The breakfast could have been better. Miss the good bread, sourdough bread, that you can find everywhere now. The cheese could have been better. The thai food could have been better.

No slippers were provided in the guest room, and the reception staff’s facial expressions, tone of voice, and manner of speaking did not reflect a welcoming attitude toward guests.

We had the one bedroom suite it was a brilliant two day stay and the best breakfast we have had specific foods ranging from eggs, cereals, and fruits to savory items like grilled pork with sticky rice and real sausage

This place was rated as fantastic it should be upgraded to Superb i was in a 1 bedroom suite and it was simply put beautiful outstanding hotel very luxurious and the buffet breakfast was to die for a great variety of food offered and the staff have very high attention to detail

Il Kantary Hotel di Korat non è solo un ottimo hotel, è una destinazione di lusso completa dove ogni dettaglio è curato. La mia esperienza è stata superlativa. L'ECCELLENZA IN OGNI AREA: Camere & Vista: Belle, confortevoli, con vista splendida. Pulizia: Impeccabile. Biancheria sempre perfetta. Area Benessere TOP: La zona piscina è pazzesca e la jacuzzi è il massimo del relax. Fiore all'occhiello: La Lounge. Un ambiente raffinato e esclusivo che eleva l'esperienza. Colazione: TOP per varietà e qualità. Sostituisce anche un pasto completo. Personale: Cameriere scattanti, sorridenti e professionali. Il servizio nella lounge è di altissimo livello.

L'unico elemento che a volte stona è il comportamento di una fetta di clientela poco educata, che lascia i bambini scorrazzare senza controllo, mettendo a rischio il relax altrui e la sicurezza del personale.

The hotel didn't mark up the room prices during the New Year holiday.

Das Essen war gut. Die Servicechefin im Restaurant war wirklich eine Top Frau.

Wir waren über Weihnachen da. Als erstes haben wir ein falsches Zimmer bekommen. Nach Reklamation wirde dies korrigiert. Kann passieren, sollte aber nicht passieren. Wir wollten mit unseren Kindern Weihnachten feiern. Leider stellte sich heraus, dass am 24.12 auch ein Staatsgast im Hotel war. Also war alles voller Polizei/Armee und die eigentlichen Hotelgäste waren eher eine Gefahr als erwünscht. Es war sehr traurig, da es unser Weihnachten war. Man hätte uns vorher informieren können und wir hätte die Zimmer storniert. Wenn fie Königsfamilie anreist dann sollte man die restlichen Gäste informieren, dass sie nur noch zweitrangig sind

สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก เช่น ชุดคลุมอาบน้ำ และ สลิปเปอร์ ควรต้องมีไว้ในห้องพัก แต่กลับไม่มี ต้องโทรขอกับพนักงาน และพนักงานที่นำมาให้ ก็แค่ สวัสดีค่ะ แล้วยื่นให้ ยังไม่ทันได้กล่างคำขอบคุณก็รีบเดินออกไปโดยที่ไม่ได้รอฟังหรือถามว่ารับอะไรเพิ่มหรือไม่ ห้องอาหารเช้า อาหารยังไม่ค่อยหลากหลายเท่าไหร่ค่ะ และพนักงานในห้องอาหารก็ดูไม่ค่อยยิ้มแย้มเท่าไหร่ นี่คือการไปพักที่โรงแรสแคนทารีครั้งแรก แต่กลับไม่ค่อยรู้สึกประทับใจเท่าไหร่ค่ะ

It would have been nice to have fresh milk to use in tea rather than powdered milk, but hey this is a not a problem.

Wunderbares Personal. Zuvorkommend: ob im Restaurant, Rezeption oder Hoursekeeping. Alles 1+ mit * Essen top - Service Spitze .

Zimmer top aber die Matratze Steinhart - ein Boxspring als Matraze geht in dem Segment nicht… und für mich als Bayern undenkbar ein wunderschöner Pool und Alkohol/Getränke Berbot… kein Service keine Essen.., nur Verbotsschilder… soory NO GO

Das Hotel bewahrt seit vielen Jahren ein sehr hohen Standard in Korat. Da, wo das Centara moderner und die Gäste eher jünger (und lauter) sind, punktet das Kantary mit Gediegenheit und Solidität. An einigen (wenigen) Stellen bemerkt man das Alter des Hotels: die Toilette ist etwas altmodisch und die Balkontür schloss nicht komplett, so dass steter Verkehrslärm zu hören war, was das Schlafen aber nicht störte. Die Betten sind hervorragend, die gute Klimaanlage hat einen leisen Modus und das Wasser im Bad kann (sehr) heiß werden. Alles ist sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet, auch das Speisen- und Getränkeangebot ist prima.

Neben den geringen Alterserscheinungen des Hotels ist die wenig belebte Umgebung etwas negativ. Es gibt keine Restaurantalternative in der unmittelbaren Umgebung, und um ins Zentrum (Terminal 21) zu gelangen, benötigt man ein Verkehrsmittel.

Modern 1 bedroom / living room hotel in korat. Great gym and pool and great breakfast choices. Up there with one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in korat.

I think the near 3000฿ per night price is expensive for korat but it was a nice hotel and will look at staying here again next time in korat but hopefully prices will be cheaper.

The room was big and spacious and the location was great. The staff was nice and helpful.

For a big hotels with many rooms tha car park was very limited, the security ask us to go park the other hotel at the back while there some space at the front to park.
