It was very clean, very comfortable beds and pillows, impeccable bed sheets and towels, we arrived a few minutes before midnight and they had staff to check us in until 2am, breakfast was nice, plenty of choices, really nice coffee, very close to motorway, very quiet place. There was a mini fridge that was cooling very well, which was very helpful. Very nice staff! There’s also a petrol station right next to the property, which is really handy. We noticed that there’s a pizzeria on the ground floor of the property, which we didn’t go to.
Nothing in particular. Maybe just the furniture in the room, that looked quite old, kind of the 60s-70s style, but that wasn’t a problem as it was very clean!

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Nous étions déjà venus il y a quatre ans et nous en avions gardé un très bon souvenir. Rien n’a changé, très bon accueil, personnel aimable et toujours à votre écoute. Chambre confortable, propre, et calme. Emplacement sur les hauteurs d’Aoste dans une agréable bourgade, bon petit déjeuner avec tout ce qu’il faut. Si vous devez faire une halte dans ce magnifique val d’Aoste ou plus n’hésitez pas à choisir cet hôtel qui possède une vraie personnalité.
Je ne vois rien de particulier.

Manche Sachen im Hotel können sicherlich mal modernisiert werden, es ist aber nichts gravierend negatives dabei.

When I arrived, I was told that the Jacuzzi did not work in the spa and that the restaurant was also closed. I was booked into a restaurant up the road. The only place to eat was in the garden and I got eaten alive by mosquitoes. So all in all very disappointed.

Frigo bar ottimo in stanza e con due acque sempre nuove ogni mattina e anche insonorizzazione.. doccia comoda e non scivolosa e con acqua regolata giusta. Comodo il parcheggio e ottimi i ristoranti sia sotto hotel che nei dintorni ! Purtroppo non abbiamo provato le Jacuzzi che era in manutenzione e nemmeno il cento benessere ma sicuramente era tenuto ottimamente.. Insomma consigliatissimo ! Un plauso speciale a Veronica che ci ha fatto sentire a casa. .
Suggerirei di mettere i dispenser in doccia e non le bustine.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Hôtel très agréable, bonne literie, cadre magnifique , personnel au top et très disponible, un grand plus d’être un peu à l’extérieur d’Aoste en période estivale (belles balades dans les montagnes autour de l’hôtel) . Le petit déjeuner est simple, bon et de qualité. Cappuccino ou café sont servis à table. Le rapport qualité /prix est bon. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter et nous utiliserons le spa en période plus fraîche . Merci à tous .

In de ochtend al veel verkeer op de baan.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Breakfast was good; the spa is gorgeous, the location is fantastic with amazing local restaurants down the road. The staff were friendly. The rooms were a little outdated but charming because of this: it's a rural Italian hotel and this didn't affect our experience.
The coffee :-) But perhaps we are spoiled in Italy with the quality of the coffee! Everything was great (see above for the rooms but they were clean and quiet)

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, das Zimmer entsprach der Beschreibung und unseren Erwartungen. Alles war sauber und die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei. Ein reichhaltiges Frühstück und das vorab bestellte glutenfreie Brot waren die Grundlage für einen guten Start in den Tag. Check-In und Check-Out waren völlig problemlos. Der Parkplatz auf der gegen über liegenden Straßenseite hatte reichlich Platz. Zum Ein- und Ausladen des Gepäcks war ein separater Parkplatz direkt am Hotel vorhanden und somit sehr hilfreich.
Die Pizzeria nebenan war zwar etwas rustikal, aber als Alternative für das im Hotel fehlende Restaurant durchaus geeignet.

En ce qui me concerne, le lit n’était pas au top et, en réservant via Booking, pour un hôtel Jardin & Spa, il aurait été judicieux de préciser que le Spa n’est pas inclus, sauf une fois la réservation confirmée.

Dans la chambre un grand lit une salle de bains avec WC lavabo douché et bidet, une télévision 📺 un bureau et un frigo. Le petit déjeuner le matin très bon et copieux en sucré et salé. Une bonne adresse. Possibilitéderéserverpourle spa, massageect.... Je reviendrai avec plaisir.
Qu'une nuit, de passage pour descendre dans le sud de l'Italie.

Erg klein voor een driepersoonskamer. Er was bijvoorbeeld maar 1 stoel; de andere twee personen moesten op het bed zitten. Geen balkon.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Schönes Hotel mit sehr schönem Garten, ausreichend Parkplätze. Zimmer war großzügig, sauber und schön. Dusche etwas eng, aber ok. Frühstück war italienisch und ausreichend. Kaffee gab es ohne Aufpreis so viel man wollte. Die Säfte leider nur Zuckerwasser. Restaurant Tipps waren alle gut und Reservierungen wurden vom freundlichen Hotelpersonal vorgenommen. Pizzeria im Haus war ok, Restaurant Talon gut, freundlicher Service und im Freien. Unsere Favoriten waren La Reina, Agricola, sehr, sehr gutes regionales Essen, Zutaten aus eigenem Hof, wir hatten ein 5 Gänge Menü, leider kann man nicht im Freien sitzen, Trattoria Genzianella ist auf Fisch spezialisiert, war sehr, sehr lecker, freundliches und sehr aufmerksames Personal im großen Garten mit vielen Bäumen und Büschen.
Es gab nichts auszusetzen.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Saubere und geräumige Zimmer mit moderner Ausstattung. Wasserkocher war auf dem Zimmer und das Badezimmer bot ausreichend Ablageflächen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Abgerundet wurde der überaus positive Eindruck vom reichhaltigen und schmackhaften Frühstücks Buffet.

Chambre relativement exigüe. Adresse nous faisant penser que c'était à Aoste et Pollein a été un peu plus difficile à trouver notre GPS n'étant pas à jour de toutes les rocades. A NOTER QUE J'AI FAIT L'OBJET D'UNE TENTATIVE D'HARPONNAGE EMANANT SOI-DISANT DE L'HOTEL POUR DEMANDER UNE EMPREINTE DE CARTE BANCAIRE.
