Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location! Sillian is right on the Austrian/Italian border, making it a perfect base for hiking or cycling along the beautiful Drava River. The apartment is very well equipped, with everything you need, including a washing machine, dishwasher, and a great kitchen. The private sauna was the perfect way to relax after a long day outdoors. As a dog owner, I also really appreciated the Dyson vacuum available at reception. Karin was wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. We had an amazing stay and would definitely come back!❤️

Apartamenty przewyższyły moje oczekiwania. Czysto, ładnie, dobre wyposażenie. Dodatkowym atutem była możliwość korzystania z sauny. Duża ilośc miejsc parkingowych.

Bardzo słaba patelnia, wszystko do niej przywierało.

Los apartamentos están muy nuevos y muy limpios, con todo lo necesario, incluso con tostador de pan, aunque haya que pedirlo en recepción.

Lo que no me gustó, es que nosotros éramos tres, y la tercera persona tuvo que dormir en el cheslong del sofá, ya que este no era un sofá cama, y resultó muy incómodo

Ruim, zeer schoon en mooi ingericht appartement. Door de centrale ligging is dit een perfecte uitvalsbasis om te wandelen in zowel de Italiaanse als de Oostenrijkse Dolomieten. Het dorp is klein maar biedt voldoende faciliteiten.

Ligt aan een drukke doorgaande verbindingsroute van Oostenrijk met Italië. Hierdoor kun je in de zomer met de ramen open (er is namelijk geen airco) de hele nacht door geluid van vrachtverkeer horen. Neem oordopjes mee als je een lichte slaper bent. De omgeving zelf is verder heel rustig.

최근에 건축한 건물로 시설이 최고이다 성인 6명이 지냈는데 방 3개, 화장실 2개이며, 실내가 쾌적하고, 주방시설도 훌륭하다. 리셉션의 Karin은 친절하고, 질문에 빨리 답변을 보내주었다 숙소는 이탈리아와 오스트리아 국경에서 가까운 작은 오스트리아 질리안 마을에 있으며 돌로미티 동부를 여행하는 베이스 캠프로 좋다 아파트 근처에 대형 슈퍼가 4개나 있어서 쇼핑이 편리하다

As chaves estavam sobre o balcão e muito fácil de pegar. Os quartos são ótimos, grandes, com janelas automatizadas, ótimas camas e tudo muito bem arrumado. Um ótimo banheiro, sauna muito bonita mas não usei porque não tive tempo, 2 pias no banheiro principal e maquina de lavar. cozinha completa, sala ótima com TV e sacada para a area externa virada para algumas arvores. Tudo muito novo, muito cuidado e a limpeza impecável estacionamento bem grande na frente da entrada.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Umgebung ist super, und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der Nähe. Die Sauna war ebenfalls hervorragend. Außerdem war alles sauber, und die Küche war gut ausgestattet.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per una notte con la famiglia per poi spostarci a vedere i Krampus a Dobbiaco (Ottima base per gli spostamenti). La signora alla reception gentilissima e super disponibile, ci ha accolti e fatto vedere l’appartamento prima di firmare. Nel nostro era presente un disimpegno con armadi e lavatrice, due stanza matrimoniali e due bagni di cui uno con sauna. Nel soggiorno una cucina ben rifornita, un tavolo e un divano letto con tv. Fuori, lungo tutto l’appartamento c’era un terrazzino molto carino. Tutto super pulito. Siamo rimasti veramente contenti del servizio e di questa scoperta. Grazie Dolomit-Royal!!!

Quiet clean cozy apartment near the bike path. I enjoyed the view from the balcony and the sound of the brook and cow bells. Would be a great place if you ski. Near two different ski areas.

Wir waren ausschließlich zum Mountainbiken, zehn angenehme Tage in der Unterkunft Dolomit Royal stationiert und können daher relativ wenig über Sillian selbst erzählen. Was allerdings sehr positiv aufgefallen ist, dass man alles relavante, was man braucht - um sich selbst zu versorgen zu Fuß erledigen könnte. Billa, ein kleiner aber superfeiner Spar, der unter anderem regionale Produkte anbietet, die man sonst beim Spar nicht findet, ein Hofer sowie einen Drogeriemarkt.TOP! Auch eine kleine Zweirad-Werkstatt ist im Ort, Vater-Sohn Unternehmen - wo bei kleineren Problemen schnell und kompetent geholfen wird. In der Unterkunft angekommen, wurden wir sehr herzlich von der Chefin Karin empfangen. Eine sehr höfliche, offene und sympathische Person. Unser Apartment war extrem 'Luftig'. Durch die gute Lage und den vielen möglichkeiten zum Lüften, konnte man binnen weniger Sekunden die gute Osttiroler Luft auch im gesamten Apartment genießen. Auch die L-Förmige Terrasse, die sich übers gesamte Apartment erstreckt, lädt zum relaxen ein und/oder zum auslüften diverser Sportutensilien - was für uns als Mountainbiker ein wahrer Segen ist. Anscheinend kümmert sich Karin selber um die Sauberkeit in den Apartments - wir haben zwar nach keinen Ungereimtheiten gesucht, hätten vermutlich auch nichts gefunden. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Die Küche war geräumig und nahezu mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen braucht. Das Badezimmer bietet ausreichend Platz und eine eigene Sauna ist sowieso für uns immer und überall ein Highlight. Kleine Anmerkung für unsre Radsportler: Der Abstellraum für die Räder, ist bei "voller Hütte" zu klein.

Ruim, erg schoon appartement. Gastvrouw is ook erg vriendelijk. De locatie is ideaal, voor uitstapjes in Oostenrijk maar ook naar Italië!

Niet veel bijzonderheden, wel de tafel (bijzettafel) op een vreemde/onhandige plek. Maar dit is zelf te verplaatsen.

새로 지은 건물로 조용한 마을에 있는 숙소 였고, 도로에 있어서 접근성도 좋았어요. 마을과의 거리도 약5분정도 거리에 있어서 걸어 다니기에도 좋았구요. 또 주변에 마트도 있어요. 방 2개, 테라스, 욕실 어느것 하나 마음에 들지 않은것이 없었어요. 주방도 아주 깨끗했고요. 모든 집기가 있어서 이용하는데 전혀 문제가 없었어요. 게다가 욕실 안에 스파도 있어요. 스파를 이용할 수 있어서 돌로미티 트레치메 산행 갔다와서 휴식을 취하기 너무 좋았어요. 다시 가고 싶은 숙소입니다. 강추.

스파를 이용하는데 중간에 온도가 꺼졌어요. 왜 그런지 모르겠고 해보다가 안되었는데 나중에 알고 보니 스파 이용하는 시간이 있더라고요. 그런 부분에 대한 안내문이나 안내가 없어서 조금 아쉬웠어요. 스파 이용 설명서가 있다면 더 좋았을것 같아요. 그 외에는 아쉬운점은 없네요.

Liegt direkt an der Straße, was super ist zum erreichen. Aber so etwas laut in der Nacht, wenn man gerne das Fenster geöffnet hätte.

Świetne miejsce na pograniczu Austrii i Włoch, idealne jako punkt wypadowy do eksploracji Dolomitów. Pokoje czyste i przestronne. Bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny personel.

The Italian side of Dolomites seemed crowded and overpriced so staying on the Austrian border seemed a good and reasonable compromise. While the Sillian town itself doesn't have much to offer the location did pay off. The apartment itself was vary spacious, almost fully furnished, had two bathrooms and even a small sauna in it.

There's a ridiculous big, red emergency button inside by the entrance of the sauna. It's directly wired to emergency services and comes with a 300 euro false-alarm fine. At that location the button just begs to be accidentally pressed, and there is little that prevents it from happening. While this most likely is a legal requirement, there must have been a better way to execute it. And second - at this level and cost with every other appliance provided, one could also expect an automated coffee-machine.

Easy access, the receptionist is cooperative and kind.

The hotel is just wonderful and the host is very hospitable and friendly. We arrived much earlier than expected after 16 hours of driving. They were able to accommodate us much earlier than the check-in time, for which we are very grateful. The apartment was spacious and very clean. I would definitely visit the hotel again if I have a chance in this area. I recommend the place with both hands, and once again, thank you for your hospitality!!

The apartment was almost new, spacious, very comfortable and with a location was perfect close to the main top hiking sites in the area. On top of that, the staff was amazingly kind and always ready to help. We will return for sure!

The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped, with plenty of storage space. We liked the environment and the accessibility of two ski resorts. We will come back not only in winter but also in summer.

Nice apartment with full of facilities I need, washing machine, modern kitchen, dishwasher , living area, and big balcony. There are many supermarkets nearby. The apartment close to the road and railway but there was not noisy at all. Free parking space. It’s only 30 minutes drive to the attractions in Dolomites, such as lake Braies and Tre Cime di Lavadero , easy to cross the border. The staff is friendly, she upgraded the room for us and took us a room tour to introduce all equipment in the apartment.

The apartment is perfect. There was everything needed in the kitchen. The location is also very good. There is a super market near by. The 3Zinnen ski resort is very near also. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Everything was perfect. Maybe the best stay I have ever had for a ski trip. The facilities and location were perfect. The sauna was better than most of the wellness/spa centers and the apartment had everything needed to have a wonderful week never the slopes.

The apparment includes everything you need for your vacation with your family. Location - close to groceries, city center, availability to Tre Cime area, Lego di Braies by car within 30 min. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Location - close to main road, so a bit loudy. Lights of thermostat a bit more intensive when you want a dark bedroom for sleeping, but only personal feeling
