Reviewed Aug 31, 2025Continental breakfast is bare bones compared to other places. Second day got a note in the room that there were no housekeepers so just gave fresh towels. It was very quiet and clean. Beds were comfortable. Pillows not the greatest big and hard to get comfortable. Overall though would definately stay here again. Room with two queens with little kitchenette and table for two. Parking is not a problem have marked space in front of door. Also there is second door leading to interior hallway of hotel. Air conditioner was great as it was very hot!

Reviewed Jul 26, 2025The hotel room was great. Bed very comfortable. Handy to have a small kitchenette. There was a small stain on the bedspread which the front desk quickly replaced. Unfortunately our room was above the main entrance so whenever someone came into the hotel one could hear the sliding doors open and close and people talking. A little bit of traffic noise but quietened down later on. Good breakfast with many choices. Great hospitality. Would recommend.

Reviewed Jan 17, 2023Reception upon arriving was very friendly, as was the cleaning staff and desk staff the following days. My room was very clean and spacious, and having my dog with me, it was great having an extra door to my room to go directly outside with her.
Hot food selection would have been nice( though, there were breakfast sandwiches available to warm up in a microwave).

Reviewed Oct 19, 2018This hotel has improved since it opened in respects to the facility and the friendliness of the staff. They still have a long way to go to put together a decent breakfast. I stay a quite a few hotels and they really need to pick up the slack, it is the poorest quality breakfast and most limited options I have seen in awhile. They were for all tense and purposes the only game in town, however that is no the reality any longer. They have added a waffle iron since my last visit however one day there was no batter and the remaining days it wasn't even turned-on. They really need to make this a priority. Plus the options were exactly the same day-in-day-out. 1 out of 5 for the breakfast.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2018If you love chlorine, this is the hotel for your. Everything stinks of chlorine--the towels, the bed, the room. Forget about their 'continental breakfast'--not worth the effort of even going into the room. On the positive side, the rooms are very well maintained.

Reviewed Oct 17, 2017Had to go to Hardisty for a day for work. This is the newest hotel/inn in town. This is a clean and pleasant Inn with a continental breakfast. I skipped the breakfast and just had a coffee till I could find food elsewhere. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and very little to complain about. With all the business in Hardisty there seems to be a lack of amenities.
