Convenient location. Modern, clean hotel with reasonable amenities and a decent breakfast.

A little hard to find and get in and out of from a busy street. Breakfast was on par with other hotels, but far from exceptional.

I’ve stayed at this location many times since they opened, and was always happy with the experience. However, the last 4-5 times, not so much. The front desk staff service has dropped significantly. Not very pleasant. Additionally, it seems that there are always sports teams stating there. Big problem for someone that’s trying to get a good nights sleep. I was on the third floor and my room was literally shaking due to all of the commotion above me. I called the front desk twice and finally, at 11:15pm, the noise subsided. A suggestion, why don’t you put these teams on floors 1 and 2?! Other customers can use floors 3-4. Though it’s still a lot of ruckus, at least it’s not coming from above! On my next visit, I’ll call first to confirm if there are any teams booked. If so, I’ll go elsewhere.

The staff , the accommodations, the area to which the hotel is located. I liked that a movie theater is next door. Myers and Walmart near by. The breakfast set up was excellent. Thank you for having turkey sausage. The beds and pillows are comfy and cozy. I will return if this continues to be the atmosphere. It was peaceful and relaxing.

The staff were very kind and accommodating, the location was great, and the room was exceptional! Very clean location from the room to the lobby. It was the perfect place to stay for a concert at Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre.

Lost our booking - we PREPAID through Hotel.com - and they lost our reservation. It was very frustrating and happened on a holiday night out of town. WHAT A PAIN!! Plus: It took OVER A WEEK for the room deposit to clear my husband's credit card. (what a dumb idea - it should only take a day or two.)

The facility was below expectations. The hotel didn't seem to be very busy and I was given a room with no thermostat and it was freezing cold when I walked into it for the first time. When I immediatley asked the front desk about it, she had to see it for herself, came up to the room and tried the radiator. We got the heat working but would take a while to heat up the room. She sent the service manager. He suggested he had 94 rooms and only 1 without a thermostat and it would be fixed the next day. Um, if the hotel isn't full, why give the 1 room - without a thermostat - to a paying guest? Odd management style. I was asked if I wanted to change room - I declined because after a long day driving to get to a funeral visitation, I was in no mood to repack and change rooms. Why offer that room to a guest? I also asked for proof of the security deposit being charged to my Visa card - so if could be refunded - and the front desk couldn't produce it.

Extremely firm check in policy. I was told all visitors must wait until 3 PM. I arrived at 1:30 and asked to check in and they didn’t even offer to let me check in when a room became available; I HAD to wait until 3 PM. I understand the check in time is posted, however this is very rarely ever actually enforced and I’ve never experienced a hotel that wouldn’t allow me to check in when a room became available. The lobby had several people all waiting until 3 PM to check in. The lobby also smells like sewage. I thought it was someone in the first floor bathroom, but it smelled that way both days of my trip. Finally, the comforter on my bed was too warm and I asked for something lighter. The only option they have is another bed sheet. There is no mid-weight blanket.

Check in was great. Tony was kind, courteous and professional. He was a big help in letting us know about the exercise facility and was extremely gracious in offering us a different room due to a problem with the toilet, it kept filling up with water. People like Tony, who go the extra mile, are what keep people coming back. Thanks!

If not for the housekeeper knocking on our room door twice before check-out overall view a 5 star for sure.

Poor front desk staffing and not enough cleaning staff to meet your 3pm checkin promise. We had to wait until 4pm to get the room. Also, we are a seniors couple and they put us in a room in a corridor where there was some sort of female competition going. Very noisy in afternoon and somewhat until up to 4 am.

Staff was rude and had some problems with room incidentals deposit. Said I owed another $1.32 because of a problem on Booking.com. Was supposed to be $100 deposit and turned into $302.64 in deposits. I'll never use Booking.com again or Holiday Inn Express

We were down graded to a handicap room because there were two weddings. Well guess what I payed for the room too but was given what I didn’t ask for.

It was fantastic place to stay. It is unbelievably clean that I thought they just opened it but it was there since 2017. The service was great everywhere the room service the dining service. Itwas just fantastic. My family was very happy there. Manal and Rite were making the dining place is spectacular. And does just the name I remembered the rest were fantastic too I wish I remember all the names. The customer service starting from the front desk all the way to the housekeeping we're fantastic.

Hair is a pet peeve of mine. There was long hair on the shower floor, which is so gross to me especially from someone else. The police were knocking on someone’s door in the middle of the night. I don’t think I heard a commotion butI had driven 17 hrs. I was very upset to be awakened by this. Hotels no longer provide drapery, so the sun awakens you bright and early. Guess that’s the purpose. It didn’t even shut out the lights from the parking lot or surrounding the property. Those were the ONLY things

Clean room, got a two queen bed room with hearing/mobile accessibility bathroom, on the 4th floor with the view to the movie theater. Loved being on the top floor so that was very nice (did not request it just ended up being my floor level). Breakfast on Sunday morning was exceptional with lots of hot options. I loved how cold the mini fridge became when the dial was at the max. Wifi was great but not the best for gaming, but that’s not a huge complaint. Richard the manager had great hospitality and courteous service. The breakfast attendees very attentive to the food and making sure the food is always stocked out for guests! Room was very spacious

Wifi not compatible for gaming (not a huge grievance) The soap options! Used the body wash and it was horrible! Would not recommend for anyone, because it crusted on my skin right after using it and was like a strong glue to the skin! By the end of the day it was gone but this is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber to have soap that does this.

Stayed 3 nights — great all-rounder. Reasonable price, very clean rooms, strong AC, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location near Arabic restaurants. Pool was nice. Not luxury, but perfect for comfort and value. Would definitely stay here again.
