Extremely disappointing experience. We ultimately left the hotel and did not stay overnight. We arrived early and separately paid for a day-use room because we needed to shower after our flight. The first room had a very strong musty, mold-like and stale cigarette-smoke odor. We immediately raised the issue with reception and asked for another room. We were shown a second room on the 28th floor, but unfortunately it had the same strong odor. Since we had already paid separately for day use and needed to shower, we used the room briefly and then went back to reception to explain that we were not comfortable staying at the hotel overnight. Before leaving, the receptionist showed us a third room, which we were told was similar to the room type booked for our overnight stay. It also had a very strong unpleasant odor. Staff explained that the rooms are on high floors and the windows cannot be opened, but that did not address the condition or odor we experienced across all three rooms. At that point, after being shown three different rooms without the problem being resolved, we decided to leave rather than stay overnight. What was particularly disappointing was how the cancellation was handled. We raised the issue at the property before the overnight stay, gave the hotel multiple opportunities to provide an acceptable room, and left without using our overnight accommodation. We were nevertheless charged for the overnight reservation. I understand cancellation policies, but this was not simply a change of plans. We made the decision to leave because of the conditions we personally experienced at the property. Based on our experience, I would not stay here again.

Staff speaks limited English which is only a problem when there is a problem, in my case they charged me twice and will have to wait for a month to get the charges reversed - at least that's how I understood it!!! 😁 It's not signposted well at all, it might be hard to find for a first timer, reception is on the 30th floor!!!!

房间的隔音系统太差，床单好像很旧了，需要提升。咖啡机太迟才操作，通常我们都是最迟7点出门了，咖啡机使用时间太迟了，晚上回来通常都是比较晚，那时候咖啡机又过了使用时间，所以感觉好像是寻开心而已。

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Excellent location just a minute away from the nearby train station, and the line goes straight to the airport. They advertise an airport shuttle, but unless you are going extremely early to the airport, it's not really worth it. Lots of space inside the room, good for a last night in Taipei to get ready for a flight room. Excellent bath and shower, bed comfortable. Staff were friendly. The hotel is on some high floors in another building, but it was OK to find.
Everything was fine.

1.冷氣不涼，我七月中住三天，外面氣溫30幾度，半夜睡覺蓋棉被會流汗，多次被熱醒（可能是頂樓關係？） 2.我住最便宜的無窗房型，空間偏小，大約只能放得下一個行李箱全開。 3.第一天入住時發現拖鞋上有乾掉的黃色液體，聞了一下像是飲料，且袋子破損，直接丟掉了，希望清潔能再更注意。
