The Square Hotel

The location quite hassle

Staff attitude - not friendly

Nearby facilities * Very convenient location. * Nearby facilities such as grocery stores and coffee shops. * The surrounding area is lively and has plenty of activities and amenities.

* The pillow is too thin and uncomfortable, and I woke up with a headache. * There is no wardrobe provided. * There is not enough space in the bedroom to perform prayers comfortably. * The bedroom is too small for three people, especially with 1 king-size bed and 1 single bed.

The location is good, it is near to eateries and finding food is not a problem.

Although it was stated during booking that parking is available, the parking is actually a public parking that we have to pay daily. I did not manage to find a proper carpark on the day I arrived. The soundproof was also bad. I did not manage to get a good sleep because of all the noises from the room nearby, which peak at midnight when these people come back to the room. Room wall was stained and not pleasant to the eye. no shower cap was provided. No water dispenser.

Bilik bersih dgn lokasi yg strategik. Berhadapan dgn shoping mall.

Dalam iklan nyatakan ada parking khas, tetapi rupanya ada 3 shj parking rezab utk semua tetamu hotel dan agak susah utk dpt parking. Tengah malam baru dpt parking.

There many restaurant nearby

No mini fridge is provided

I like the location and staff service

the room smells strongly of cleaning agents. The next of the hotel is conducting renovation. the noisy sound is terrible and the renovation still go on during Saturday and Sunday....

There was renovation work ongoing - was noisy while trying to have an afternoon nap. Lighting was dim in the room where lights were needed. Room smelled when first entering. Could hear noise from the neighbors.

Location is good, just next to mall.

Not enough parking. Charge for parking but only provide 3 allotted carpark for guests to grab. Or else you have to park at mall carpark which charge RM3 per entry and RM20 for overnight.

Aircond leaking. Space is narrow. Renovation work causes noise pollution. Counter staff is unfriendly.

Poor facilities. Got poor smell for the room, maybe too humid of the surrounding. Poor smell of the blanket, towel and bed... Bed is too hard. The rest is ok.

One of the staff at the counter make me feel welcome, and is helpful. The room was clean and organized. The room might be small, but it feel very comfortable like having your own room at home with most of the furniture you need in one place. All you have to do is cross a road to reach Tasek Central. There's a lot of food nearby including hawkers.

The room is not soundproof due to it small and is very close to another room in front. It can be loud when they use hair dryer.

Nearby got mall, even food truck and Kopitiam for nice relaxing breakfast

Persekitaran hotel yang bersih. Senang parking. Location yang strategic.

Mungkin boleh letak mini peti sejuk dalam bilik bg mudahkan simpanan makanan minum untuk yang duduk lama di hotel.

Staff

There is no place to drop and pick up. Need to take and push luggage no place to park. The pushing luggage place is bloke by cars.

Its just nice for 1 person, the room I booked

It wasn’t sound proof so I could hear everything that was happening in the other rooms

I like the convenience. Plenty of food around.

No Netflix

Clean and quiet.

When we arrived, we were given a room where the water was dripping so much so that the bathroom floor was wet. The room had a nice fromt view though. As we were staying 6 nights, we asked that they either fix the leak asap or give us another room with a dry bathroom. They gave is another room. However, it had no view and faced the unkempt back lane. We kept the curtains drawn all the time as such.

Helpful staff

Clean room, everything works

No place to put toiletries in bathroom Was not told that front office must be notified for room cleaning!!

Location

Parking intermidiate hard

Very nice and friendly staff. Allow to refill coffee, tea and water and clean up the room on day-to-day basis. Not all budget hotel offer this service.

Nearby parking is usually full, due to the mall. Might need to park early or late, if not will have some walking distance.

隔音需要加强

I really like hotel ti's, Room clean Very easy get things

Booked a king room, but come with 2 separated single-bed room. Receptionists request another 20-25mins for them to combine both the single bed to become a king size bed. Waste of time. Please be careful, king room is not king sized bedroom.

The location is good with big shopping mall beside the hotel and many shop houses around the corner.

The room is not sound proof as we can hear noises and laughter from the room next door during the night when my mom was getting to sleep.

Overestimated the room’s value for money and its condition for the price I paid. Musty smell so I had to pay to upgrade the room to king size (the blanket/duvet is also smaller than king size)

Near to Plaza Tasek

I am choosing the window room, but a bit small. No shower cap.
