Förväntningarna på boendet stämmer överens med verkligheten. Det funkade absolut att bo i under full moon party. Fixade en extrasäng utan problem

Above the road into Had Rin and set back with a view of the sea and Koh Samui. Untouched forest on the hills behind. There is a quiet 7-11, motorbike rental, laundry and restaurants very close by and it is easy to walk to the south beach. Also a short walk to Had Rin which was perfect for my needs.

There was a power outage for a day which is not anyone's fault but the water in the bathroom stopped working - no pump. This meant no flushing the toilet or using water from the tap or shower. This is bad design even a bucket in the bathroom would solve the loo issue.

Dirty , bed was rock solid, the blind did not close properly so you can’t get changed. Shower you needed to hold the shower head els It would go everywhere

Nette Unterkunft, Zimmer sehr klein, aber das wussten wir im Vorhinein. Trotzdem war es modern und ausreichend. Die Besitzerin ist extra früher aufgestanden, damit wir unseren Schlüssel abgeben konnten bzw. die Kaution zurückbekommen.

Waren über Silvester hier für die Full Moon Party - preislich leider wirklich teuer, aber gut, so machen es wahrscheinlich alle hier zu der Zeit.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν ακατάλληλο το μπάνιο σε μια κατάσταση τραγική να μην θες ούτε χωρίς παντόφλες να μπεις μέσα τα νερά του νιπτήρα έτρεχαν με ένα λεπτό σωλήνα εκεί που κανείς μπάνιο το οποίο ήταν και βουλωμένο από τρίχες και ο θεός ξέρει από τι άλλο και πλημμύριζε το μπάνιο με συνέπεια να μην μπορείς να μπεις μέσα τα σεντόνια ήταν λεκιασμένα το μόνο καλά είναι ότι είναι δίπλα σε μαγαζιά και στην μεγάλη παραλία που γίνεται το φουλμουν πάρτυ το οποίο η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος ήταν τέλεια

Solamente reservamos por una noche y la verdad que fue como esperabamos, solo queriamos una habitacion para dormir y irnos el dia siguiente por la mañana asi que todo bien en este sentido

La ducha no funcionaba y la cisterna del baño se salia cada vez que estirabas de la cadena. La luz tardaba 10 segundos en encenderse. Telarañas en todo el baño. Almohadas muy duras y mal olor en general en las habitaciones. Encima tienes que dejar una fianza de 1000 BTS por habitación. Excesivamente caro.

The staff are unprofessional and unreasonable. The room I was in was not clean and the aircon was leaking water everywhere lol

The staff weren’t bad at all

but the room was grim, stains on the bed, curtains and bedsheet, black mould on the ceiling of the bathroom, yellow stuff coming from shower, if ur not gonna b in the room much it’s fine but I had to leave early it wasn’t bareable for me.

Sheets were somewhat torn and stained. Nothing was blatantly unclean in the room but the bedding made us a bit uncomfortable

Good location for beach, friendly and helpful staff. Air con worked but fridge smelt and bathroom not clean. No shower curtain so bathroom floor became a swimming pool.

Great place, great location (close to Haad Rin and Rin Nai beaches). Great mountain view. Very nice and welcoming host. I made a mistake - booked on a wrong month (I blame booking.com UI for that ;)) - but host found a way to accommodate us. When we had any questions, she was always eager to help. Really nice place, highly recommended.

So it's basic and clean, bits of damp showing in the property, and ensure that you have 1000 baht spare as a key deposit...clearly people have taken them home before. The price was excessive for what the room actually is, I guess it's a full moon party premium.

The service was very kind and the receptionist gave me always free water. Location was great and overall this stay was a good experience. Receptionist also gave clean towels every time I asked.

I was staying in total for 3 weeks and they didin´t change the bed sheets at all. I needed to ask for cleaner to come and wipe my floor and take garbages.

GREAT value. Was not fancy but had everything you needed and the room was spotless. Had Hot water, cold AC, quiet location, a minimart (with drinks, toiletries, etc) run by the family is downstairs, and bed was comfortable for my taste (the pillows were firm and room was feather free)

Location was a little bit of a hike if you’re walking, but it’s on a main road so plenty of collective taxis pass by. Walls are kind of thin.

The room was very basic. The air conditioning didn’t really work and was very noisy. You couldn’t leave it on when leaving the room either so it had no time to cool down. The bathroom was dirty. Every time we flushed the toilet, water poured out into the bathroom. The bathroom was a wet room so every time you used the shower it soaked the toilet and toilet paper. The bath mat looked very unsanitary and looked like it had never been changed. There weren’t any proper curtains so people could see in when walking past. The beds were very uncomfortable and we had a terrible sleep. There’s no safe in the room.

Absolutely horrible - ACs did not work. Staff were very unprofessional and not helpful. The beds had stains on them from previous tenants. We honestly could not wait to get out as fast as possible

Room was dirty - rubbish to the side of the bed and the bathroom had a horrific smell.

Anytime we asked travel questions they helped guide us where to go and advised us very well. they also have taxi service! And they own a convenience store that is connected.

Property name and location is different! We arrived by address but can't find it. Asking the people around but nobody knows about that property. Then we found local person who can call to the number and ask . Sou after around 1,5 hour search and local person help we found it. It was in a different side around 500 meters and property call not Suksom Villa, but Tanyaporn house. On the booking.com wrong info!

There is no sign of the place so it is quite hard to find especially during such a busy day as the full moon party. Good thing that they have private parking.

The whole rooms smells, when I reported it to the lady she came in with air refresher as it would change anything. The bedsheets were disgusting and the pillows were very uncomfortable. The window blinds looked like in a hospital and they had stains on them.

Electricity went out in the middle of the night. Just my room and had no aircon the first night. I changed rooms the next day and all was good.

Employeis has no English. Paid 3500 Bhatt (crazy over priced even if it's a party night) because was full moon party, no water at all when we came back late night, nothing. The blanket had no cover and they didn't give one after asking because they don't have covers for blankets, disgusting. Of course bugs. I hated everything.

so so uncomfortable beds. a bit dirty. air conditioning was broken. fan was loud and squeaky. very thin walls. could hear people shagging and talking in other rooms. demanded a deposit that wasn’t advertised on website. Wi-Fi slow. no kettle or fridge or service.

it was ok and close to the full moon party entrance…just about five minutes walk. also far enough to get a good sleep while party is still going.

ridiculous price for what you get. you can sleep 5 star resort in Thailand for this amount
