Burza Hotel Yogyakarta

Saya suka kamarnya wangi, bersih, rapi. Semoga ada kesempatan nginep disini lagi

The property is located well with cafes, restaurants and different food options for all. Good suggestion is Black Forest cafe. The staff were friendly and nice meeting all ours needs. In regards to the room, the beds are comfy and provide 2 pillows. The bed linen was clean too.

The photos of the rooms appears outdated. The room we stayed seems it requires some maintenance and more cleaning. After checking in there was dust and dirt on the bed side tables and places to store clothes. The bathroom and toilet seem to have a build up of mold and again photos don’t represent the reality. We found there was an abundance of cockroaches that were mainly in the bathroom but would come into the room. These were all sizes which after some googling suggests they’re breeding in the building. It was a daily task to remove them. For the price, I would expect more.

design hotelnya bagus semua bagus bersih juga

sepray bantalnya sepertinya tidak pernah diganti agak bau keringat

1. Staf ramah, petugas parkir responsif 2. Kolam renang disukai anak² dan bersih, hanya kamar gantinya kurang

Sudah cukup

easy check in and good service

staff nya ramah, tempatnya nyaman, dan bikin betah

suasana yang sejuk bernuansa tradisional jawa yang seperti pendopo

mantap pelayanannya, breakfast enak banyak macam2, kolam renang teduh dan nyaman, ramah semua petugasnya josss,,,

Ada kolam renang disini, sejuk ga panas. Makanan enak banyak macam macam. Para staf ramah semua. Top Markotop Burza Jogja🔥

Pegawai ramah. Good!

Near where I want for my occasion that day

The first room they put me in the air cond wasn't working, after a while the technician worked on it, it doesn't succeed, so I have to move to the different room, after I unpack my belonging. Enoying.

Love the ambience and surrounding. Simple but clean

Alles okay

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I highly recommend it!

The location

The filthy towels and bedsheets

I would like to recommend the hotel, the staff were friendly, the property itself has a local style which is something I was looking for, they also accommodated my needs specially when I want to transfer to another room, the breakfast was good and based in the local cuisine. The rooms were pretty spacious and clean, the internet connection was estable. Well done!

Probably the ants in the second room but nothing more to highlight here.

Since the floor made from old styles ceramic, should be extra cleaning with proper chemicals

the vibes of hotel area is very authentic and traditional

Clean rooms, affordable price, friendly staff, location was also really good.

Nothing.

nice swimming pool and varied breakfast menu👍🏻👏🏻

Strategic location, nice interior

Staff always said i don’t know when we are asking something and this is not polite in hospitality industry

Th breakfast has many choices and the hotel area is quiet.

Nice room & the staff are very humble👌 recommended

Common areas were nice and up to expectations: restaurant, reception, swimming pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were fluent in English. The buffet breakfast was nice, even though food was not warm enough.

The 2 rooms were tired: it looks like the pictures on Booking.com were taken 10 years ago, but in the meantime the hotel aged! Rooms and bathrooms were not clean enough. Location: long 30min walk in unpleasant areas to reach the city landmarks.

• Friendly warm and helpful staffs • Value art and culture • Small art gallery at the behind • Cut fruit buffet • Lobby area is very artistic • Big area of parking lot • Greenery area • Pool bed for reading, resting and sunbathing

• No specific designated smoking area that doesn't protect the non smoker guests as the smoke can travel anywhere easily :( • Gloomy unit room :( • Low maintenance and cleanliness. Dirty mouldy bathroom and rroom floor :( • Mostly carb food on their wide spread buffet, bland, high carb of sauce for the salad (no olive oil, lemon, honey sauce) :(

Nice hotel n the staff are very helpful.

I love the food in the cafe. The food is delicious, spicy and affordable. It just takes a long time to serve it but the taste is good.u should try if U come here.ooo btw the customer service is faster and has water in front to drink.

Don't have a fridge in the room.

Location nearest masjid..I can hear Adzan..but unfortunately m not done go to sholat at Masjid, my schedule really packed.

As above..near Masjid...not busy road.

Good

Good

I really enjoy staying at Burza Hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive towards guests. The room is cozy and pretty clean. Most importantly the ac is very cold just the way I like it.

What a rip off. This hotel operates on the same model that you'll find in a couple of places in the area: bait people in with moderately priced rooms and the ostensible promise of quality ...then under-deliver with customer service and absolutely gauge customers in every conceivable way to make money. It's a hotel that wants to host your convention and sell a lot of breakfasts, basically. The staff are unhelpful, the wifi is slower than you'll find at your neighborhood guest house and nothing on the premises is worth the price WRT what you can find if you walk a block away. It's...well, I'd used the word "disgusting" to describe how much they try to take advantage of their tourist population. I'll give you one example: I dropped off laundry (3 t shirts, 1 pair shorts, 2 pairs boxers)...the price? $15. FIF. TEEN. DOLLARS. Just try and wrap your mind around that...and apply that same level of insulting gauging to every conceivable service or interaction here, particularly the things you'd get for a smile anywhere else (replacement room keys, help making phone calls, a cup of coffee...) Just stay anywhere else.
