Reviewed Sep 5, 2026This is a family owned hotel. The owners are so friendly. The breakfast is good and you can overlook the sea while you eat.The photos are our view from breakfast. So enjoyable to watch paddle boarders and sailboats go by while eating your breakfast. Lovely.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Superb location, just next to an incredibly quiet and ample beach and a few blocks away from restaurants, train station, supermarkets and other services. The hotel is fantastic value for money, simple rooms, no frills but very comfortable. The staff is kind and attentive, there are pretty basic services (cleaning, breakfast), a good size pool with loungers, ample parking and great AC in the rooms.
The rooms are on the smaller side, the breakfast could offer maybe some avocado, cream cheese and scrambled eggs.

The breakfast was very limited. Although there was no direct access to the beach from hotel, it was very close to reach the beach. The only issue was the train rail just next to the hotel and trains passing by every hour os so, but not a big deal.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Everything I needed was available. Sea front nice room that was kept tidy and clean by the staff. Bed was comfortable and the pool was a nice option when the tides were hight. The beach was very close and the walk to the town was short as well. There are lots of spaces nearby near the sea for morning exercise and run.
I think equipping the room with an electric kettle and add extra english tv channels would be a nice addition. Though if you don't want to take the hotel breakfast, there is a cafe one minute away that opens at 8 am.

Zugstrecke direkt vor dem Hotel. Die Fenster sind zum Glück gut isoliert, so dass es kaum stört.

El hotel tiene años y a pesar de que las habitaciones y buena parte del hotel están renovados se notan los años, no obstante todo está en perfecto estado de uso y funcionamiento, bien mantenido, limpio y operativo. Está frente al mar y es una gran ventaja para los amantes del mar.
El desayuno podría mejorar, no es que fuera malo ni mucho menos pero para muchos usuarios un buen desayuno, variado y completo es un plus de agradecer. Creo que algunos cambios sencillos mejorarían mucho el desayuno sin demasiada complicación; es un hotel pequeño y creo que es un detalle que conviene mimar. Algunos pequeños detalles podrían mejorar pero en general el equilibrio entre lo que cuesta y lo que ofrece está muy bien.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Le camere del Rocatel sono pulite, moderne, spaziose e dotate di aria condizionata. Le 2 camere in cui ho soggiornato erano fronte mare e dotate di uno spazio esterno. L'hotel è MODERNO nel suo complesso, dotato di parcheggio gratuito e di una piscina grande per rilassarsi qualora non si volesse star sulla spiaggia a pochi passi dalla struttura. Centro di Canet de Mar a circa 10 minuti a piedi. Luogo tranquillo per vacanza da famiglia. Il proprietario, persona gentile e disponibile parla anche l'italiano. Soggiorno top.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The outdoor parking was also convenient, and the gate was closed at night, which made us feel that our car was secure. The room was comfortable and had a spacious balcony, which was a nice add-on. The location was great because it is right by the beach (except for the point below), but the hotel also has a large swimming pool that we enjoyed too.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was a little disappointing. We found a trail of ants coming from the floor, and the entire floor was covered in sand, as though someone had come straight from the beach and spread it throughout the room (the bathroom facilities and all were clean). Also, the railway line separates the hotel from the beach. Although the hotel is technically right next to the sea, the passing trains can be a little annoying, particularly given the price of the stay. In terms of value for money, the cleanliness issues and the noise from the railway line made the experience less satisfying than expected.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Die Hotel liegt sehr nah am Strand und unser Zimmer bot einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstück absolut in Ordnung und alles war sauber. Private Parkplätze waren ausreichend vorhanden. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Die Bahnstrecke führt unmittelbar am Hotel vorbei. Wenn jemand einen leichten Schlaf hat oder sich durch die Züge gestört fühlt, dann ist dieses Hotel eher die falsche Wahl.

La verdad que la habitación estaba muy bien y las vistas geniales. Hotel muy tranquilo. La piscina era grande y mucha tranquilidad.
El desayuno estaba bueno pero tal vez poca variedad. Pero tampoco es algo que considere malo, solo un pequeño comentario.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Świetna lokalizacja. Klimat jaki tworzą ludzie w tym miejscu. Na pewno tam wrócimy. Pan z nocnej zmiany to najmilsza osoba jaką spotkaliśmy podczas tegorocznych wakacji. Aż postanowiłem nauczyć się hiszpańskiego żeby móc za rok z nim podyskutować :) Dużo zdrowia dla całego przemiłego zespołu.
Śniadania mogły by być troszeczkę bardziej urozmaicone.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Très bon accueil. Emplacement pratique. La plage et le centre historique sont accessibles à pied. Établissement bien équipé, doté d’une piscine et d’un parking privé.
La voie ferrée entre l’hôtel et la plage nuit un peu à la vue sur la mer mais ne produit pas vraiment de nuisances sonores.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Velmi klidné městečko pro opravdu oddychovou dovolenou, velmi příjemný hotel rodinného typu, milý, přátelský personál. Nádherný pohled na moře a pláž z balkonu, pláž poloprázdná!, čistá, udržovaná, pár kroků od hotelu. Bazén působil také shora také krásně, ale nevyužili jsme ho, dali jsem přednost moři. V blízkosti vlakový spoj do Barcelony na velmi lidové jízdné.
Na snídani jsme byli jen jednou, byla dost jednoduchá, což by ani nevadilo, ale neměli alternativní bezlaktózové mléko, což je pro mě docela zásadní, tak jsme pak snídani řešili jinak.

Het ontbijt viel flink tegen (oud fruit, weinig vers). Airco op kamer leek niet te werken.

Les chambres étaient très petite avec un petit frigidaire qui ne refroidit pas beaucoup. La climatisation n’était pas très efficace dans ce petit espace pour deux.

The only thing worth mentioning is that the train that passed in front of the hotel could not be heard with the door closed, so it was not a problem for us. And one more things Canet de Mar is a small town with very little nightlife and a tiny town center. However, for our stay, that was exactly what we were looking for.

l'habitació un pèl petita. Està una mica apartat del centre del poble.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Merci pour cet accueil chaleureux et compréhensif. L’hôtel est au bord de la plage, le parking gratuit de l’hôtel est un plus non négligeable. La piscine est superbe bien équipée.
Petit bémol sur l’insonorisation, nos voisins du haut nous ont vraiment dérangées malgré l’intervention de notre hôtelier.

Kreeg een kamer met uitzicht op de parkeerplaats in plaats van de zee. De kamer was te klein: nergens kun je zitten ( behalve op de te warme balkon met uitzicht op parkeerplaats)
