La struttura è pulitissima, accogliente e tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. Lo staff gentilissimo, amichevole e problem solving. Faccio i complimenti allo chef per l’ottimo cibo e presentazione impeccabile. Esperienza che raccomando, soprattutto a chi avesse bisogno di una vacanza in relax.

Wir haben nicht den typischen Winter-Lappland-Urlaub, sondern starteten im Juni 2026 für 4 Nächte unseren Sommer-Lappland-Urlaub im Aurora Village Oy und es hätte kein perfekterer Start sein können. Eine wunderschöne Anlage, die sich in die finnischen Wälder perfekt einfügt und die gemütlich eingerichteten Hütten waren genau richtig um während der Mittsommerzeit, die besondere Atmosphäre nördlich des Polarkreises zu genießen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war wirklich gut. Die Köchin begrüßte uns jeden Morgen persönlich, um zu erfragen welche warmen Köstlichkeiten sie für uns zubereiten könnte. Aurora Village stellt kostenlos Fahrräder für sein Gäste zur Verfügung und auch tolle E-Fatbikes zur Miete standen bereit. Wir hatten eine tolle, friedvolle Zeit in der Natur und können wirklich nur sagen, dass wir rundum zufrieden waren. Wir werden die Anlage in den nächsten Jahren auf alle Fälle zur Nordlichtzeit im Winter besuchen. Vielen Dank an das Team.

Otel olanakları dışarıdan gelen ve konaklayan kişilere aynı ücret. En azından konaklayanlara indirimli yapılabilir diye düşünüyorum.

La habitación es muy moderna, cómoda y perfecta para ver las auroras. Me gustó que tuviera techo de cristal también la cama para mis hijos. Mi habitación estaba prácticamente dentro del bosque. Pudimos ver las auroras desde la cama. El suelo estaba calefactado. Tenía microondas y nevera. La máquina de café estupenda, con café e infusiones. El baño muy bien, salía agua caliente muy rápido. La sauna con jacuzzi estupenda. La cena de 10. Me gustó que no es buffet. El personal muy amable. Que tengan los renos en medio del recinto es conveniente. Que dejen material gratis como esquís de fondo y raquetas de nieve, es un acierto. Hay caminos muy agradables de recorrer

Que tuvieran la nieve sucia amontonada en los laterales del camino que lleva a las habitaciones. Hace que las vistas desde la ventana de la habitación sean feas. Que dejen entrar vehículos particulares hasta las habitaciones, porque estropea el camino y lo embarran. Deberían llevar el equipaje ellos mismos con trineos como hemos visto en otros alojamientos, esto haría que el camino se conservara mejor y más bonito. Tenían cables enormes y restos de obras a la vista, en frente de la habitación. Esto hace que pierda “encanto” La cocinita estaba bien, pero no había ni cubiertos ni platos… nosotros quisimos comer un día en la habitación… nos apañamos, pero faltaba menaje.

Minden nagyon pontosan, szervezetten zajlott. Mindenki rendkívül segítőkészen kezelt, a lehető leghamarabb reagáltak minden kérdésre, kérésre. Nagyon figyelmesek és tényleg úgy érzi a vendég, hogy fontos az ott tartózkodása.

Das Personal war zu jeder Zeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es wurde versucht, alle Wünsche der Gäste zu erfüllen. Zusätzlich konnte man sich informieren lassen, ob die Nordlichter sichtbar sind. Die Ausstattung der Häuser war sehr ansprechend. Die Natur um das Aurora Village herum ist wunderschön. Um sie auch im Winter zu erkunden, werden Schneeschuhe zur Verfügung gestellt.

L'ambiance générale était très chouette , la formule avec le diner est super, nous avons très bien mangé. La chambre vitrée avec les aurores boréales mérite le détour. Le personnel très sympathique.

Pas de ménage organisé dans les chambres pendant le séjour. La qualité de la chambre standard n'est pas incroyable, pas très soignée en déco. Les activités touristiques très chères et sans trop d'intérêts, j'ai payé 75 € environ pour une balade de 2 min en Renne... bref cela a fait plaisir à mon fils de 8 ans, mais je ne recommande pas pour des adultes

Il n y a pas 2 chambres séparées comme décrit sur booking, une séparée et la « 2eme » dans la même pièce avec le salon

This is an amazing place, a true winter wonderland just outside the city. The service and staff were incredibly warm and helpful, and the food was excellent. The best part is that you can book all the activities directly with them for a complete Lapland experience.

The access to hiking trails was awesome. There is a lounge area to hangout. The sledding down the hill was cool. Quiet and away from the main town.

The beds were not comfortable. At least in the smaller cabin it wasn’t. The showers don’t heat up well and if your shower is longer the next person has to wait 30 min for it to heat up. The breakfast was not that good. For a 4 star hotel I expected a decent selection. They had only one herbal tea. What if someone can’t do caffeine? Only one tea for the rest of their stay? The staff at the front desk seem really friendly and liked their jobs. The activity staff some where not as friendly. We heard from multiple people who went on tours with them that they didn’t even offer to take a picture of them with the aurora what a shame. We were very vocal about getting our picture taken so it happened but imagine if you aren’t! They won’t even offer. Thats not okay. A young staff guy specifically just didn’t seem to care if your shoes or any gear was right for you. He would go get it with a sour look and just didn’t seem like he even wanted to be there.

Cabine agréable avec très bonne literie. Super agréable d’avoir cette tranquillité tout en ayant une vue sur le ciel et les aurores boréales. Le cadre du Resort est idéal, proche de la rivière et de la forêt pour balade en raquettes. Personnel ultra efficace et accueillant. Délicieux dîners en demi-pension. Beaucoup d’activités réservables sur place.

Malheureusement la liste est longue: Chalet à 1800€ la nuit très mal équipé, pas de chaussons (c’est payant à la réception du jamais vu), pas de kits cosmétiques à la salle de bain, pas d’eau chaude, uniquement tiède, pas de téléphone, il faut utiliser son propre téléphone pour joindre la réception qui ne répond jamais (je précise que le site de l’hôtel est très grand). Personnel à la réception peu aimable et incompétent. Impossibilité pour eux de nous réserver une activité en dehors de l’hôtel. Demi pension imposée avec un dîner composé d’une entrée, d’un plat principal et d’un dessert. Le choix pour modifier quoique ce soit est très limité. Manque de personnel au dîner, d’où deux services malgré beaucoup de tables vides: 18h et 20h. Et il est débordé malgré cela. Le premier soir de l’arrivée le service de 20h est imposé car 18h est complet, étant donné qu’il faut réserver lors du petit-déjeuner du même jour. Petit-déjeuner moyen : peu de variété de pains, service inexistant (on demande du sel/poivre, on nous répond qu’il faut le chercher sur une autre table, ça doit être qlque part..). Enfin bref, du jamais vu pour des prix pareil! C’est un hôtel industriel, usine à argent malheureusement, on s’est fait avoir à cause des influenceurs Instagram qui en font la publicité. Les prix pratiqués sont de la pure arnaque. Je ne le recommande pas du tout.

Abendessen - Portionen eher klein. Kreativität könnte grösser sein. Wenig Auswahl.

Das Resortkonzept und die Umgebung sind traumhaft. Das Angebot toll, die Mitarbeitenden alle sehr freundlich. Das Essen überragend.

Die private Sauna. Es fehlt an einer größeren für mehr Personen.

This was an absolute gem. It’s outside of town but you really don’t need to leave here if you don’t have a car because there are so many activities. It’s half board so dinner is provided each night and the food is amazing. I’ve never stayed anywhere like this before - everything was amazing. The staff were so friendly and there was a particularly lovely lady who served me at dinner- I didn’t get her name but she had long dark hair and glasses. This was a solo trip for me to avoid staying home on the anniversary of my husbands death - I can’t even start to explain how special it was. I could not have found a more beautiful place to stay. The hotel aurora app is free so every time the aurora is visible in the sky, an alert goes off on your phone. The aurora was very active when I stayed and lying in bed watching it was just something else. The cabin was cosy and the decor was so nice. Outside there was very little light pollution and it was so peaceful. My highlight was definitely watching the reindeer who live on the grounds. There is also free to borrow snowshoes and sleds in the shed behind reception. To Aurora Village management and staff: Thank you so much - whatever mixture of magic you do to make this such a welcoming and friendly place to stay, keep doing it!

The location is just breathtaking, it's a perfect place to relax and reconnect. The room was clean and big enough, the choice of activities was various.

La struttura è bellissima,facilmente raggiungibile in autonomia,ottima la colazione e la cena,personale cordiale e disponibile,sauna e spa all’altezza,camera igloo stupenda ma un po’ piccola.

Niente in particolare,la struttura vale assolutamente. A mio avviso è un po’ cara la camera igloo visto le dimensioni della stanza.

Couldn't see the Aurora lights unfortunately, if only we stayed 1 more night then we could've experienced the lights. Also, if more vegetarian food was provided then would've been good otherwise overall everything else was amazing.

The cabin on the edge of the forest was the most amazing experience. The glass “igloo” viewing of the night sky was lovely even though there were no auroras sadly. All the staff went above and beyond with service and the chefs offer vegan options on the set dinner. Best vegan meal in Finland so far!

Nothing really excited me. Everything was not as expected.

I was told we could do early check in, so I left from the hotel where I was staying till the previous day early, even though I could have kept the room till 3pm. So I arrive at 9:30 at aurora village Ivalo and they told me we got an upgraded room, which was way worse than the room I had booked (I asked for someone to show it to me and I was told nobody was available till an hour later). So I asked them for my room And I had to wait till 12. Also the next day we asked to bring our luggages to the main building as I am pregnant and it’s not easy for to carry them in the snow, and they told us we should have booked this service and that it is paid. Also, the room was way worse than expected. Old stuff inside and bathroom not nice (as expected though, I had seen that on the photos)

Our entire experience at this hotel was absolutely amazing!!! The room was beautiful ✨ The view from our room was incredible, and we were lucky enough to see the beautiful Northern Lights many times throughout the night. All of the staff were so kind and lovely — from the receptionists to the restaurant staff and housekeepers. Thank you so much to everyone 💓

We had a beautiful stay here, it’s utterly beautiful, lovely cabin and the staff were great! Included dinner and breakfast were delicious!

Some of the extras were quite expensive- eg airport transfers.

breakfast was simple, dinner was ok. staff was great. love the complimentary coffee machine in the room. free slope slides. other then that all other facilities are chargeable. Aurora is free .

3 of us stayed in a room so we need to ration the hot water so gets heated in time when the next pax shower.

Un peu froid dans les chambres surtout au niveau du lit parental et on ne peut pas régler le chauffage. Et le tarif est cher par contre: 800€ la nuit c’est excessifs !

Once in a lifetime stay at a beautiful cabin/igloo. Had everything we needed including a comfortable bed and great shower. The best part is the atmosphere walking around the cabins. Worth paying for every activity you can, especially the sauna/jacuzzi. Breakfast was delicious

初めてのガラスイグルーでの宿泊でしたが、最終日にベッドに寝ながらオーロラを見ることが出来、夢が叶った感があった。 ディナーのスタッフが特に素晴らしく、初日に頼んだ飲み物を覚えてくれ、サービスレベルの高さを感じた。

スーツケースが遅延するから空港で待つと伝えたのにスタッフがホテルまで運んで来ると言われ、迎えに来た送迎の車でホテルに向かったが一晩待ってもスーツケースは届かず、ローカルルールを初めからきちんと教えて欲しかった。

Unique, well-equipped accommodation that immerses us in an atmosphere conducive to viewing the Northern Lights. Delicate flavors and attentive staff at the restaurant. A very pleasant experience, I highly recommend it.

We stay here for two nights hope to see the Aurora and we did it. It is an unforgettable experience to stay in the cabin and watch Aurora from the room. Everything is magical!

We booked the shuttle to bus station to catch the bus to Rovaniemi and they send us to another bus station. Luckily we met someone and tell us about the new bus station. He even sent them there. I wonder how Aurora village will miss that? Anyway, all turn out well.

The location is wonderful, we saw Aurora 5/5 nights we were there and the room view is priceless. There's plenty of activities, the restaurant is amazing and I absolutely fell in love with the region and Aurora Village.

Having slippers in the room would be nice.

Una maravilla de lugar. Los cristales de las cabañas tienen calefacción y están super limpios para poder ver fuera. Pudimos ver varias auroras boreales y las estrellas. También tienen calefacción en el suelo y puedes caminar descalzo o ducharte calentito. La comida está rica y con variedad y el lugar es super bonito y acogedor

El calentador no funcionó 21 grados no es caliente para alguien y menos si afuera está en -20, no explican bien cómo usar el sauna y turco deberían considerar hacer un tipo de techo o puerta trasera para la conexión entre los dos

Klimaanlage ging Nachts immer wieder aus, sodass man gefroren hat.

Os quartos 2 e 3 onde fiquei estavam de frente para o restaurante, isso era bom pq não pegamos muito frio para as refeições mas a iluminação e a quantidade de árvores atrapalhavam ver a autora do quarto. Assim como as luzes de veículos que entravam. De fato o banheiro alaga, e muito ruim. Eu tinha solicitado um iglo novo pq nestes a informação era que não apagava, mas não fui atendidas no meu pedido

Falta de limpeza do quarto quando solicitado, atendimento no restaurante. Inclusive a máquina de café estava quebrada e assim ficou por 2 dias.

Being away from town and in nature. The cabins were comfortable but the big plus for us was seeing the Northern lights from the comfort of our bed! We were lucky and saw the lights all three nights we stayed. The alarm went off on our phone app and we got some great pics. Got dressed and went outside once. Pictures were practically the same as staying in bed 🙂 Staff very friendly. Special shout out to Nina - she was super friendly and gave us some good tips.

We didn’t mind ourselves but I’m sure it could be a hassle for some that have heavy luggage. You put it on a sleigh at reception and pull it yourself to your cabin. We didn’t have snow so it was a bit of a slog pulling it up the dirt road. Other than that, it was great!

Everything was perfect! The glass igloo (besides beautiful view, it was cozy, clean and comfortable), the location (in the middle of the forest, by the river), activities (especially reindeer and horses), sauna, delicious food, great staff (helpful and kind), peace and quiet. I saw the Northern Lights at 2 of 3 nights! Unforgettable time!
