No receipt

Gluten-free breakfast muffin, comfortable bed

Baby had diarrhea in hot tub, and it wasn't closed. Perhaps this is normal, I wasn't able to enjoy with that knowledge.

Awesome place Staff great, places nice stay for the prices

Everything Was Great. Staff Friendly and Respectful

Put The Ball Team On They Own Floor kids Running Up down the hall but That was the Parents fault. But overall the rooms are great and the ppl.

Das kostenlose Popcorn nachmittags für unsere Kinder war toll. Abends gab es kostenloses Essen, was auch sehr gut geschmeckt hat. Zimmer waren alle sauber. Fitnessraum hat mir auch gut gefallen.

Another great stay at the Drury Plaza conference center. I always stay here when in the SEMO area due to the quality of the rooms, beds, and overall hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable and can always get the temperature I prefer. Bathrooms are clean with walk in showers that I prefer. Never had an issue with the noise level other than the occasional door slamming by unthoughtful guests. Value is good and location is very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel!

Very accommodating towards their guests. Room was very comfortable and inviting. Hotel staff were extremely nice.

Not much to complain about.

I will never stay and any other hotel probably if it doesn’t have Drury in the name

always a pleasure staying with drury group

no complaints

Friendly staff

Elevator down . Pool shut down could not even use

Great!

The location was convenient .

When we got to our room all of the linens were still wet. Lack of selection for kids in the market, most of the drinks were alcohol.

Actually nothing about except the breakfast

The room had some kind of bugs bitting the family while we slept and left welps on legs and feet.

Close to every place we needed to get to in a decent time

We recently stayed at the Drury Plaza Hotel Cape Girardeau Conference Center while in town for my grandmother’s funeral. It was an incredibly stressful and emotional time for our family, and the kindness shown by the hotel staff made a lasting impression on us. We had brought our dog, Browny, with us because our dog sitter fell through at the last minute. Unfortunately, while we were away, Browny woke up in his crate and started barking, disturbing other guests. We fully expected to receive a complaint, a fine, or even be asked to leave. Instead, the staff went above and beyond. They entered the room, brought Browny down to the office, and spent time with him until we could return. When we got back, we learned that Browny had made friends with everyone! Their compassion, understanding, and willingness to help during such a difficult time meant more to us than they could possibly know. The entire staff was professional, caring, and truly exceptional. We are so grateful for the kindness they showed our family and our dog. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into a heartwarming memory. We will never forget it.

Gret place to stay , one of our favorites !

Both excellent. Whole stay excellent

Exceptional hotel. Friendly staff, very clean, great location, great food.

I have no complaints for this hotel.

Reserved a king room and it ended up being a suite! Very comfortable, quiet and great location! The food they served for breakfast and evening was wonderful. The staff was very friendly.

Nothing! As we travel we will seek out Drury hotels!

Breakfast, as always, was great!

Absolutely nothing.

Could not have been more pleased with my visit at this location. Super clean lobby & rooms! Shout out to Justin & Christina at the front desk; both of them were kind, courteous and very helpful.

Convenient and clean

I didn’t know they don’t take cash. Was planning on paying for the room in cash. Thank goodness I was able to use my debit card.

The room was clean.

The amenities were great! Location was great! It was very clean & staff were exceptional!

My sink drain was stuck downward & we weren’t able to use it.

Clean, great staff. Nice rooms.

No complaints.

Drury is always clean, comfortable and fun. Staff members are EXCEPTIONAL! 😁

Can't complain about a thing. I do think it would be nice if kick back includes desserts or was only dessert instead of the meal. Just a suggestion.

The staff was friendly and food was an awesome surprise and was very good. 😋

The staff was friendly. Rooms very nice with comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was great.

Breakfast was good.

All of the staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. Especially since I arrived late in the evening. I didn't eat there but saw the buffet when I was leaving and heard people discussing it - like they really enjoyed the food.

My room was not super clean. The second bed in the room had a dirty comforter and the mirror above my desk was not clean. I made me wonder how clean the room was over all but I was only there for 2 nights. I didn't have anyone come and clean since I had to work in the hotel most of the day that I was there. There also wasn't really a comforter - it was like a light thing blanket.

Beautiful property new and clean, great breakfast , nice restaurant.

It was a very nice motel and very relaxing

Everything was great nothing to complain about

Repeat customers. Nice hotel, friendly staff, and accommodations were very good.

Room was some distance from the convention center, so it required more walking than I would have liked and didn't realize until we got our room. I personally have mobility issues so I had some difficulties.

Such great hospitality!! And a very clean inviting atmosphere. Quiet rooms. We have a pet and she always settles down so nicely at the Drury. We didn’t partake of the dinner this time but breakfast was great - there are options which is nice.

Wonderful breakfast, great location, friendly staff to meet your needs day or night

Best experience definitely not regret the stay the service was perfect very nice hotel definitely would stay again

Over all a good experience, just had a lamp that didn't work and the toilet had staining. The dining area is not the best layout and was congested. The pool and hot tub area was clean but the bathroom door didn't have a lock. The bathroom door in the room doesn't have locks either. The bathroom light is on a timer that shuts off when you are in the shower. But over all a good stay.

The clean room , the security, the location, and breakfast

Stayed...night before surgery

It is a beautiful hotel. The staff were even better! Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially management.

That there were no rooms on the first floor. I have trouble walking.

The breakfast is always good. I especially appreciate the sugar-free syrup that you provide. As a diabetic, that is a real treat.

The soda station could be open a little longer.

Clean, easy check in. Friendly staff. Very comfortable bed!

Cape Girardeau was a comfortable place to stay. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The atmosphere was easy to relax and enjoy your entire stay. The room was very clean. We would be happy to stay here again.

Beds were very comfortable, staff very kind and the breakfast food was delicious

The dinner and breakfast offerings were great, as well as the free drinks

The facility exceeded my expectations, particularly because of the price. Usually, "you get what you pay for" as many like to say. This wasn't the case at the Drury Plaza. Moreover, the staff was friendly and insightful. The room and facility was exceptionally clean. I've stayed in many hotels with similar pricing and this was by far the cleanest. The factor of good customer service is clearly understood. One of the biggest attractions was the complimentary breakfast and dinner. There are also other pleasantries, but I did not partake in them. Overall, book with Drury. Every factor aligns with thoughts of you in mind. I believe that you will enjoy your stay!

The only thing that I did not like (but understood) was the choices of food during the complimentary meal times. I do not eat pork or beef. So, it limited my options for the entree. There really wasn't an alternative. Otherwise, the food was well prepared.

Very friendly staff
