Our rooms were immaculately clean. The beds were super comfy. All the staff were very accommodating and friendly. Lots of parking. Breakfast was super tasty with lots of choices. Very convenient for Norwich and all of the lovely north Norfolk coast.

Great location near to the bus stop to Norwich. However very limited for evening meals. We tried the local Indian restaurant very tasty food. Very friendly staff and good cooked breakfast.

Church Farm was very attractive. The room was spacious and well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfasts were well cooked and nicely presented and all of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Located in a village in rural Norfolk on the outskirts of Norwich, Church Farm Guest House is a medium sized complex of high quality, modern, well appointed accommodation, with super - helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were of a generous size with wet room and an extremely comfy bed, that I had the best of for over 10 hours! Free and safe parking on site, close to local amenities and a great breakfast to top it all off. Great place to stay.

Nothing to dislike only comment my daughter made was that no jug of water at breakfast as she mainly only drinks water so maybe that can be a future consideration

Excellent communication between text messages & and lovely welcoming. Location was good for me as I was visiting my son in the next village. I asked for a takeaway sandwich for my breakfast as I wanted to make the long journey back home.

Looked very attractive on arrival with plenty of parking, good access road past well manicured lawn. Large spotless room, comfy bed. Choices good at breakfast, which was very good.

For us, a discovery of a superb, comfortable, modern place on the edge of Horsford Village, at a reasonable cost. The room met our expectations, with the added bonus of a kitchen area. A well organised table allocated to each room at breakfast time, with a freshly cooked breakfast to order. Staff were friendly, with an excellent standard of service. Particular thanks to the tireless Jacqueline, who served us for the first 3 days and Becky for the last day. We have now found a nice place to stay during future visits to Norwich.

A very clean and smart guesthouse with friendly staff who were very helpful. It’s location was very good for accessing Norwich and it’s airport whilst still being in the countryside which made it good for walking.

The mattresses on the beds were a little firm for my preference.

The fan in the shower room was so noisy. I could hear what the people were saying in the room above me very clearly. The floor above was very creaky and when somebody walked across the room, it was loud. Overall, the room was fine, but the acoustics really spoiled the stay.

Breakfast was very good. Room was very clean on arrival but little done during 4 day stay. Bins were emptied.I turned the bed back to freshen but it was not made. Bits on the carpet not removed. Suggest light weight manual hoover - room doesn’t require full hoover each day.

Lovely location, very smart and clean

A couple of things in the room which would have been great would be a mirror and some herbal teabags. Also having a USB charging plug would have been useful.

This was perfect for attending an event at the showground. The room had everything & was spacious, the bed comfortable, a few little extras, as a solo traveller I liked being able to enjoy a takeaway. Lovely field views too! Cooked breakfast was fantastic with lots of other choices in a beautiful room. Parking was effortless with lots of space. Staff were very welcoming making it a very enjoyable stay, I will definitely return! Thank you!

Everything was lovely about the stay and the breakfast delicious.

Pre-arrival contact was excellent and the room was clean and tidy with lots of unexpected extras. Staff at breakfast were very helpful - this is somewhere I will return to.

The location was perfect for our needs as we were attending a party in the village. The accommodation was lovely very clean. We had one little issue, but we liaised with the Becky on reception about it and communication was quick! Breakfast was lovely freshly cooked. We will definitely be staying here again.

Quiet and peaceful location, not far to Norwich, the coast and the Broads making it easy to travel around to places. The room was comfortable with everything you need for your stay and was refreshed daily which was appreciated. The breakfast was lovely, has choices, varied and plentiful and all freshly prepared. There is plenty of parking for the car and the staff are very friendly, helpful and attentive and make you feel welcome.

Really nice room, quiet and well equipped with 2 chairs and amenities. Lovely location with nice views and a lovely breakfast room with outside space and conservatory.

Cooked breakfast was a little small and it wasn't clear if we could have seconds; if allowed that should have been said but the food was delicious and freshly cooked.

Perfect location from where I was working. Was very quiet. Parking no problem. Good communication day of arrival. Nice quality English breakfast tea. Staff I met at breakfast were friendly and welcoming.

Requested 7.30am breakfast as was on business and leaving 8am. Unfortunately didnt get served until 7.40 so wasn't a relaxed breakfast. Unfortunately scrambled egg wasn't to my taste. Be aware local traffic can be heavy.

The choice on the menu was exceptional. Food was beautifully cooked and well presented. I liked the linen table cloths!

Purely personal - I like black pudding and hash brown options with a Full English, and it would’ve been nice to have had some English mustard available too.

Was met upon arrival by Jaqueline who could not have been more friendly, hospitable and obliging. They bent over backwards to cater for my disability. The room was comfortable, clean with every facility and spacious. Bathroom was easy to use and clean. Breakfasts were outstanding and catered for every taste from full English to porridge, fruit, cereals in fact anything you wanted. Jaqueline offered to move her car so that I could park next to the entrance for the whole stay. I left my toothbrush charger and telephone charger behind. They contacted me after to see if I wanted them forwarding to me. Exceptional service.

We had a lovely stay to visit the Royal Norfolk show, over the last two days. We were welcomed and made comfortable by Jaqueline who went out of their way make sure our stay was as enjoyable as it could be. Breakfast was as lovely, in fact we asked for a bit less on day two as it was very large. The rooms were very clean and well thought out and we enjoyed sitting outside as it was hot, but there was a lovely breeze.

The range of options for breakfast, and that we were asked our preferences the night before. We really enjoyed the quiet location of the Farm, and its location just North of Norwich made it a great jumping off point for explorations of Norfolk in the two-and-a-half days we had available to us. The staff were very welcoming, helpful, and clearly well organized.

The hotel was clean and well looked after. Our room was very comfortable and the bathroom/shower was good. The breakfast room was pleasant and cool.

Ordering your breakfast was a bit hit and miss even though you had tick boxes to fill in! I’m DF and GF but the cereal selection wasn’t great as the musili had wheat flakes in it. Ended up buying my own. Cooked breakfast was good.

One of the best guest houses we have stayed in. Becky is a very welcoming receptionist and nothing was too much trouble. The room was very clean and comfortable with plenty of tea coffee and biscuits. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. This is the third time we have stayed at the very peaceful Church farm guest house and would definitely stay again.

The room was a great size. There was pleny tea, coffee facilities. The shower room was good, only down size was a very small wash basin The staff were very friendly and exremly helpful

Very peaceful and lovely surroundings. I was in Room 1 which has twine aspect views over the countryside and the properties opposite.

Had the full english and it was exellent, good quality produce. Great service and choices in both cooked and continental.

A desk chair in the room wuld have been nice, using armchair was not the best hight for working.

Fantastic room, very very comfortable, brilliant shower/wet room and super friendly staff. Breakfasts were tasty with a good choice and freshly made to order. Lots of free parking. Lovely and peaceful. Lots of rabbits on the back lawn at dawn and dusk. Being a lone female traveler I felt super safe with the tag entry front door and room door.

The host and staff were first class. I was messaged before my arrival so I had a contact to make last minute arrangements.

The venue was clean, in very good repair, well equipped even had a microwave. The bed was comfortable and there was little light pollution. The host was very helpful. Breakfast was very well organised and cooked. In fact I couldn’t ask for more! Excellent value for money. This guest house is an absolute gem.
