La literie est extrêmement confortable et l’endroit est très propre.

- In the middle of city center so near to restaurants, shops etc - Incl free parking which was a great benefit - Large and spacious rooms - Cleaning was very good - Bathroom of good quality - Good price for the room when booking app 8 weeks in advance

- Desk in the room was torn down, ie bubbles in the wood. They should repair damaged furnitures - Upon check-in, the floor in the room was not fully clean, we saw some dust etc on the carpet floor - Hotel personnel spoke almost no English at all

Отличный отель для командирования в Каныне. Находится в центре города с панорамным ресторанаом на крыше. Если вам нужен пляж, то надо выбирать другой отель, но если у вас дела в городе, то один из лучших вариантов. Полностью соответствует своим звездам.

숙박비에 약간의 추가금으로 조식을 즐길 수 있음. 조식 메뉴가 다양하고 맛있으며 15층에 위치해 도시 풍광을 즐기며 식사할 수 있었음. 특히 커피 맛이 동급의 다른 호텔에 비해 풍미가 좋다고 생각함.

여름인데도 난방이 들어와 당황했고 직원이 직접 와서 껐음에도 외출 후 다시 돌아오면 난방이 작동하는 현상이 반복되어 수리가 필요함.

룸이 넓었고 침구가 깨끗했고 화장실도 곰팡이 하나 없이 너무 깨끗했고 냄새도 하나도 나지 않아서 너무 좋았습니다. 세면대도 분리되어서 좋았구요.위치도 중심가여서 대중교통 이용하기도 너무 편했고 시장도 가까워서 도보로 다녔습니다.

강릉 구도심과 가까워 주변의 관광지나 맛집을 가볍게 둘러보기 좋았습니다. 호텔 뒤편에 있는 카페 겸 와인바도 가족과 저녁 식사 후 편하게 시간을 보내기에 괜찮았습니다. 객실은 3인 가족이 머물기에 충분히 넓었고, 필요한 어메니티도 잘 갖춰져 있어 편리했습니다. 조식은 메뉴가 다양하지는 않았지만 아침을 가볍게 해결하기에는 충분했습니다. 주변 건물보다 높은 편이라 객실과 꼭대기 층에서 바라보는 전망도 좋았습니다. 주차는 기계식이었지만 직원분께서 친절하게 안내해 주셔서 입·출차 과정이나 대기 시간이 크게 불편하게 느껴지지 않았습니다.

건물의 연식이 있다 보니 객실 인테리어나 일부 시설에서 다소 오래된 느낌이 났습니다. 가족 여행이나 실용적인 숙소를 찾는 분들에게는 무난하지만, 세련된 분위기를 중요하게 생각하는 연인 여행객이라면 조금 고민해 볼 필요가 있을 것 같습니다.

중심가로 여기저기 가까워서 좋았고 물도 좋고 아침도 괜찮았어요

위치가 시내 중심이어서 도보로 식사 가능하고 중앙시장도 가까운 거리에 있어 좋았습니다. 또한 조식도 음식 구성이 마음에 들었습니다.

Nous venions assister au festival de Gangneung et celui-ci était à 5 minutes de marche ce qui était parfait. Beaucoup d'accessoires à notre disposition dans la chambre (rasoir, brosses à dent avec dentifrice, lotion pour le corp, Cottons tiges...), très pratiques. Petit déjeuner asiatique très complet, correct pour celui occidental.

Le seul point négatif, la litterie était trop ferme. J'avais l'impression de dormir sur une planche.

Πολύ ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο, άνετα κρεβάτια, πλούσιο πρωινό με τοπικές γεύσεις, πολύ ευγενικό και πρόθυμο προσωπικό, εξαιρετική τοποθεσία δίπλα στο ποτάμι και στην κεντρική αγορά.

Λίγο καλύτερα Αγγλικά αν μιλούσαν οι εργαζόμενοι θα βοηθούσε, αλλά ήταν τόσο πρόθυμοι που δεν ήταν μεγάλη η δυσκολία

The front desk receptionists were very friendly and efficient. I deeply appreciate their help when I was desperate during my stay. Thank you very much.

The washroom was totally wet after showing, but I guess that is a different washroom culture here. Haha

Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide range of hot, cold, fruit, and traditional Korean soup options, all for just £7.50. To answer the question, "Did the price you paid match the expectations you had when you booked?" my answer is no – it exceeded all my expectations. The experience was beyond my imagination and truly incredible. I didn't realise the hotel was right in the heart of the shopping district and street markets, with stores such as New Balance, Nike, and other major clothing brands just a 2 minute walk away (although sat nav indicated 8 minutes). The area also has plenty of places to eat, with very affordable prices, and taxis are inexpensive if you want to travel further afield. I've travelled extensively and stayed in many hotels over the years, and this has been, by far, my best hotel experience. One thing I particularly appreciated was the cleanliness of the breakfast area. There were no flies around the food, which meant I could comfortably enjoy the cold breakfast options – something I rarely do at other hotels unless the food is individually wrapped. The view from the breakfast lounge was also outstanding. If you are visiting this area, this is the hotel to choose. Although English is somewhat limited (though still better than my two Korean words, "hello" and "thank you"), the staff happily use translation apps and are always willing to help. No task seems too difficult for them. My only regret is that I didn't stay longer. Truly amazing.

hotel w dobrej lokalizacji. wszystko co potrzeba znajdowało się w pokoju. Codziennie sprzątany, wymieniane brudne ręczniki, uzupełniana woda 0,5 l. Jak najbardziej warty polecenia.

住宿和離宿當天都可以寄放行李；淋浴的花灑有很多種形式，方便使用；吹風機不像一般飯店壁掛式的吹了容易毛躁，還不錯用

也許是語言不太通，用翻譯軟體溝通雖然有成功傳達語意也有協助處理狀況，但總感覺員工不是很熱情、冷冰冰的😔

ウオッシュレット、湯船がないのは日本では考えられない。シャワーとトイレが一緒なので、トイレがびしょびしょで、滑って大怪我をしそうでした。安全配慮がない。

部屋の構造が独特で面白かった。

Direi che il punto di forza é la posizione, centralissima e comodissima per tutto. L altro punto di forza é la vista della camera sulla città, la sua ampiezza ed uno staff molo gentile ed educato parlante inglese. Letto comodo, lenzuola e asciugamani molto puliti.

La pulizia, nel grosso é corretta ma va fatta più attentamente.....polvere e polvere. Le grandi vetrate, almeno della mi camera ma immagino sia un problema generale, vanno assolutamente pulite esternamente. Sono talmente sporche che a tratti si fa fatica a vedere fuori a anzi a me dava quasi fastidio vereedere il panorama offuscato e a macchie. Da un gran senso di sporco generale! É peccato . La camera necessita di manutenzione: muri sporchi scroststi in alcuni punti, la moquet gia poco igienica idem usurata a punti...e in generale molti punti del mobilio rovinati. L impatto però generale é piacevole della camera. Ecco il prezzo dovrebbe essere un pochino più basso per questo 2 stelle per essere corretto...

Uitzicht vanuit de kamer was fantastisch. Ook het bad was een heerlijke toevoeging. Locatie is perfect, want het ligt vlak bij Wolhwa Street, het leukste gedeelte van Gangneung vind ik zelf. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Bed voelde als een plank hout. Het was echt te hard voor mij. Voor andere attracties zoals de beroemde Anmok Coffee Street moet je wel even reizen. De bus rijdt niet regelmatig, dus dat maakt het onhandig. Bij het ontbijt waren erg weinig continentale opties.

The room is very weird. Toilet is separate from shower room(actually not separate room) and there is no sink for washing hand. Shower room sink is only one square feet. One shower towel for two person. There is no table and chair provided but they call Felix room that I reserved.

위치가 아주 좋아요. 중앙시장에서 가까와서 먹을 곳도 많고 어디든 이동하기 좋습니다. 1박만 했지만 방도 넓은 편이고 시설도 편리하고 침대나 수건 모두 청결하게 관리가 잘 되어 있어요.

3명이 트리플룸을 썼는데 일부 어메너티와 물병이 2인용으로 셋팅된 점이 좀 아쉬웠어요. 차라리 벽면에 샴푸와 샤워젤등을 대용량으로 걸어두면 좋을 것 같아요.

Hôtel bien situé pour rayonner en centre-ville. A 10 mn en bus pour prendre le train. Hôtel confortable, personnel accueillant. Bon petit déjeuner. Merci

Location and cleanliness was good. Room was nice size with fridge. Shower had good pressure and temperature. Quiet most of the time.

For us the beds were hard and banging from people in next room, although they quieted down after I banged back on the wall.
