Regal Beach Club

We stayed here the third week of August, which is considered slow season on the island. The complex was quiet, with just a few other guests around besides our group. The 3-bedroom apartment was spacious and well equipped, especially the kitchen, we did plenty of cooking to save on dining out. Having a washer and dryer on site was also a big plus. The location is very convenient, with restaurants, a liquor store, and shops within walking distance. We also discovered a nearby pathway that leads to Camana Bay. Transportation was easy, taxis knew the place right away, and buses were accessible from the main street. That said, this is a condo complex, not a resort. Don’t expect a tiki bar, organized activities, or much of a social scene. While the residents were fine, I did sometimes feel like we were blending more into a residential setting than a vacation one. Whether that’s a positive or negative really depends on what kind of experience you’re looking for.

Honestly no complaints. Cayman government really needs to invest in strengthening up the beach and shoreline. Only had about 30 foot like beach at property with about 10ft until you hit water. Area is very busy during the day, crazy traffic. If you are considering this place, I would also suggest you look at Rum Pointe, when we visited, it was much quieter and more lowkey.

Stayed in 2 bdrm, 2bth unit with our 2 teenage boys. Great location. Clean, quiet with very well maintained grounds, amd all necessities needed for a week vacation in unit. Excellent communication with property manager on any questions asked. Even though beach eroded, due to uncontrollable mother nature, actually really enjoyed walking right out of beach to chair loungers! Walking distance to camana bay center. Highly recommend

Great place to stay

My family of 4 stayed at Regal Beach Club for a full week. The condo was clean, comfortable, conveniently located in 7MB. Our adult kids enjoyed the pool and beach, even if it was a bit small (Mother Nature). You can go to other public beaches if you want more beachfront, but you will also deal with more people. We found our area of 7MB to be quiet, uncrowded, and the relaxing getaway we wanted. I really appreciated the starter supplies of toiletries, laundry detergent, tissues/TP/paper towels, trash bags, etc. The kitchen appliances and condo furnishings were very good quality. I wish the pot and pan handles were a little better (some were loose) and the mattresses a bit more firm, but other than that, I found RBC to be a great place to stay. Amy in the office was a great ambassador for the property and island activities, providing us with suggestions, helpful tips, and a map with hand-drawn notes to help us navigate our way. She is definitely one of the many reasons we recommend RBC and hope to return soon!

This was the second time we stayed here and we love its location. The beach is a little smaller there but we like being in a larger condo. Management are very friendly.

This property was well kept, clean, and stocked with all of the necessities for travelers. The AC worked the best we’ve ever had and could keep up with high humidity and heat. We would definitely stay here again.

Can’t wait to go back.

Quiet complex with private pools and private white sand beach. Fully furnished with everything we needed (even bags of ice and a cooler!). My family loved it and I would come back.

Quiet and friendly staff

We were pleasantly surprised with the property. We were worried there wouldn’t be any beach but we had the best beach in our area. We went up to the public beach and found the regal beach to be cleaner (but smaller) never had to wait for a beach chair and kids enjoyed jumping between the beach and the pool. Great food, all within walking distance. We will be returning for sure!

We were assigned our own resort concierge/liaison. He was extremely helpful and thoughtful and so to our every need with a great attitude! Would highly recommend!

Great location!

Amy was outstanding!!!! Great communication and a personal touch provided. She even went out of her way to bring us something we forgot in the room to us at the airport. Went way above and beyond!! Room was decent, a little dated in some ways, older appliances, shower head was horrible, but overall very pleased!!

We were very pleasantly surprised with how much we loved this property!! My husband and I stayed in February and it was wonderful! There is a small beach, which was plenty and not crowded at all. We walked in the water and on the shoreline down Seven Mile Beach and we felt super spoiled because the further north we went, the more crowded it was. I preferred our resort to the others. The sunsets were gorgeous from the property, and food and icecream was within walking distance. Our condo was clean and felt upscale. I was SO HAPPY that they gave us ice in the freezer and that the pots and pans were of good quality. The condo felt bigger than the photos. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We could not speak more highly of our stay at the Regal Beach Club. We loved Amy who managed the rental. She is one of the kindest and pretty darn cool people we have met! She gave us the best recommendations for our stay and we are so happy we followed them! The grounds are pristine and well manicured. They have the sweetest security guys who even offered to help with luggage when we arrived. While they unfortunately don’t have tons of beach left, we didn’t mind one bit- they have a great pool and have a handful of chairs they take to the sand each morning. We rented a car and drove around the island; our unit had beach chairs which was awesome to visit the beaches. All around fantastic location. 5 Stars :)

The peace and tranquility. And excellent staff and management team, we arrived early and was instantly in a room. Service for our needs was quickly accomplished. Highly recommend and will be back sooooooon!!!!!

Fantastic location! Easily walkable to Camana Bay and a number of local restaurants. The pool was a good size, and the daily house keeping (except Sunday) was greatly appreciated. The only downside is that the beach is a little small right in front of the property, but we had very nice sandy beach each day we were there (March 2025). Beautiful sunset views, and some snorkeling right off the beach in front of the property

The beach is great even though (and perhaps because) it only spans a few properties before you need to detour up the road. Don’t let that stop you from enjoying this delightful resort.

Individual condo units. Clean, modern, comfortable. Some ocean view Nice pool. Parking OK. Good restaurants around. Disadvantages: 3 story walk-up. Currently not much beach (due to huricane.) Much better beach farther north on 7 mile beach. Walking on the beach here involves some wading.

The unit we stay in needs to be updated. The towels felt like sandpaper. They also need to do a bett job of cleaning the unit. We have stay on the property before and the unit we were in was wonderful.

Regal Beach Club is one of the best vacation rentals in Cayman island. Beach front, great accommodations, excellent location and the best customer care. Amy was superb! Making sure everything was taking care of, daily comunications to check our stay was pleasant. We already book for next year!!

A nice apartment with everything you need, central to most things though note that its no longer on 7 Mile Beach stretch you have to go onto the road to get to the main section which was no issue. Plenty of parking, friendly staff.

For our family of five the location was great. We love the ribs at Peppers which is directly across the street. It’s a great boutique condominium. This is our second trip. The first was in March 2024, and now again in January 2025.

We liked the condo, it was large enough and clean. Staff was friendly, location was walking distance to local restaurants. Also red sail sports is next door at the Marriott. Easy parking for car that we used to visit a few snorkel spots on the island.

Condo was nice and clean. Has on sight security guard area is quiet and always feel safe. Property management responded in a timely manner if i had questions about my stay.

Great apartment and location. Note that there is no beach at all at present but this was not an issue as we were visiting family and were aware of the situation at this part of Seven Mile Beach

This was a last minute booking due to hurricane milton. This place was great. They accommodated an early check in. Check in was easy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of towels. Very sweet security guard on the property. Would stay again.

Beautiful and well stocked accommodations. Easily access the beach. Short walk from many dining options. Amy our host was very helpful with tips about the Caymans. We were fortunate in that our host was able to accommodate an early check in especially after a red eye flight. Kitchen had everything needed to make a meal. Plenty of towels, washer and dryer a big plus. Went home with clean clothes. Fantastic trip!!!!!!

Great place to rent. Great customer service. Only downside people may find is the lack of beach front. Personally it didn’t bother us. Had a blast snorkeling out front

We had a good time on vacation in grand cayman. We stayed here with our two grown daughters and the place was clean and sufficiently ample. Also the condo was well stocked with paper products and linens and the drinking water from the fridge was great! They had loaned us beach chairs and pool noodles which we were glad for. Good communication prior to arrival. We were a little disappointed to find that the beach is no longer existent at all. However we could still enjoy the ocean and view from the pool deck- without getting sandy! We enjoyed chatting with Clyde the security guy. We felt safe and the stay was a good value. I was glad we had rented a car so we could get around easily. We enjoyed governors beach, and a great excursion to see the stingrays and starfish.

There is no beach at the property, but you can still snorkel. The units and pool were clean and nice. The gym is extremely small and the one treadmill there was not working. I told the repair man several days in a row but it was never fixed. But, overall it was a very nice property. Rent a car so you can drive to the public beach.

Beautiful property, spacious well appointed units in a good location.

The property was great! My bed was a rock and the condo didn’t supply beach chairs. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and the view was gorgeous. I also loved the proximity to the Marriott. Food was great there and a cute little waterfront beach bar.

Everything about Regal Beach Club exceeded expectations. The unit had everything we needed. The staff was all so welcoming and Amy was wonderful. We will certainly be back. It was well located with plenty of options for shopping, dining and recreation. The only advice I have -the gym is small and we didn’t find any tennis rackets -so bring your own. There was a great gym nearby that sold week passes. We also had trouble finding a good place to run but eventually found Camana Bay Area with good running. Fantastic place to stay. Thank you Amy!

Great for families. Felt secure even though you don’t have to worry when you’re in the Caymans, but this property does have security walking around to make sure everything is OK. We are looking forward to our next stay.

Wonderful stay, I wouldn’t change anything!

Clive our security guard was the best! Amy the property manager was extremely helpful and even called a cab for us. The unit did lack extra blankets which would have been nice. Overall great resort!

Beautiful property and very accommodating staff - a perfect stay

The people on the property were very nice, However, there really is no beach. And there isn't a way to access the rest of Seven Mile Beach from the condo beach area. You need to go out on the sidewalk and walk or drive to another beach. We paid a cab to take us and our chairs to Governor's Beach. The next day, we paid a cab and rented a cabana at the Westin. Added expenses we didn't expect to have to pay.

This was a fantastic place to stay. We booked it last minute and were very happy with the property.

This was our second year staying in the same unit and was excellent again. The condo is spacious and clean and the screen porch is so nice. The beds are very comfortable. Unfortunately there is no more space on the beach for lounge chairs but sitting by the pool was fine. Great location for watching amazing sunsets. Will come back again

Comfortable and easy for the family. Nice pool. Close to amenities. 2nd time on property. Beach isn’t what it used to be but there’s no way to harness Mother Nature. We had fun, service team was responsive and helpful. We ate in a number of times and supplies and appliances were more than enough.

Great spot on a great island! They have lost most of their beach but there is still quite a bit next door that we were able to use!

Perfect place to stay with a family. Our kids has their own bedroom and bathroom. The place was very spacious and well equipped. Very good location. Easy to park our rental car. I would definitely come back here.

The place is great. Unit had all amenities, even a garlic press! The one day we requested maid service, all was good. Grounds well maintained. Wish there was more of a beach, but we can blame climate change for that. Place was great.

Our property manager, Amy, was excellent! She made sure that we had everything we needed from dishwashing packs to clothes detergent packs to extra beach /bath towels. She was very responsive via communication via texts and WhatsApp. The condo was very nice and spacious and we were able to make our meals and has everything we needed as for pots and pans. We brought our own spices and seasoning for cooking. We would come back!

The location in the heart of Seven Mile Beach was ideal.

The location of the property was great. We had lots of dining options within walking distance. The cleanliness was impeccable and the cleaning crews even came daily during our stay to tidy up. I haven’t seen this since covid stopped that. The pools and pool areas were nice. All the units have sweeping ocean views and balconies from which to enjoy them from. The hotel next door has a bar that you can easily get to and dining options as well. Not of any fault to the property but there is very little beach at this time (3/2023). It seems the beach in this spot is eroding away. That was the only disappointment but again, not the fault of the property.

Well maintained and conveniently situated. Beach erosion was significant. This was not communicated by the management in advance of our stay. The actual remaining beach area is reduced to allow one row of beach chairs. Check before booking if you are looking for a beach vacation that a beach remains. This is true of many Cayman properties including the Marriott next door. The pools were great. There is a jacuzzi but it is not heated. Safe. Clean. Quiet.

Great, clean, well-kept place with a decent beach for the area and fantastic swimming on 7 Mile Beach. Two nice pool areas which were never too crowded. This small complex is adjacent to the Marriott and you can nearly reach over to the Marriott beach bar and get a drink. Great dining options within a minute's walk, so unlike being at an isolated big resort, you have several great options right nearby. This was a quiet place but very family-friendly as well. Stress-free. A nice addition are the communal gas grills. Amazing sunsets.

Everything was great aside from the beach. The room was clean and had everything we needed. It has a beautiful view and The beds are extremely comfortable. One thing was the beach. There is barely any sand area and very rocky to get into the water and in the water huge rocks are everywhere.

Lovely accommodations with a terrific view of the ocean even though we were one of the furthest back. Spacious and lovely, we felt we were in a home and not a rental. And such attention to details like plenty of towels and laundry detergent supplied. The rental office was attentive and it felt very safe. Would recommend again in a heartbeat.

The condo was very nice, well equipped and clean. We could walk to some restaurants and the Marriott bar which was very convenient. The beach has been severely eroded so we ended up taking a taxi or bus down the road to the beach that is a normal sized beach.

This was perfect for our family of 5. Very spacious and adequately furnished. I don't think there's a bad view from this place. Was a bit confused with unit numbering, but it was all a breeze.

Beautiful property. We had a wonderful time!

Liked the location of the property. In walking distance to shops, food, and other beaches. The room was very clean. Check in and out was made very easy. The beach in the picture isn’t exactly what is there now it has been eroded and is less beach today. The sea was very nice, crystal clear water. A family friendly property and calmer waters here.

There is not beach in this property. These pictures is from long time ago. A lot of rocks in the coast because there is no beach. I do not recommend this property.

The location was perfect. It was an ideal stay for a vacation. I would definitely stay in this villa again if and when I return.

The resort itself is fine. Beyond their control is the beach, which unfortunately they have lost over the last five years. There is only a couple of feet left before the beach wall . You can no longer walk the beach at this point . Ten feet out is fine and snorkeling is good even here.but if you need a beach this won’t work any more. Nice large pool helps to make up for it.

This property is AMAZING! we were vacationing on a cruise and unfortunately had a medical emergency and we had to stay in Cayman Island for a few days. I am so glad we found this place, the cleanliness was far beyond my expectations inside the unit and outside on the grounds. The properties are privately owned and our property manager was Kristina, she was amazing and super friendly. We loved the fact that it was a fully equipped apartment, the area is quiet and everything is walking distance. Also, the beach is BEAUTIFUL! white soft sand crystal ocean is nice and calm on this side of the island. We will definitely be booking here next time we come back to Cayman Island. What else can i say other than we are in love with this place :) Hope this review helps!

Great location with shops and restaurants nearby. The beach was amazing!

5 stars !! From the check in process to the check out, everything was great. Prior to us getting to the property, we received a message with check instructions and the code to access the unit. The property is located very central with walking distance to bars and restaurants. Upon arrival, we were greeted by one of the cleaners who was kind enough to walk us to the unit. The apartment was very clean, and was equipped with all basics to cook, plenty of towels. The best part is the walking distance ti the beach which is breathtaking. Overall, it was a great experience. I would stay here again, and would recommend to anybody.

Our first time staying at the Regal Beach Club as we have previously stayed next door at the Marriott. And we were not disappointed - this is so much better! Kristina was friendly and helpful, communication via WhatsApp was ideal, the property was clean and well maintained and perfect for a relaxing and restful few days. We will be back!

Great location

This place was amazing, the staff was awesome and the property manager made me feel at home. Next time I go to the island I'm staying at the same place. It was intimate and quite and wonderful. Thank you Regal Beach

We loved the Regal Beach Club. Beautiful beach, spacious accommodations (even for 5 adults) and every amenity you could ever need. We especially appreciated the abundance of bath and beach towels AND the in unit washer and dryer. The location was also great...we did rent a car but were also able to dine at many restaurants that were walking distance, which was very convenient. A large grocery and liquor store were also walking distance. We would not hesitate to stay here again!!

The condo was nice, clean, and the bed was comfortable. This condo has a spectacular view of the ocean. We snorkeled at some coral about 150 yards from the condo beach and saw a sea turtle. It was an awesome time. The water was so beautiful.

It was right on the beach and so close to nearby restaurants. Next door was also a Marriott resort we were able to utilize.

Ilda the property manager is amazing!!! She greeted us upon arrival, got us settled in, and was available throughout our vacation to answer questions. The property is very clean and updated. We loved the beach and it’s a very close walk to great restaurants and the grocery store. Loved, Loved, Loved!

Everything was perfect. Ildy was helpful with checking in and out, finding our way around, being available for questions, storing golf clubs and general information. The property is in a great location. Cleaning services were exceptional. Living space had everything we needed and more. The barbeques were close by.

I loved my stay here. The property so well maintained and in a perfect location on 7 Mile Beach next to Camona Bay. The amenities were plentiful and the beachfront was stunning.
