Logement spacieux. Terrasse agrébale avec vue. Piscine en contre bas. Logement bien équipé. Personnel très agréable.

Litterie vraiment peu confortable. Des travaux juste a côté pendant notre séjour. Porte baie vitrée difficile à ouvrir et porte de salle de bain/wc qui ne se ferme pas. Dommage.

The views were spectacular from the apartment both inside and from all areas around the apartment. Sunrises and sunsets it was just amazing. The apartment was spacious and clean with plenty of storage facilities and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook with. The shower was good and there was no problem when we requested a change of bedlinen and towels after we had been there for a week. All queries were answered immediately by a fantastic lady who was so helpful and gave lots of helpful hints where to go. Some water and wine was also left in the fridge which was a bonus. There was a swimming pool which we didn't use that much but once again had fabulous views and plenty of sun loungers. Our sea view apartment also had a lovely sunbathing area above with gorgeous views of the coastline. The area was quiet and calm except for the cockerels and dogs in the mornings.

There were small things really but not having the aircon in the bedroom just in the main living room caused sleepless nights because of the heat and after receiving some nasty bites we weren't keen on leaving windows open. The bed was a little hard and the couch in the sitting room was lumpy and got uncomfortable. The apartment though clean could do with some upgrading. The TV didn't have any streaming apps like Netflix and it would have been nice to be able to sit down after a busy day and watch a film or series of choice. The TV did have some english/US channels though. Be aware that there are approx 70 steps to the apartment, not a problem going down to it but when heading back to the carpark would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Vila Brava complex is located on a steep hill so your hill starts need to be good but there is designated parking which was brilliant. Be sure that you get a car that has enough power to get up those hills and the many other hills on the island, ours was very basic and we ended up going on several bus rides rather than doing a car journey as it was a struggle getting up the hills.

Niełatwy dojazd do obiektu. Na minus wszędzie pod górę, do najbliższej knajpy zawsze pod górę i to ostro na powrocie.

Great spot if you're traveling by car! The location is really convenient, and the views are absolutely fantastic. The appartment is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Villa Brava. Nous connaissions déjà l’appartement puisque nous y avions séjourné 3 semaines l’année dernière, et nous avons été une nouvelle fois ravis. La vue est magnifique, la piscine idéale et l’emplacement très pratique : à deux pas de Ribeira Brava pour profiter de la mer et à seulement une vingtaine de minutes de Funchal. Plusieurs randonnées sont accessibles assez facilement ; pour les plus connues de l’île, il faut généralement compter environ une heure de route. L’appartement est très agréable et le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment excellent par rapport à beaucoup d’autres logements que nous avons vus à Madère. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

L'appartamento era pulitissimo, nuovo e fornito di tutto il necessario. La piscina è un plus al soggiorno. Ci sono spazi per parcheggiare in sicurezza.

On a positive note, there was a beautiful view from the common area, check-in was easy, and the beautiful, friendly cats made the stay much more enjoyable.

Unfortunately, this property did not meet my expectations. The photos do not reflect reality. The room was very dark, with almost no natural light. The smell of dampness was unbearable, making it impossible to stay inside for long; the odor even penetrated the kitchen cabinets. There was no privacy when sitting outside, as it is located right on a walkway where people constantly pass by and look in. The outdoor area, surrounded by a wall, is not appealing at all. Unfortunately, the price is not justified by the standard provided.

C'est en hauteur de Ribeira brava avec la vue sur la mer et une bonne piscine . L'appartement est bien conçu. Nous avons reçu en accueil une bouteille de vin . l’hôtesse est gentille et agréable. Je garde un bon souvenir de cet endroit. La plage est à 10 minutes de là.

L’appartement est bien équipé, propre et bien placé. Une vue incroyable sur l’île. Les propriétaires sont disponibles par whatsapp et répondent rapidement. C’était top

Dommage que nous n’avons pas pu utiliser la piscine car pleine d’algue mais le problème a été réglée à notre départ !

Einfach nur ein wundervoller Ort. Wir hatten die Wohnung mit Meerblick. Direkt vom Bett die atemberaubende Aussicht - einmalig. Alles war sauber und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Ein Ort zum Bleiben. Absolut zu empfehlen! Wir würden sofort wieder buchen.

Das Sofa müsste dringend ersetzt werden - das ist durch ;-). Plus war die Matratze für das Kinderbett zu dünn. Wir mussten mit Kissen aushelfen, dass unsere Tochter schlafen konnte.

За свої гроші досить хороший варіант. Гарний краєвид, все є для нормального проживання. Дякую чоловіку який доглядає територію, який забрав у мене мусор, бо за декілька днів відповідно пакет уже повний, а куди його дівати незрозуміло.

Ми жили в Апартаментах В, там в якомусь місці протікала душова кабіна. Після кожного прийнята душу, куча води на підлозі.

Positiv hervorzuheben sind die schöne Lage der Unterkunft und die Aussicht. Zudem waren ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden, was die Anreise und den Aufenthalt unkompliziert gemacht hat. Auch die Möglichkeit, Wäsche zu waschen, war praktisch. Die Unterkunft hat grundsätzlich Potenzial.

Leider entsprach der tatsächliche Zustand jedoch nicht unseren Erwartungen und aus unserer Sicht auch nicht dem Eindruck der Anzeige. Bereits bei der Ankunft fiel ein muffiger, feuchter Geruch auf. Die Warmwasserversorgung war insbesondere in den ersten Tagen problematisch und blieb auch danach durch den kleinen Boiler eingeschränkt. Mehrere Bereiche wirkten renovierungsbedürftig, darunter das Badezimmer und Teile der Küchenausstattung. Einige Küchenutensilien waren beschädigt oder ungepflegt, die Spüle verstopfte wiederholt und grundlegende Reinigungsutensilien wie Besen oder Wischmopp fehlten, sodass eine Reinigung der Unterkunft während des Aufenthalts kaum möglich war. Durch die fehlenden Fliegengitter war ein vernünftiges Lüften nur eingeschränkt möglich, da regelmäßig Insekten in die Unterkunft gelangten. Auch das WLAN funktionierte nur eingeschränkt. Zwar wurden nach unserer Meldung einzelne Maßnahmen ergriffen, die wesentlichen Probleme konnten jedoch nicht nachhaltig behoben werden. Insgesamt hatten wir den Eindruck, dass die Unterkunft von regelmäßiger Instandhaltung, gründlicherer Reinigung und einigen Renovierungsmaßnahmen profitieren würde.

La piscine avec la vue, le petit coin barbecue meme si on ne l'a pas utilisé, l'appartement en général était bien rangé, propre.

Manque d'aération et du coup humidité dans l'appartement et dans les meubles, petit point de vigilance sur la vaisselle qui n'était pas toujours propre. Mais cela n'a pas impacté notre séjour.

Appt E; L'exposition en altitude, le parking à mois de 10m, l'entrée direct à partir du parking sans vis à vis.

Le descriptif avec entr'autre la vue sur la piscine (pas le cas) qui pouvait laisser penser sa proximité immédiate!

Condizioni igieniche minime non rispettate. Forte odore di muffa in tutte le stanza. Una camera, quella di nostro figlio completamente invasa dalle formiche , ho le foto e i video. Mio figlio ha 6 anni e non ho potuto farlo dormire in quella stanza perché le formiche erano anche nel letto. Cosa segnalata alla proprietà che nn ha risolto. In sostanza ho pagato per una camera in più che non ho potuto usare perché inagibile . La proprietaria non si è scusata e mi. Ha proposto un rimborso. Esperienza negativa, struttura che non consiglierei

Cottage très calme, belle vue et bien équipé. Agréable jardin.

La 1ère fois où l'on s'est stationné. Heureusement qu'il y a des places de parking, la pente est raide pour le stationnement mais on s'y fait.

Alles is zeer proper en de locatie is ideaal voor het eiland te ontdekken, communicatie met de eigenaar liep vlot.

We hadden wel luide buren maar daar kan de eigenaar niks aan doen.

L’emplacement, la vue est trop belle. On voulait s’éloigner de la ville pour du calme. Tout est propre, petite bouteille de vin pour l’accueil, eau chaude. Super ! Je recommande Marisela est disponible si nécessaire via whatsapp.

Indépendant de la propriétaire, on voulait du calme, beaucoup de chiens aboient en journée mais surtout la nuit, si vous êtes sensibles au bruit prenez des bouchons.

Le frigo qui fait du bruit ( gênant la nuit), c'est le problème du studio. Un chien très proche qui aboie la nuit (mais pas votre faute)

In das Apartment sollte zeitnah ein bisschen Geld investiert werden, da die Ausstattung nicht mehr ganz so toll ist. Auf dem Sofa kann man kaum mehr richtig sitzen und es fehlt eine Stehlampe o.ä. um eine angenehmere Beleuchtung zu ermöglichen. Küche ist okay… das Badezimmer ist so lala.

The place was lovely and very convenient. It was well equipped with most things we might need and there were some nice personal touches. The host was proactive with instructions and the check-in was pretty straightforward. The location was very peaceful with great views. We especially enjoyed having our breakfast at the "balcony" every morning while enjoying the view. Clean apartment. Dedicated parking spots. Bonus points for the 2 adorable kitties keeping us company throughout.

Not really a con but you kind of need a car for this location. This is quite common in the island when you leave Funchal but I guess if you are an avid hiker you can hack it. We were more than relieved to have our car. Also, this is probably because it was the start of the tourist season (April) but the swimming pool didn't seem like it was ready to be used. But we were to busy hiking anyway so we didn't investigate further.

Lo primero las cuestas para acceder al apartamento incluido el aparcamiento en plena curva y cuesta arriba que es un reto. El perro del vecino no para de ladrar toda la noche. Una de las habitaciones no tenia nada de luz exterior. El apartamento olia a humedad y encontramos un par de gusanos en el baño Faltan interruptores para apagar la luz al lado de la cama y te has de levantar para apagarla. Faltan tambien enchufes, o tienes luz de mesa o cargas movil. Y tuve problemas para obtener la factura del lugar.

Très bon contact avec notre hôte, le lieu de l appartement etait central pour profitez de visiter chaque jour un bout de l île et de rentrer le soir se reposer.

Il pourrait juste y avoir une VMC ( ventilation) dans la salle de bain car l humidité des douche avait un peu de mal à s évacuer.

Las vistas espectaculares y la tranquilidad del lugar. El agua caliente funciona bastante bien. La cámara resulta bastante cómoda y el menaje de cocina es completo. La atención del anfitrión es sencillamente espectacular y nos dejaron una botella de vino a nuestra llegada que agradecimos mucho.

Pone que tiene calefacción y lo que hay es un split de aire acondicionado en el salón. El dormitorio y el baño son muy fríos y te quedas helado. La limpieza creo que es bastante mejorable: almohada con mal olor, telaarañas y migas en el suelo.

У нас были апартаменты G для 4 человек. Из спальни и с балкона открывался потрясающий вид на океан и закаты. (Но так не во всех апратаментах!). Хорошо, что есть кондиционер. Мы были в конце февраля и иногда использовали его как обогреватель. Очень тихое место. Есть общая стиральная машина и средство для стирки. Есть зона для барбекю. Использование стоит около 20 евро.

В детской темно и нет окна. Также двухъярусная кровать неудобна, так как отсутствует ограждение сверху, это небезопасно. Даже мой достаточно взрослый сын отказался там спать. Муравьи, но если не оставлять еду, то их почти нет. Нет посудомоечной машины, но про это сказано в описании. С ней бы было отдыхать намного комфортнее. Сломанная уличная мебель и рваные подушки на стулья. Это не много портило общие впечатления. Только 2 рулона туалетной бумаги и 2 пакета для мусора)) на нашу просьбу увеличить количество - отказали))

Sehr zuvorkommender Kontakt. Wir berichteten über eine Ameisenplage im Apartment und haben kurz Zeit später Köder vor der Tür gehabt. Eine kleine Grundausstattung in der Küche war in der Unterkunft vorhanden.

Leider waren die Matratzen durchgelegen. Im Hauptschlafzimmer kamen trotz geschlossenem Fenster immer wieder Tausendfüßer rein, eine Plage. Deshalb musste aufgepasst werden, dass die Tierchen nicht in den Koffer krabbelten. Die Dusche war undicht und das Wasser lief zu Teilen dann ins Bad, es gab recht viel Rost im Bad.

Przecudowny widok z tarasu robi największą robotę. Cieszę się, że trafiłam do Vila Brava, bo to kameralny ośrodek z pięknym widokiem na ocean miasteczko. Zameldowanie na zasadzie self check-in, wszystkie informacje otrzymałam na whatsapp. Stały kontakt z obsługą i odpowiedzi na wszystkie pytania. Pani nagrała mi nawet filmik z tym, gdzie jest miejsce parkingowe i gdzie potem się udać do swojego apartamentu. W samym "mieszkanku" czysto, schludnie. Codziennie miałam okazję witać się też z miejscowymi kotami i razem na kolanach oglądać piękne zachody słońca. Do tego basen z całym zapleczem leżaków, miejscem na grilla. Wszystko świetnie przygotowane i zaplanowane. Jeżeli ktoś nie potrzebuje centrum miasta Funchal, ma auto i szuka raczej czegoś spokojnego na uboczu, to z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić. Ja na pewno jeszcze tam wrócę!

Jedynym minusem jest duża wilgoć (ubrania w szafie stają się szybko wilgotne), ale z tym boryka się cała wyspa ze względu na klimat.

Amazing property with a pool overlooking the sea. The location is great for people seeking retreat, peace and silence, but only recommended for travelers hiring cars or motorbikes during their Madeira trip. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There’s a common laundry room and barbecue room for guests.

Die Aussicht ist einfach phantastisch.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Le logement possède une vue fabuleuse sur l'océan. La terrasse est spacieuse et permet de prendre son café ou un apéritif 😊 Le logement convenait bien pour trois personnes. Bien agencé et très propre. Je recommande vivement !

Ce n'est qu'un détail mais nous aurions apprécié un meilleur éclairage du plan de travail de la cuisine. Idem pour la chambre qui n'avait pas un éclairage confortable pour la lecture. Sinon c'était parfait et nous reviendrons avec plaisir 😊

Lokalita skvělá, jako výchozí bod pro cestování po celém ostrově. Rychlý způsob ubytování. Z vybavení v kuchyni nám nic nechybělo. Po příjezdu nás potěšilo víno jako pozornost.

Nebylo kam si vybalit oblečení. Málo úložného prostoru nebo odkládací prostor na kufry. Tedy věci jsme měli v kufrech, které ležely na zemi.

It is a wonderful apartment (C) with two balconies, so we could enjoy the sunset both from the living room and bedroom. We had everything we needed. Even heating, which was useful in January.

The view is beautiful.

The apartment is comfortable, but there are a lot of ants. We left some ham on the table for just 5 minutes while we were eating, and during that time ants already got into it, so we had to throw it away. It was mentioned that there is a coffee machine, and there was one, but not a single coffee capsule was provided for use. Since the store isn’t nearby, we could only look at the machine. The parking spot is on a slope and is very inconvenient unless you’re a professional driver.

Struttura molto bella, si vede che è ristrutturata Cucina super accessoriata con frigorifero, forno, bollitore, microonde e tostapane. Bagno con doccia grande e asciugacapelli presente. Presenza della piscina della zona comune sfruttabile quando è caldo. Bellissima vista mare. Appena siamo arrivati ci hanno accolto con una bottiglia di acqua e di vino bianco (che non guasta mai :) Noi abbiamo sempre trovato parcheggio che è a servizio della struttura (è un po’ in salita ma si parcheggia bene niente di complicato )

La struttura bellissima ma le formiche in cucina non ci hanno dato tregua :( Abbiamo cercato di chiudere tutti gli alimenti o di metterli il più possibile nel frigo ma le formiche mi sono entrate dentro il pacchetto dei cereali per la colazione Se lo staff riuscisse a risolvere questo piccolo disagio sarebbe top 🔝

The view was amazing, and everything was well organized. The house was fully equipped for a few days of vacations. Overall experience was ok.

The house was cold, the water in the shower wasn't warm enough for shower, there was water from condensation running of the floor and there wasn't a mop to clean

Opremljenost sobe s kuhinjo, lokacija je dobra, na robu posestva dober razgled na morje, parkirišče zagotovljeno.

V bistvu je bila to samo ena večja soba (ni apartma) v kateri je bil spalni del s posteljo, kuhinja z opremo, dva barska stola z desko namesto mize, kar je bilo glede na ceno zelo precenjeno. Za to vrednost bi pričakoval vsaj apartma, vendar je tekst, da gre za najmanšo nastanitev dobro skrit, iz slik pa ni možno razbrati vrsto nastanitve, partmaja, studia, sobe. Gostiteljev ne srečaš, ne slišiš niti ne vidiš, vse poteka preko sporočil zato o gostoljubnosti in prijaznosti ne moremo govoriti-to je lahko dobro za tiste, ki nočejo imeti stika z lastniki.

Fuimos en diciembre y el apartamento era muy húmedo. El AC no iba por lo que nos dejaron unas estufas, pero costaba que las toallas se secaran y olía a humedad
