Reviewed Sep 9, 2026３年ぶりに利用しましたが、施設が綺麗で快適でした。特にお布団とお風呂のお湯の柔らかさは良かったです。あと、タオルだけ交換のマグネットはとてもいいアイデアと思いました。
もしも可能でしたら、エレベーターの中の換気をもっとよくして欲しいです。喫煙者の煙の匂いが残っていて、特に朝は不快でした。

特に無いが、強いて言うなら、今回チェックインの際に駐車場の係の方が、入庫の位置を1ミリでもズレたら許さない誘導がとても嫌だった。今まで4〜5回こちらを利用してますが初めて経験でした。本当に嫌な気分でした。出庫の際はとても気持ちいい応対でした。

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Superb location infront of the train station. There is a rooftop bbq infront of the hotel. Worth visiting it! We liked the size of the room, perfectly cleaned.
I do not like that there is no water dispenser. Instead they give you 2 plastic water bottles a day. A waste of plastic for the environment. They also give daily fresh piyamas that is unnecessary and throw away slippers. There are no free drinks apart from the water bottles.

エレベーターは説明を受けたはずだったけどタッチキーが分からず操作できなかったり、浴室のシャワーレバーを自宅と同じように触ったら思いきり服が濡れてしまったり、トイレのリモコンの説明も表示が小さくてわかりにくく⋯ 昭和生まれにはついて行けなくなってるのかと思ってしまいました^^; 美しくないかもしれないけど、わかりやすく表示があると良いかと思いました。

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026以前から何度も利用している。朝食会場がベトナム料理から通常の和洋食になった。和洋食でも何度も利用したが今回、久しぶりだった。以前よりも食事内容がおいしかった。バラエティに富んでいて、野菜が多い。ビジネスホテルによくある業務用の肉類ではなく、ジャーマンポテトには、厚切りベーコンが添えられていておいしい。コンソメスープにも野菜がたっぷり入っていた。
ベッドが柔らかくて、腰痛持ちにはきつい仕様。

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026お部屋のお風呂とトイレが別々だったのと、設備が新しく洗面所の扉も開閉音が静かで、夫が寝ているときに朝の身支度も開閉音を気にせずにしたくできた。室内がとても清潔だし広くて、お風呂もとても使いやすくてよかった。また空調も音も静かだし快適な温度で過ごせた。
朝食の料理は美味しかったが、福島特産の料理がもっと充実していたらいいと思いました。 料理が置いてある場所を中央にした方が取りやすいと思いました。 また、席も自由だったのですが、空いてる席まで案内とかしていただけるシステムだったらもっとよかったです。 価格を考えると満足できる内容かなとは思いました。 いちいち4階でエレベーターが止まるのが少し気になりました。

あまり感じなかった 予約サイトにダブルブッキングされたのには 驚いた フロントで教えてもらって無料キャンセルをお願いした スマホでホテル名を検索すると 予約サイトに誘導される ホテルの電話番号を探すが見つからず 予約サイトからカード決済をさせられた ホテルで聞いたら直接予約が出来て 出向いてから 現金払いも 出来ることを聞かされた コレからはそちらが 私には向いているようだ。

Reviewed May 26, 2026I always love the staff, location, beds absolutely especially the bathroom with a tub, shower wand as well as a separate overhead shower. Also lots of eateries and shops near the station. Great hotel!

Reviewed May 20, 2026The hotel stands right opposite Koriyama Station so we could catch Shinkansen trains easily every day. There were restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel. The breakfast room on the 2nd floor was OK and offered a nice view. What we especially appreciated was the bathroom, which featured both a bathtub and a standing shower area, and the massage chairs in twin rooms.
Checking in on the 4th floor can be confusing at first, as we expected the reception to be on the ground floor. Apart from that, pillows were a bit too thick for our liking and the air conditioner was quite difficult to adjust.

Reviewed May 19, 2026Modern and clean. Rooms and beds were comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Plenty of amenities available for customers. Very close to Koriyama station.
Not really a criticism of the property but was originally looking for a hotel in Fukushima and this came up even though it wasn’t anywhere near the actual city of Fukushima.

Reviewed May 18, 2026Conveniently located across from the Koriyama Station. 7/11 is located on the first floor and great restaurant serving beef tongue on the 2nd floor. The front desk staff were always smiling and very helpful. We also appreciated the self-service laundry facilities on 9th floor.
