Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Ενα βραδυ μείναμε σε αυτό το διαμερισμα,ανετο,σε πολυ βολική τοποθεσια διπλα στο σταθμό Sao Bento,εχει ολες τις ανέσεις,θα εκτιμούσαμε να υπαρχει καφές για τη καφετιέρα φίλτρου καθώς δεν ειναι ευκολο να αγοράσεις ολόκληρο πακέτο για μια μέρα,το μόνο αρνητικό ειναι οτι ειναι ισόγειο, ανοίγεις τη πόρτα και απέξω περνάνε αυτοκίνητα,προφανώς ήταν μαγαζί ή επαγγελματικος χώρος ο οποίος μετατράπηκε σε διαμέρισμα

A pesar de estar en pleno centro, justo el apartamento que nos tocó estaba a pie de calle, en la calle Corpo da Guarda, es la que calle que hay por detrás de la que aparece en la descripción. Nos enteramos de ello una vez llegamos a Oporto cuando nos enviaron el código para poder hacer el check in. Nos encontramos con que en esa calle habia gente que no daba buena espina… Fuimos con nuestro hijo de 4 años y no nos daba nada de confianza. Nos sorprendió porque ponía que era ideal para familias. Si el apartamento estuviese en la calle Mouzinho de Silveira mi puntuación cambiaría completamente para mejor.

El sofa cama es bastante incomodo (esta ok para una sola noche) El ruido de afuera se oye bastante. Una de las habitaciones no tenia aire acondicionado ni ventilador, dejando la puerta abierta apenas llegaba el aire fresco. Hay una sola ducha, tipo bañera, y las cortinas no son suficientemente largas para evitar que el agua salga fuera.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Duży przestronny apartament z dwoma łazienkami, co było bardzo istotne; jak dla nas super lokalizacja- tuż przy dworcu Sao Bento (ale dla niektórych to może być minus- przy bardzo ruchliwej i do późna w nocy głośnej ulicy); łóżka komfortowe i wygodne; w apartamencie kilka wiatraków- my mieliśmy temp. w Porto w okolicy 24-25 stopni, przy wyższych brak klimatyzacji będzie jednak uciążliwy- można przewietrzyć pomieszczenie, ale wtedy hałas jest spory (na szczęście okna bardzo dobrze wyciszają)

No habia sartenes cuando nos dijeron que habia y dijeron que hablarían con su depsrtsmento pero en 5 días no tuvimos respuesta... Mucho ruido al ser un apartamento a pie de calle

Der reklameres med, at der er aircondition på værelserne. Der var ingen aircondition på det ene ud af 2 soveværelser, og der kunne heller ikke åbnes vindue på dette værelse. Udlejer havde blokeret for aflåsning af døre til toilet og til badeværelse. Det er ubehageligt, når man rejser 5 personer sammen, hvoraf man ikke kender dem alle lige godt, at man er nødt til at lave arrangementer for at informere de andre om, at man benytter badeværelset. Udenfor altanerne var et område, hvor hjemløse/narkomaner samlede sig og tog stoffer. De støjede en hel del både sen aften og tidlig morgen, hvilket ikke var optimalt.

The little climb on the hill was not mentioned. Price just ok for Porto.

De ligging, de zwervers liggen voor de deur en ‘s nachts wordt er regelmatig op de deur/ramen geklopt. Het derde bed had niet iets wat je een fatsoenlijk matras noemt, we waren met 3 man en er waren maar 2 stoelen en een gammel krukje. We hebben bewust iets met een keuken geboekt. Die zit er wel in maar een pan om in te bakken ontbreekt. Verder was het niet schoon. Geen idee wat er boven dit appartement zit maar er komt heel veel lawaai vandaan. Slapen is hier een drama!

Entering the property was extremely difficult code given was correct but the keypad was not working properly, other residents knew of the problem, stood in 42 degree heat for 1 hour with phone calls back and forward, till another resident let us in, not really good enough, having a washing machine was great, but no iron was disappointing.

Como família gostámos muito ... não houve nada de que não gostámos. Sugestão: a possibilidade de deixar a bagagem numa estação SPOT por mais tempo que as 18h. Para quem chega ao Porto, deixa as bagagens e tem atividades programadas, ter que apanhar a bagagem até às 18h, pode ser limitativo.

Dispone di due bagni, una camera grande e molto bella, una cucina e un grande soggiorno (molto spazioso e bello) con divano letto comodo. Ci si trova sulla una delle vie principali di Porto con delle bellissime finestre che affacciano sulla via. L’appartamento era molto pulito.
Il quinto letto era molto scomodo, impossibile dormire.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026Wunderschöne Wohnung. Wir waren zu viert und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, hervorragend ausgestattet und befindet sich in einer tollen Lage. Alles war außergewöhnlich sauber und gepflegt. Die Kommunikation verlief einfach, schnell und völlig unkompliziert. Wenn wir Porto wieder besuchen, werden wir auf jeden Fall erneut hier übernachten. Eine klare Empfehlung!

O sofá cama é excelente, mas ouve-se o barulho da rua. Para grupos maiores pode ser mais complicado se alguém ficar a dormir na sala.

Reviewed May 4, 2026The location is by a mile the best thing about this property. The large size of the 2 bed apartment is also a huge positive.
The host wasn’t overly helpful. A very strict 4pm check in time with instructions for check in not sent until that time. It would’ve been nice for a slightly earlier option to check in if the apartment was ready earlier (which I suspect it was). The apartment was quite tired and the sofa bed in the lounge was extremely uncomfortable and moved in 2 parts so made it extremely difficult for 2 people to share it.

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026Muito bem localizado, em excelente estado, com tudo que uma casa deve ter, é prático e fluido,decoração simples mas com gosto e um toque de sofisticação! Muito simpáticos e disponíveis! Tínhamos uma garrafa de vinho de boas vindas!
Sinceramente não tenho nada a apontar! Ficamos apenas uma noite! Se tivesse uma estadia mais prolongada seria agradável ter detergente para a máquina de lavar e talvez mais alguns itens básicos de cozinha, mas tbm há supermercado perto em caso de necessidade!

Ein Stuhl ist wackelig und nicht benutzbar; ebenfalls war die Dusche im zweiten Badezimmer defekt.

Reviewed Apr 1, 2026Das Appartement war super ausgestattet, hatte sogar zwei Toiletten welche uns überrascht haben. Platz war massig da und vorallem das einladene Wohnzimmer sticht heraus. Die Lage ist Perfekt (nahe der Kathedrale), außerdem ist die Wohnung neben dem Bahnhof Saõ Bento. Alles war sauber und modern. Man kann die Koffer den Tag lang bis zum Einchecken in einem zugehören Hotel abstelle. Dieses befindet sich genau neben der Metrostation Trindade. Wir würde jederzeit wieder die Unterkunft besuchen !
Die Spülmaschine ist nicht gerade die beste und wir mussten zwei Spüldurchgänge duchführen (Es war immer noch nicht alles sauber). Hinzuzufügen ist leider dass wir erst ab etwa 17 Uhr einchecken konnten obwohl im Internet 16 Uhr als Check-In Zeit angegeben wurde. Wir waren etwa um 20 vor 4 vor der Tür und mussten ewig warten bis wir hineinkonnten. Sehr schade ist auch das im Bad eine Bodenfliese locker war (Obwohl eigentlich sonst alles gepflegt ist). Wichtig ! Uns wurde aufgrund der "Verspätung" ein späterer Check-Out angeboten.

Nothing all was fine for what we needed - tile on bathroom floor needs fixed as a matter of urgency as could cause injury

Reviewed Mar 24, 2026Super central location, 5mins away from Sao Bento station and 5-6mins from Se Cathedral. Restaurants and shops all around within easy walking. Studio was very clean and self contained, very spacious and comfortable. Kitchenette allows you to assemble simple meals if needed (no condiments or spices provided though) Easy check-in. I arrived in Porto early so left my backpack in the Sao Bento station lockers for a small fee before check-in time rather than their office which was a few stations away. Would stay again if I was in Porto.
Strong smell of bleach/ cleaning chemicals when I first entered so I had to air the place out for awhile with the window and door open. The apartment is on ground level but halfway up a very steep slope, so could be an issue for those with mobility challenges. Can be a bit noisy at night due to its central location, but nothing too unbearable during my stay.

Reviewed Mar 22, 2026El apartamento es muy grande y cómodo, la ubicación excelente. Agradecimos tener la posibilidad de dejar las mochilas en el luggage antes y después del check-in/out. Todo muy limpio. Bien aislado, a pesar de estar en una calle principal con bastante tráfico, no se escucha nada. Experiencia excelente. Recomiendo 100%.
Una de las dos duchas no funciona, aunque no ha sido un problema para nosotros.

Reviewed Feb 27, 2026Apartament jest zlokalizowany w samym centrum, przy stacji metra Sao Bento i przy dworcu. Wchodzi się bezpośrednio z ulicy, nie ma klatki schodowej, nie ma też przedpokoju, wchodzi się od razu do pokoju. Wielkość idealna, aneks kuchenny, mała ale czysta łazienka. Miejsce idealne do zawieszania Porto pieszo. Dojazd z lotniska zajął 45 min metrem z jedną przesiadką. Obok są lokale gastronomiczne gdzie można zjeść śniadanie i kolację, niedaleko Auchan, sklepy z pamiątkami i informacja turystyczna.
Stół w tym apartamencie wymaga wymiany. Jest dość głośno, bo to centrum miasta i ulica przed wejściem. Jeśli ktoś nie jest przyzwyczajony do spania przy odgłosach miasta to nie będzie zadowolony.

Reviewed Jan 30, 2026Апартаменты расположены в центре старого города, всё в пешей доступности, вид из окна потрясающий! Всё было очень чисто и аккуратно, постель приготовлена для нашей семьи. Несмотря на то, что апартаменты находятся в центре города, внутри было тихо и мы смогли хорошо поспать и отдохнуть. Кровать и подушки также оказались очень удобными. Комплимент была бутылочка белого вина. На большом балконе у нас получилось прекрасно провести дождливый вечер в Порто!

Não gostamos do sofá cama que não dá nenhum conforto me pareceu padrão IKEA básico. Também a cama de solteiro péssimo em conforto. A casa de banho social o chuveiro não saia água e peças a cair.
