The Lodge at Columbia Point

The bed was comfy.

I was lead to believe that I had rented the Spa bath with king bed, the bath was just a tub, I was looking for the jetted tub. The Television didn’t work, I spent about 375 for a single night and I didn’t even get a free breakfast. There we no amenities for the rental besides the soap. Everything was to be purchased, you didn’t get anything other than your room for the rental.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at The Lodge at Columbia Point. It is a beautiful facility located alongside the Columbia River with view of a marina. Our balcony room was exceptionally comfortable and relaxing. There is a wide variety of nearby restaurants. There is a walking path along the river and also a park nearby. It was a great stay and we would love to return.

Difficulty with the television!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this hotel. The views and location are great. The restaurant is wonderful. But what really makes this hotel special is the staff. They took such wonderful care of my family. We will be back, and I can't wait until our next visit!!

A lot of potential, but not a true luxury experience The Lodge at Columbia Point is a beautiful property with potential, but unfortunately it did not live up to the expectations of a luxury lodge. The room felt dated, and the wall AC unit being located directly next to the bed made for an uncomfortable night and a very dry throat by morning. The bed was fine, but far from the plush, high-end experience you would expect. The biggest disappointment was the lack of attention to small details — from limited amenities to low-quality basics like the toilet paper. These small touches matter when a property markets itself as an upscale destination. The outdoor amenities were another disappointment. The pool and hot tub did not feel well maintained during our stay and appeared dirty, which took away from what should be a relaxing resort-style experience. The chaise lounges around the pool area were also worn, faded, and showing their age. These are the types of details that greatly impact the overall feeling of a luxury property. The staff was excellent. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and accommodating, and they deserve a lot of credit. The true highlight of the stay was the massage experience. My wife and I both agreed it was one of the best massages we have ever had. The therapists were outstanding. Unfortunately, the spa itself did not match the quality of the massage therapists. It lacked the atmosphere, amenities, and finishing touches that make a spa experience feel truly luxurious. I was travelling for work and wasn't sure what to expect. The price for the room was acceptable and it was very nice. Was able to walk to dinner and back to the hotel. And with a microwave and a mini fridge in the room i was able to heat up leftovers at midnight. I will be staying here again!!!

The hotel, restaurant, spa, and staff are all the best reason to stay; all fabulous! However, the location adds to the wonderful experience. It has beautiful views of the river due to location right next to the river, it's a short walk to other restaurants too which was nice for variety, and it's situated on a walking path that goes to a beautiful park. It's lovely to go for a long walk along a safe and beautiful paved trail at the end of long travel days.

This is a lovely oasis on the Columbia River. The covered pool and hot tub a must. The dinning excellent and the anointed rooms quite comfortable.

Beautiful hotel on the river. Our king room overlooking the river was comfy and the view perfect. Everyone was so kind! And it was-so much fun to watch all the activity on the water. So many wineries 15-30 mins away and the food wt the restaurant onsite was excellent! We will be back!

Our Tv didn’t work until we got the groundskeeper to come fix it the day we were leaving.

Had zero quality food. It was truly awful. The King salmon was reheated, my pasta was mush, the pasta was awful and over cooked. I ordered three desserts and they were terrible. We were told they were made in house and if that is the case you truly need a new chef. Food was a D-. Wine A+ Sad and was unfortunate.

It was the perfect place to stay after our wedding. Very romantic and accessible for the price, great value.

Great location, With multiple nearby restaurants to choose from.

The visit started off with some dog related issues. We had booked a dog friendly corner river front room. They put us opposite an exit door that only slams when it closes, startling the dog each time. And it is used constantly to exit to the parking lot. We were also at ground level which no longer afforded us a private outdoor balcony. We shared a common patio with all the other rooms on the floor which meant we couldn’t let the dog off leash when we sat on the patio. No privacy. The room was poorly cleaned and our dog found popcorn on the floor under the dresser where the snacks are presented within minutes of checking in. The bathroom had issues as well- toilet seat was loose and the towel bar by the sink almost fell off- it was barely hanging on. The riverfront room had a pretty view, but at night the boaters and jet skiers hang around the park about 100 yards from the hotel blasting loud, bass-y music till midnight. When I called the front desk to ask if there was some sort of noise ordinance that can be used to quiet them down, the clerk said there was nothing she could do and I should call the police non- emergency number. I asked why she wouldn’t do that on behalf of every guest who paid a premium for this view room and she says they have called in the past and nothing happens. An hour later (at 11:30 when we are trying to sleep) she came to the door to slide a paper under it and scared the already stressed dog who barked at the unexpected noise. The paper she gave us confirmed there is a noise ordinance (quiet time was supposed to start hours earlier) and it provided me the police number. She said she ultimately called and reported it but so should the guests. This clearly was not an irregular event. And so her attitude was appalling. This hotel has no one to help with luggage and no dog friendly amenities for the fee they charge. No water dish, no treats, no poop zone. We had to find a grassy area to walk the pup in front of the Marriott next door. All dog rooms are in the first floor. So everyone walks past your room on the river walk. And to consider the room we had was dog friendly - between the slamming exit door, shared patio, and the boat music - is a joke. My dog was stressed the entire visit.

They closed the jacuzzi to early.

Location is excellent with park and walking path very nearby. Several restaurants in walking distance. Golf course within blocks. River view is nice. Area is quite.

Parking was free but had to pay to charge EV. Breakfast was not included but hotel did provide $10 meal voucher for each day. Food was not hot when delivered from room service. Suggest going downstairs to the restaurant for meals instead of room service.

Beautiful huge room, very well appointed, great view from the upper floor King room. Very nice staff. Was not expecting the little kitchenette- if you've been out wine tasting and just want to chill on the balcony with your wine purchase in the evening, get some takeout! We enjoyed our brunch at their restaurant.

We were happy with the room and layout. We really liked the shower and it was great to get room service which not only was fast, it was great food. Location was perfect and sitting outside was really nice. Friendly front desk staff, beautiful hotel.

My friend wasnt too happy with her bed, sounds like it had a hump in it. We also tried to eat in the restaurant but after we were seated no waiter came, the menu was designed for a multi course meal which didn't suit us. So we decided to leave, but at 8pm the nearby restaurants were closing. It was a relief to be able to order room service which was great, turned out to be a perfect option.

Staffing, not very cordial, was rolling could have early check in then once I arrived, that turned me away and my room still wasn’t ready at 4. It felt as though we were inconveniencing them. It was not a great feeling. Room was dirty, found cup lids and wrappers near the bed.

We love the hot tub and the cold plunge pool although I don’t think the pool was supposed to be a frigid cold plunge.

There was a lot of long black hair in the toilet area. The air conditioner seemed to be on the fritz. Wasn’t cooling the room and made an annoying high pitched noise until we finally figured out where the noise was coming from. Had to sleep with the air off and balcony door open. We finally fell asleep at 3am and then the leaf blower guys showed up at 8am.

Overall the hotel is very nice. Upscale amenities, great beautiful location, bike loaners

Oddly sarcastic front desk staff, slow breakfast order, pool not heated. Also, we were using a luggage cart to take our own luggage to our room but staff were annoyed with us because some other guest seemed to need it more. They ran the cart to them after we were done but kept asking us if we still needed it and we were not going slow with it either. Didn't love how the heat pump blows right on our bed.

The quality of the property itself is magnificent. The large bathtub and rain style shower was really good. My wife loved the fireplace!

The bedding seemed extremely thin. Even with an extra blanket from the front desk, both of us felt either too hot or too cold and couldn't find a good happy medium. Perhaps including a thicker blanket in room would help.

Our room overlooking the little harbor was wonderful. Staff was super friendly and helpful (we needed additional robes since there were 4 of us). Breakfast at Drumheller’s was great. Great food and great service.

The rooms were absolutely beautiful. Glass glasses and ceramic cups for coffee...high class. Real coffee in a pot. Very comfortable beds. A very beautiful setting.

We had a recommendation to stay at The Lodge at Columbia Point and it did not disappoint! We checked in early and Lance provided a red carpet treatment. Tired from a long road trip, he made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay restful. We will definitely be back.

I loved Jacob in the bar. He was by himself yet kept a very positive attitude no mater how busy it got. Kept up with us as every guest there. He remember our drinks off the top of his head even tho it was extremely busy. He excited drinks and presentation very well. I have never ever in my life experienced anyone like him I am highly impressed with him. Mikel from the front test was funny and professional he was absolutely fantastic and it was so quick and easy to check in. The room was very nice as well as very clean. The overall experience was immaculate

When we went to the bar our bartender Javon was busy. Someone else brought in our appetizer and she did not look at us, give us plates, silverware, or napkins. And was pretty rude. I didn’t catch her name but she was our only complaint.

The hotel is conveniently located for touring the wineries at Red MOUNTAIN. I also love that it is right on the Columbia River. We were able to enjoy the river walk before and after dinner. The restaurant was wonderful. The staff is very friendly

The room itself was beautiful and spacious and had a great view of the river. Our only complaint is that the TV was outdated and did not support any streaming apps whatsoever. We had to watch whatever was playing on the channels only. Other than that our stay was really comfortable and we would happily stay again!

I loved the atmosphere, the room, the peace and beauty thats its surrounded by and the inside itself is beautiful and calming. But I Loved that I could sleep like a baby! Even when I woke up it was so relaxing to awake to the fireplace and just doze off into slumber again! I want to to come back and this is my favorite place by far!!!!

I stayed at The Lodge at Columbia Point and had a mixed experience. I checked in fairly late on a Sunday. Check-in itself was smooth once I got inside, but upon arrival the doors were locked and the signage wasn’t clear about how to enter after hours. I tried opening the doors a couple of times before someone eventually opened them for me. The room itself was nice and appeared clean overall. However, I noticed a blue stain coming from the cooling unit in the bedroom, which was a bit concerning. The biggest issue during my stay was comfort—specifically the bedding and temperature control. For a hotel of this caliber and at the price point I paid, I expected a proper comforter. Instead, the blanket was extremely thin, almost sheet-like. This was especially problematic because of how the room temperature functioned. If the room got too warm, the air conditioning would automatically kick on. I ended up sleeping with the fireplace on for warmth, which then triggered the AC, and the vent was pointed directly at the bed. As a result, I was freezing all three nights of my stay. On the positive side, the Wi-Fi was decent and reliable enough for me to work from the room, and the view of the water was beautiful and definitely a highlight. Staff interactions were mixed. While check-in was fine, the front desk experience at checkout felt indifferent. The staff member didn’t ask about my stay—just took my key and said goodbye. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential and some strong points, but the lack of comfortable bedding and the room’s temperature issues really affected my stay.

It's right on the river. We got a free upgrade from basic room to one with a balcony with a river view.

Housekeeping team on 4th floor was very accommodating and pleasant.

The refrigerator in roon wasn't working upon arrival. Had to get replaced the next morning. Also heater/ac unit over closet was very noisy,
