The location is nicely within proximity to a walking community with shops and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and the staff seem friendly and efficient.

The cost of the hotel was prohibitive enough that we felt we had to forego the breakfast since it is quite expensive. My understanding is that it is a good breakfast, but I wish that it were included in the already-eye-popping cost of the room.

Super convenient when it came to needing to stay close to the baseball field. We enjoyed being able to walk to the restaurants and everything being within 10 minutes away.

We did not care for the smell of the sheets in the towels, even though they were clean.

We explained that the visit was secondary to a life-threatening illness in the family, and that only one night may be needed; even though checkout was done, we were charged for both nights.

The food was cold and disorganized, but was good.

The staff was great, they were friendly, professional and accommodating. Loved the gym, its equipment and weights were perfect for a good workout. It was nice to have bottled water available in the gym. The breakfast from the menu was good. I had an early morning flight on Sunday and was pleasantly surprised there was an employee to check me out at 3:45 a.m. The location was great.

Air quality inside hotel was awful. Stuffy, smelled over perfumy..trying to mask underlying smell. No air circulation in lobby, hallways, rooms, throughout building. Left with sinus issues. Uncomfortable rest, pillows need an upgrade. Food was overpriced for what it was...just ok. The fried green beans were excellent tho. Overall would not recommend this place.

The location is even better than I anticipated. You can walk a few blocks into Olde Arvada, connect with the train, there are lots of cute local restaurants and coffee shops, or walk a block and get Starbucks. Hop in the car (or walk if you don't mind crossing busy streets) and there are gobs of stores and chain restaurants along Wadsworth. The staff is friendly and facility is clean. I will definitely stay here again.

Not much - enjoyed my stay. If I nitpick I like a heavier comforter on the bed and the TV stations were small in choice, unless you signed into your own streaming accounts.

The staff, they were absolutely great. Very responsive, helped me with my two toddlers and gave us complimentary items as well. The room was very nice, the snack bar was great, the free crib they let us use, the cleanliness was great

Todo genial .. un desayuno aceptable .. podías elegir, la cama muy cómoda, todo bien aunque decían que no hacían las habitaciones a nosotros si nos la hicieron. Otra cosa es que está bastante retirado de Denver pero nosotros alquilamos coche desde que llegamos al aeropuerto… nos salía muy bien de precio. Por si a alguno le interesa lo hicimos en SIXT y tienes un bus gratuito que te lleva hasta la Sede en Denver para recoger allí tu coche. Nosotros fuimos a ver a los Denver Nuggets.. para flipar!!!!

Pues tela!! Llegamos y en recepción nos dicen que hay que dejar una cantidad en depósito de unos 150 dólares y luego también aparte te cobran los impuestos del precio ya cerrado por booking. Si no pasa nada te devuelven el depósito pero los impuestos no. Realmente me sentó muy mal que me mandara un mensaje el propio hotel desde booking diciendo que era una cantidad y luego al llegar nos cobran otra. No todos sabemos lo que se cobra en otros países de impuestos y está desinformación tampoco la palia el propio hotel. Salvo esto… ya supimos que TODO lo que se compra en EEUU hay que añadirle los impuestos siempre..

Emplacement parfait en dehors de Denver, direct depuis l'aéroport. Pour une nuit en direction de Vail. En plus le parking est gratuit contrairement aux hôtels du centre ville de Denver.

I stay here pretty much every month. I do take my own pillows and this time I brought my own blanket, and had the best sleep I've had in a while. Staff is friendly and courteous. Location is perfect; a 2 block walk to old town Arvada.

Hair on sheets of bed... this happens regularly here, so I bring my own pillows and blankets.

No maid service, no coffee in the room other than decaf. No follow up when I asked for regular coffee. No turn down service. We were there 3 nights and our beds were never made or changed. No business center.

The staff had POOR attitudes. BESIDES the African American, she was great, apologies for not catching her name. The shower bathroom corners were gross. I requested extra towels for my family considering only two were in the room and I was given reasons why I couldn’t get extra towels. I get strict rules and policies, but being polite and enforcing those are not impossible.

I prepaid with a third party for the stay and couldn't check in to get a room because the on-site systems were down.

Wasn't able to check in, local onsite system not working. The person at the front desk had no idea when or if it would be back up that same night. Management didn't step in to give guidance or any information. Poor guy was on his own, not able to check guests in. Had to go to another hotel!

LaShawna was excellent we always look forward to seeing her. She is always so polite and kind makes you feel very welcome. That's the only place we stay

Travis, one of the front desk representatives was extraordinary. He exceeded expectations. He went above and beyond to make us feel home for thanksgiving. He is someone you should make sure to keep him as a treasure because there are little people like him in this world.

This was a lovely property. Clean, friendly, and comfortable. Our beds were very comfy, and our room extremely clean and large. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was wonderful..being walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops in Old Town Arvada. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The only suggested change I would request is that in the lobby and elevators there was a scent that wasn't unpleasant, but a bit to strong. Some kind of perfume or air freshener. We were grateful that it did not carry into our room.

Night stand isn’t flush or lower than bed, so very dangerous that I hit my head twice in middle of night on edge.

Floors were not vacuumed before we checked in. Staples all over the floor which could had cause piercings in the feet. That is totally unacceptable. Makes me wonder if the sheets were changed as well. Homeless folks were in the hotel as well in the front area. That is also totally unacceptable. Hilton needs to do better.

The bed was very uncomfortable and there were no options except feather pillows, which I cannot stand. Since I am staying there for a place to get a good night's sleep, I will not stay there again. I will stay at the Residence Inn two blocks away that has very comfortable beds, pillows, and is an equally clean and easy place to stay. And I love the breakfast there. My breakfast was not included in my rate at the Garden Inn, so I can't testify to its quality.

Travis was excellent checking me in and very helpful.

The air conditioner was a little loud, but OK it cooled the room nicely.

The young lady who checked us in was awesome! She must put in a lot of hours because we saw her 3 times after that and she was always super friendly and positive. We really appreciated her kindness.

The only thing was the toilet was running constantly, but we let them know when we checked out. Not a big deal.
