The customer service was amazing! We were met with warmth and friendliness! It’s in a more quiet part of town so that was also a bonus! Private parking lot and the breakfast was also good

The room was clean and spacious, the staff was very friendly. The hotel is located very close to the park and the sea promenade, with lots of restaurants nearby - so the fact that there is no actual restaurant in the hotel is not an issue. The breakfast is quite good.

The furniture quality was dubious - we had to replace one of the chairs as it was falling apart; and one of the windows fell into the room and had to be reinstalled. Also, the quality of the internet connection was not great - there were parts inside the room where I could not connect.

The location, the staff and the room size.

The TV was not working. It was not a big deal for me that’s why I did not mention it to the hotel.

We had an amazing stay at Chatto Hotel! The staff really made the stay special. From the first moment at the check in desk, we had a great impression from how welcoming and helpful the staff were. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet. Nice comfortable beds. Tasty traditional breakfast. I would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Tuzla. Thanks and see you again next time!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden sofort herzlich aufgenommen und haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt. Alles war sauber. Frühstück war sehr lecker. Wir haben uns für die kleinen Zimmer entschieden, weil diese einen riesigen Balkon mit super Aussicht hatten. Es ist kein Fünfsternehotel, aber uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Alles sehr nett und sauber. Die Lage ist super. Bis zur Strandpromenade läuft man ein bis zwei Minuten. Bis zur Tuzla Marina (riesiges Erlebnis-/Einkaufszentrum) geht man fünf bis zehn Minuten an der Strandpromenade. Zahlreiche Gastronomie in direkter Umgebung. Für uns ist dieses Hotel eine Riesenentdeckung. Wir werden gerne wieder dort buchen. Für uns ist dieses Hotel ein Geheimtipp. Herzlichen Dank an das Personal.

Кімната була прокурена. Мабуть хтось курив перед нами. Прибирали не кожного дня. А коли прибирали, то забирали 4 рушники а клали 2. То взагалі рушники забрали і поклали 1 халат і 1 рушник. Постійно ходили на рецепцію і просили рушники. Попросили ще одну ковдру, бо маленька була - так прибиральниця її забрала) шампуні дали лише при заселенні. Хоча ми жили тиждень.

Hotel molto particolare e curato. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Posizione perfetta a pochi minuti dalla marina.

Klimaanlage sehr träge (langsam), Möbel alt, von Hotelansicht nicht trügen lassen!

It’s clean and art of furniture design

It’s need to be more careful about the hotel to renew it to get more guests because it’s really very nice hotel

I liked the old fashioned style of the hotel, like a Serai, with the heavy furniture and curtains the element of wood everywhere and a touch of luxury! They upgraded for free the room I had booked and I thank them for that! It was very clean. The breakfast was more than enough with a great variety to choose from! There is a safe in the wardrobe and a hairdryer! Also free toiletries in the bath! There are several restaurants with great food and cafés nearby and you can have walks, run or just rest sitting on benches near the sea. The whole staying was a great experience!

The matress was hard enough but I kind of got used to it!😊

İlgi alaka güzeldi. Hiç bir sorun yaşamadık. Rahattık. Kahvaltısı da güzeldi. Ne çok ne az. Çeşit çöpe atılmayacak kadar mütevaziydi. Oda temizdi.

Güzel samimi temiz , güzel yüzlü personel. ulaşım çok kolay konum olarak çok güzel yerde . Bu bölgede bir daha kalırsam kesinlikle tercih ederim . Kahvaltısı gayet iyi .

Öncelikle bir anlaşmazlık yaşadık. Kişi sayısı ile alakalı. Büyük 3 kişilik oda rezerv etmiştim ama kişi sayısını 2 yazmışım. Sonra durumu çözdüler ve çok ilgililerdi otel çalışanları teşekkür ederiz🙏

Perhaps some of the furnishings is a bit outdated but it adds to the charm. It'd be nice if the curtains were cleaned regularly as well

The hotel is located close to all the local shops and port. The staff are extremely helpful and polite.

The windows could be replaced with new double glazing to cut down the outside noise and calling to prayers from the mosque.

Novelty of staying in a castle! Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Also lobby cat was super sweet

Our room did have water damage after some very heavy rain. - staff were amazing and right on maintenance and moved us to another room with no fuss.

its kind of old rooms,windows have no insolations at all,even dificould to open or to close it,all night we hear dogs noices so l couldnt sleep weel unfortunatly,l recomande them they could open the windows befor each check in or some nice deodorant in rooms, as its really smell wet,cave smeel, not so nice for starting,

Nice location and good service

While the breakfast was great, the staff stopped me using the spersoo machin without her allowance assuming I can not pay the coffee and even took the coffe back midway making it !

Room size is excellent, it was clean, staff were very friendly specially Miss Teslime Çapan and Sems.

They gave me a room where when it rains the ceiling leaks. And they know about it and still gave me this room. The internet in the hotel is terrible.

Very friendly personnel, every day different breakfast products besides a few standard products. The room was very clean, with good WIFI.

Every thing was nice and clean. There is not much i can tell that was not good.

Super nettes Personal. War vor der Check Uhr Zeit konnte aber eine Stunde vorher einchecken. Die Zimmer sind schön groß und stilvoll eingerichtet. Frühstück war auch in Ordnung. Kann das Hotel weiterempfehlen

Die Lage ist unschlagbar, zentral gelegen und dennoch ruhig, was für eine entspannte Atmosphäre sorgt. Das Zimmer war makellos sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet.

Accommodatie was heel netjes, personeel was super vriendelijk. Gewoon ze moeten op voorhand mensen informeren over het gebruik van bar en niet bijvullen als er bezoekers om niet vragen of als er bezoekers niet op kamer zijn. Voor ons was het geen probleem ik zeg het algemeen. Volgens mij moesten we ook betalen voor energie drankjes die we niet hebben gedronken. Ik ken naam van die meisje niet die ontbijt serveerde maar ze was super lief. Er is niet veel te doen in de buurt , maar er zijn paar winkels en strand als je taxi neemt in 10 minuten misschien.Als ik terug naar Istanbul ga ga ik nog eens zeker deze accommodatie boeken.

Öncelikle kaldığım 211 numaralı oda çok havasız sigara kokuyordu. Nevresimler havlular alerjik biri olduğum için sabah kadar sigara kokusundan havasızlıktan uyuyamadım. Bu güne kadar kaldığım Diğer odalarınızda olan kahve makinası yoktu. Bırakılan tekli kahvelerde kullanılmış çöpü oraya bırakılmıştı. Odanın kliması yetersiz. Duş başlığı kırık duş alırken her yer ıslanıyor. Yerde halı yok yani sanki öyle boş bir alan vardı bi yatak atılmış siz burda kalın der gibi. Dün akşam 8 saatlik yoldan gelmiş olduğumuzdan dolayı uğraşmak istemedim. Ama ne kaldığımdan ne uyuduğumdan asla bir şey anlamadım

Odalar tertemiz, personel çok ilgiliydi herşeyi ile çok beğendik düzenli gideceğimiz bir yer olacak.

Otelin konumu temizliği çalışanların davranışı çok güzel keyifli bir otel deneyimi yaşadık kahvaltıya inme şansımız olmadı onun hakkında yorum yapamayacağım ama otelde ve odada memnun olmadığımız hiç bir durum olmadı

Odalar buyuk ve cok konforlu, calisanlar son derece kibardi ozellikle resepsiyonist arkadas cok tatli ve ilgiliydi.

Stuff are so friendly and professional and easy check in though it was at 23:00.there is available free parking. The room decoration has its own taste and spacious, with welcome plate of fruits is a very friendly and nice approach. Location is great and breakfast was very nice. Definitely I would re-book again their during my visit to Tuzla-Istanbul.

My Room had some issues with Wifi but my colleague in other room said the wi fi is working very well. I believe if I mentioned this to stuff, they would provide a solution but considering that my stay was for 1 night, I don't call it an issue as it didn't stop me enjoying my stay.

Very spacious rooms and period chateaux features

There is a lot of fabric cladding on the walls and heavy curtains and upholstered furniture. This is lovely and relaxing but at some point before my stay, someone had smoked in the room or the fabrics needed freshening. Stale smell. But it didn’t really affect the pleasantry
