Everything, but we feel a bit lonely in the low season. The hotel is not busy and the staff takes very good care of us and get us an upgraded corner room with the best view.

Các bạn nhân viên rất nhiệt tình và chu đáo. Mình ở ks thuộc hệ thống Mường Thanh nhiều nơi nhưng mình thấy thái độ các bạn ở đây là dễ chịu nhất đặc biệt khu vực sảnh lễ tân. Bữa sáng rất tốt đối với ks vùng cao, hợp khẩu vị.

Vàrem anar pensant que podrien visitar moltes coses, però el lloc no està preparat pel turisme. Al hotel la carta no tenia molt del plats.

We were there in wedding season. Very helpful staff: negotiated the taxi for us to Pu Mat NP and arranged a direct pickup from the limousine bus and later we miraculously were sent to the right bus to our final destination. Very good breakfast selection and comfy beds. Ideal for visiting Pu Mat.

Personale molto accogliente, camere molto confortevoli con vista sulle colline di Con Cuông. Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo.

Il ristorante è pessimo. Hanno un menù molto ampio ma alla fine non hanno quasi nulla di disponibile. Qualità del cibo pessima per prezzi medio-alti. Basterebbe dirlo chiaramente o chiuderlo, poiché abbassa la qualità di tutto l'hotel.

Restaurant could not offer most of what was on the menu. Prices for food were pretty high.

This is an excellent modern hotel in a small town. Great staff. Highly recommend if you’re in the neighborhood!!

I liked everything.

The best hotel in town, nicely located in a quiet corner of town, yet minutes away by foot from the town centre. Rooms are great, well furnished and maintained, and the staff ever so helpful and welcoming. No other choice for me the next time I need to be here

All was simply great

Beautiful room that was well equipped with a very comfortable bed and good hot water. Nice view of the town and valley from the 10th floor. Great staff.

It is a beautiful place and a great location. Beautiful views. The buffet breakfast was lovely, but not always available.

Limited food and drinks available in the hotel. We were told the pool was closed, but then could see people swimming in it. Staff had no idea about tourist attractions nearby or how to arrange transport to them. They're good at accommodation, and super friendly but limited beyond that.

Very comfortable bed, spacious room and a good view. Friendly staff and plenty of western options in the restaurant.

Extensive buffet breakfast but few western options.

I had been here before so I knew what I wanted---good-value, nice facilities in a quiet area with beautiful landscapes. Happy to say the hotel continues to provide this, with no power outages in storms, hot water and copious AC at all times, and delicious food in the restaurant (Vietnamese food only---don't order Western food, the chefs are not trained despite it being on the menu). Visiting tourists should drive along the road to Laos and keep crossing the river over the many 'cầu treo' (I forget the English term, not 'hanging bridges' surely)---there are so many lovely villages in the area.

- Staff in the adjoining supermarket ('MT Mart') are extremely unprofessional. I'm not saying they are rude or abusive, just that they have no idea of customer service. Luckily, there is now a Winmart in Con Cuông (with friendly staff!), so I recommend you shop there instead. - The pool really needs a) renovation, b) all-day opening, c) use limited to hotel guests only (instead of anybody turning up from the local area---or at least they should pay). - Any foreign guest coming to this hotel should have some idea of the context. The area is quite poor and not many tourists go there, so one might ask: why the giant 'luxury' (or at least nice) hotel? It's probably best not to ask too many probing questions, but let's just say the hotel undoubtedly has many 'uses'---for local bigwigs enjoying favours, (more innocently, and near-daily) weddings, and so on. Having said that, if you are a regular guest who just wants a nice stay, you will definitely get this. But be prepared to be looked at quizzically by the many locals continually hanging around on the 'campus' if you are not Vietnamese.

Modern building, clean and spacious room, very comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff. Decent outdoor pool. Perfect place to take a day off from cycling. Good value for money. Western options available for lunch and dinner at the restaurant, which after 3 months of travelling was most welcome.

Buffet breakfast was extensive but limited options if wanting something western style.

amazing view to the town, mountain, river and little bridge. room was spacious and clean good facilities, breakfast lots of choice, staff friendly and nice, their English wasnt good but understandable the area is quote remote. quite surprised with this hotel of Muong Thanh, better than expected. we got a call to the room at 9 am for breakfast. they dont want anyone to miss their lovely breakfast 😊

New hotel with great price

Magnificent views of the misty mountains from the floor-to-ceiling windows. All the usual Muong Thanh luxuries, plus their own supermarket nearby open 7am-10pm.

No buffet breakfast on the second day (because too few guests), so the polite and friendly table service was a little slow, but room prices are cheaper than other Muong Thanh hotels.

I never expected such a lovely hotel in such a remote place so far from a provincial town. A huge lobby, a lovely, spacious, clean room with a floor-to-ceiling window and a beautiful view of the hills, and a swimming pool. Pretty good WiFi. There's a large supermarket right next door, and Pu Mat national park just down the road. Full breakfast included in the price. The staff are lovely, and so helpful when I had trouble with my credit card.

Local restaurants are a bit further up the road. The hotel restaurant is great, but things are often off the menu so it takes a couple of tries to pick something that's on the menu. The only other downside for non-Vietnamese speakers is that is all the TV is in Vietnamese.

Overall it was a pleasant stay in the hotel, it was very quiet in the area but the facilities were very good. In particular Phuong and Minh on reception were very helpful. I enjoyed speaking with both of them about the local area and they gave me some good tips on what to do. They were also keen to help me to provide great customer service!
