We enjoyed our 3 nights in this spacious, well equipped flat with great views and secure parking.. We would happily recommend it to fellow travellers.

A beautiful property with an amazing view. Easy to find. The host was not on site but was immediately available through What's App or by phone. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. It was just a short walk to the swimming beach entrance, a little further along the board walk to the penguin entrance (with sightings of penguins in the bushes beside the boardwalk along the way) and a little past that was the entrance to fishermans beach. Just down from the lodging was a lovely restaurant and gift shop right before the swimming beach entrance. Such a lovely location with everything you need for a short stay.

It is a divine location overlooking False Bay. The balcony ran the whole length of the property on two levels, super for our group. There was plenty of seating in the house for our family group. It is only a short walk down to the Penguins, it was fantastic. The hotel below the house did a great breakfast.

The lower rooms, accommodation for two to three is very dark the bathroom is between the two rooms and the kitchenette is in one sleeping area. For a longer stay it maybe not ideal.

Loved the place and the location. Amazing views and the house had everything we needed.

The linen was not freshly washed - the pillows had a sweaty smell on both our beds. We then got pillows from the downstairs bedroom and these were fine.

This was an amazing accommodation. Barbara our host, was fantastic and so hospitable. The location and views were breathtaking 😍 we had the most amazing sleep whilst there. Comfort and luxury all in one.

The whole place is gorgeous. Location is perfect. Three of us were staying, so there was more than enough space, beds, kitchen items, etc. Barbara made everything so smooth and easy for us! We happened to be there during the Cape Town Cycle Tour. We made the most of the morning while we were "stuck in" because of road closures by watching the cyclists, enjoying the pool and walking to see the penguins.

Only 1 thing. The driveway...it's almost impossible not to scrape the bottom of the car driving in and out.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dem Penthouse-Apartment. Fast war es wie „nach Hause kommen“. Alles ist stimmig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Abende haben wir mit Braai und einem guten Glas Wein auf der großen Terrasse sehr genossen. Der Blick auf Boulders Beach mit den Pinguinen war ein weiteres Highlight. Preis-Leistung ist hier absolut stimmig. Netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt per WhatsApp mit allen Anweisungen, die wir für unseren Aufenthalt brauchten.

Super schönes Haus und tolle Terrasse. Pool war auch super, beheizt und sauber mit Sicherung für die Kids. Tolle Lage und Blick zu den Pinguine.

The expansive sea view was absolutely wonderful, and the welcome drink was a lovely touch.

This property really has the potential to be something very special with just a few improvements. The bathrooms and toilets would benefit from a little refresh, and the bathroom windows likely affected by moisture or sea salt could use some maintenance. There was quite a strong smell of cleaning product during our stay, although the overall cleanliness didn’t quite reflect that. Updating things like dish sponges and towels would also make a lovely difference to the guest experience.

Het was niet schoon. Er bleken hondeharen op t bed beneden te liggen. En het hele huis vraagt om een update. Gelukkig heeft de eidenaar Barbara t wel goed opgelost. De ontvangst had wel iets vriendelijker gemogen.

Outside steps a bit high. Second bathroom not ideal with a hand basin in the actual shower and little shelf space. An unusual setup. Towels very thin need replacing.

The location was incredible! An amazing view from the balcony (you could see the penquins too!) and an easy walk down a lane to the Boulders Beach. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend mini-break.

J'ai adoré l'emplacement (la vue sur False Bay est magnifique). L'appartement est baigné de lumière. Il est très bien décoré. Les canapés sont très confortables. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits très confortables..Toutes les pièces ont une ouverture sur l'extérieur. La grande terrasse est très bien équipée. Barbara, la propriétaire, nous a chaleureusement acceuillies et s'est montrée très réactive en cas de besoin.

Handtücher haben modrig gerochen, Geschirr teilweise nicht sauber, Heizmöglichkeiten für Räume sehr begrenzt, Empfangsdame wirkte sehr gehetzt, Garage zu kurz für Mietauto, zu viele Abschließmethoden

La atenta y amable,atención de Barbara, y también de Sandra, pendientes de nosotros en todo momento. El espacio del apartamento es muy amplio y luminoso , pero en invierno se soluciona con dos estufas de gas (perfectas por,si se va la luz) y unas mantas eléctricas supereficientes. La vista desde las habitaciones y el comedor son un regalo inolvidable.

This apartment had a spectacular view of the bay and mountains all around. It was in such a short walking distance to the penguin beach, and access to Cape Point Nature Reserve made our stay exceptional. Very well appointed inside with all the conveniences you need. Thank you to the host for great communication throughout. Would highly recommend.

Great location to the penguins at Boulders Beach.. stunning views

It was somewhat old and dated. The alarm kept going off , very little extra touches compared to other properties we have stayed at .. we had one trash bag and two tablets for the dishwasher. So much more could have been done to modernize the apartments at very little cost… and some attention to detail goes a long way.

The location and stay was perfect for us! We had the most beautiful view of the ocean and watched the sunset and sunrise which were heavenly. It’s a very short walk down to a very beautiful beach and the Boulders Beach Penguins! The hosts were very welcoming and helpful and ensured we had everything we needed. The beach house was clean and super comfortable. We had a lovely time relaxing in sun loungers by the private pool and my children and husband loved swimming in the pool. We will definitely come back! :)

The view was stunning on the large deck and the place had a lovely relaxed beach vibe. The rooms were big and I liked the downstairs room for quiet. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with any of our questions.

On our second night there was some guests in the below apartment, they were quite noisy and we had to use ear plugs to sleep. We were in the Penthouse for two nights, and the sea view is quite breathtaking. The deck is huge and you can eat out there. The walking location to both the AMAZING Penguins and the wonderful coastal walks Boulders Bay offers is just amazing!

The penthouse is efficient and fully functioning though ageing a bit; bathrooms / blinds could do with an upgrade. When windy the windows rattle and noisy. Can’t walk to anywhere to eat (hotel below - only option - shut early when we were there early April). Noisy from our deck when kids in pool down below. The incredible view, the close proximity (short walk) to the penguins and the amazing coastal walk more than outweighs any of this.

The property is perfectly located to the sea, spacious, clean, well equipped and so peaceful. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom and kitchen clean and the views are absolutely breathtakingly beautiful.

The deck surface and stairs to the entrance could have used a good clean. The cleaning crew and agent arrived 20 minutes early on check out day and we felt rushed to vacate. The washer was old and not very good. But it’s a lovely place overall and we would not hesitate to recommend it.

There is everything you need there for an amazing stay. The beds were comfortable the kitchen was fully fitted and the view from the veranda was exceptional.

The views are absolutely amazing and the apartment is very spacious and comfortable. It's light and airy, comfortable, and you can see the penguins from the balcony. Kitchen is well equipped, bed is comfortable. Very secure.

All the wooden slide doors facing balcony and all the wood windows have the be properly maintained . When is raining water come in . The guttex of the property have holes and water fall down in the entrance passage. The garage doors are wroten and they need to be changed.

Stunning view and distance to penguins is an easy walk downhill. Very close to shops. We were very impressed with how accommodating Barbara was with any issues we had. I never felt that I was a nuisance. We were given the use of both garages when the other guests left. At no extra cost.
