracay! The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and always willing to help, making us feel welcome from check-in until check-out. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, giving us plenty of room to relax after a day at the beach. The excellent service and comfortable accommodations made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Piccolo Hotel Boracay to anyone looking for a great place to stay on the island. I would definitely come back!

Very un friendly staff.. very un profesional.. they even want to charge me for missing umbrella which is from the very beggining there is no umbrella in my room...

Excellent and very luxury stay Affordable price offer as I booked advance. 24 hours open and secured .they open and have a guard on duty . Staff was accommodating specially the cleaner staff they greet and smiling all the time.Breakfast food was delicious they serve on time. Happy for 3 nights stay

I like how convenient the property to the shore and other restaurants. The room space was big and comfortable.

I don't like how we keep dealing with the door to close when we go outside and the flooding pathway whenever it rains.

Really accessible to the beach. My kid really enjoys the pool with free drink upon arrival and free breakfast every morning.

Everything is good except for the aircon mahina sya kahit anong adjust at sagad sa pinakamalamig pero napapawisan kami. Bukod sa free refill ng water sa room like 1pitcher a day Sana naman free refill ng water sa mga guests nyo sa dining area dahil kayo ang pinili to stay.

The location is good. It is in between the sea side and the main street so it is accessible to both transport and attractions. Staffs are friendly and approachable. Breakfast is great.

I booked 5 rooms, one is too narrow and it stinks and one room the air condition is dusty but they were quick to respond and sent someone to clean it. The rest of the rooms are fine.

The rooms are bigger/ spacious & clean . It has a balcony & they also provided a laundry drying stand. There are 2 indoor swimming pools that ate really convenient.

The location is perfect. Just a few minutes walk from White beach and DMall (shopping area). We loved the cleanliness and warmth & courtesy of the staff. The property also helps with airport transfers & island hopping tours at an additional cost. The necessary toiletries are provided and room cleanliness is superb. We had an issue with a noisy leakage from the AC above which was taken care of quickly. The pool is well maintained. Breakfast options are average.

The window AC fixed right near the bed tends to get noisy and hampers a good night sleep.

It's not that , I dont like..i'll put it on the perspective of needs improvement on elevator. Our room we're far from the elevator and we need to navigate the hallway from end to end until we reached our room

The only thing I didn’t like was that the rules for guests felt very strict and sometimes came across as a bit intimidating or like there were warnings for every small thing. Otherwise, everything else was fine and my stay was good.

The lock on doors need to be replace as it was not easy to lock and to open and it’s worn out.

Staff were great.

The photos are deceiving as ours was smaller than the photos suggested. The room had no window, something which you take for granted. The air con was awful and not good enough to be felt in the whole small room. The foyer was so hot and uncomfortable.

La disposizione delle piscine all'interno della struttura comporta purtroppo diversi disagi: la rumorosità è elevata già dal mattino per la presenza di molti bambini e le camere affacciate sull'area soffrono di seri problemi di umidità. Quest'ultima compromette anche l'odore e la percezione di pulizia della struttura, aggravata dal fatto che la piscina si trova a ridosso della zona colazione. l'impianto di condizionamento datato e rumoroso ha penalizzato la qualità del riposo. Nota dolente anche per l'orario della colazione: la chiusura alle 10:00 è decisamente troppo presto per chi tenta di rimorchiare cingaline al Tropicana o all'Epic.

L’emplacement est top, dans une rue parallèle à White beach et a la rue du mall.

The room is spacious, AC is decent, bathroom has good space and the shower is decent. They offer beach towels which is a positive thing. Breakfast was pretty good but they lack decent juice options. The gym is OK but very basic.

The location of the hotel itself is weird: in a alleyway that sometimes smells like sewer and broken pavement. Staff, besides the shuttle team, is not as friendly as I expected or helpful and sometimes can't explain things properly. Kids making a lot of noise in the pool (screaming). The whole place is surprisingly dark for a tropical destination and they poorly use the sunlight to make the place look and feel alive. During checkin they game you sign a bunch of documents and the place is full of rules.

Great staff and service. Comfortable and clean, and I appreciate how well sound and noise is isolated - you get a great nights sleep even though you're in the hustle and bustle

Staff was reminding us all the time that if we lose a towel or the room card or utensils during breakfast that we would have to pay for them. Very noisy because of the swimming pool and the restaurant which was exactly below our room. Veranda has interior view of the restaurant and swimming pool. Wi-Fi was disconnecting all the time. Could be cleaner.

The staff are very friendly and polite. Good communication before and during our stay. The location is very good. Few minutes from the White beach and from hop on/ hop off transfers. Very close to Dmall, restaurants, bakery.

The rooms need a renovation. Also noise comes from the swimming pool area. a scent of food to balcony during the day which is not practical if you want to dry your swimsuit.
