Great location! So close to the high speed railway station, which was extremely convenient for us.

L'hotel si presenta come una struttura di grandi dimensioni con un'area reception dal taglio business, curata e ben organizzata. Il personale di front desk si è dimostrato cordiale e particolarmente disponibile: su nostra richiesta, si sono adoperati per organizzarci un autista privato per l'intera giornata, un servizio che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Per quanto riguarda la suite, al momento dell'ingresso si percepiva un lieve odore di fumo, nonostante la camera fosse classificata come non fumatori. Dopo aver arieggiato il locale, il problema si è attenuato. La moquette appariva piuttosto datata e non ispirava particolare fiducia dal punto di vista della pulizia. Anche il mobilio risultava non più di prima qualità, seppur la stanza nel suo complesso fosse ampia e funzionale. La camera e il bagno erano comunque puliti e in ordine generale. Sul fronte del bagno, si segnalano due criticità: la porta presentava un problema di chiusura e il supporto del telefono doccia era instabile, rendendo la doccia poco agevole. Si tratta di interventi di manutenzione ordinaria che sarebbe opportuno affrontare tempestivamente. L'aspetto più spiacevole dell'esperienza, che mi trovo costretto a segnalare nell'interesse degli altri ospiti, è stato il ritrovamento di uno scarafaggio proveniente dallo scarico del bagno, comparso in serata nel lavandino. Comprendo che la gestione della fauna infestante possa rappresentare una sfida in strutture di questa tipologia, tuttavia l'episodio ha inciso negativamente sulla qualità complessiva del soggiorno. Sarebbe auspicabile un intervento di disinfestazione periodica più accurato

Una ulteriore richiesta di pagamento per la seconda notte non l' ho compresa. L'ammontare inizialmente pagato infatti corrispondeva esattamente al costo previsto da booking.com. si tratta dell'equivalente di 5 euro, probabilmente qualche tassa ma non mi è capitato mai negli altri alberghi in Cina. Lo segnalo per opportuna conoscenza.

Um pouco de cheiro de cigarro, mesmo no setor para não fumantes, incomodou um pouco, mas não a ponto de estragar o conforto.

Very nice properly. Receptionist Ms Jenny was amazing; she helped me a lot. I had only debit card and cash with me and no Ali Pay to get the drink from vending machine. Ms Jenny paid from her Ali Pay and helped me a lot. All front desk staff, rooms conditions very nice. Very nice service. Must recommended.

الفندق رائع سعر مناسب جدا.. يوجد مطعم قريب صيني مسلم نظيف جدا قريب من الفندق... يبعد عن المطار الفندق حوالي ساعه وقريب من المصانع خارج المدينه.. بإختصار الفندق رائع. أعجبني جدا وجود آله القهوه بالغرفه. وتوفر كهرباء ثلاثيه للشاحن بالغرفه

We stayed for three nights during a recent business trip. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the room was serviced daily. Within a 10 minute walk is a very modern mall (if thats your thing), the Zhengzhou railway station is a 2 minute walk away where you can easily access the bullet train to the airport or any other destination. For the price we paid, its a great hotel in an accessible location.

The hotel lacks a bar however the hotel next door has a great bar. The hotel would also benefit from a pool.

Pricey when compared to other cities in China.

The breakfast is generally neutral, though the soup hasn't been very well received, as observed over the past three days, it was mostly left untouched by guests. The hotel's location next to the train station offers a convenient and enjoyable travel experience, with easy access to destinations like Xi'an, Beijing, for distant travel, and many others.

The information map provided by the hotel, or more likely sourced from the tourism industry and available at the hotel reception, is overall artistic and lacks practical, informative guidance for visitors. The hotel signage is not so visible until you drive into the property, whereas the attached neighbouring Intercontinental Hotel features a large, more prominent sign that is clearly visible from a distance at the entrance frontage

The hotel is modern, close to the train station. The neighborhood is pleasent.

정조우동 기차역에서 950미터 거리에 있어서 짐이 무겁지 않으면 걸어가기 나쁘지 않은 거리였음. 전체적으로 나쁘지는 않음. 조식이나 직원들 응대 서비스도 나쁘지 않았고, 룸상태도 나쁘지 않았지만 화장실이나 샤워하는 게 살짝 비치는 불투명 유리라서 둘이 사용하기에는 조금 민망했음. 정조우 공항까지 택시로 40분 거리에 있음.

Very near to the Zhengzhou East Railway Station. 10-15 min walk to the station.. Can almost say one straight line and was an easy walk with luggages.

Breakfast provided before restaurant opening at early morning (we checked out before 6 a.m.) was poor.

The rooms were large and comfortable. Even though we arrived at 9pm and the restaurant had officially stopped serving at that time, we were offered a choice from a limited number of options so we were still able to have dinner. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the train station

Great location to fit my trip in Henan during Spring Festival 2024. The breakfast was combined with Western and Oriental foods, the staff very kind and helpful. I'll consider coming back for my next trip.

Very close to Zhengzhou East Railway Station, good price and service

This hotel is probably the best one I stayed in so far. The room is amazing, there is a fully equipped laundry room free of charge, minibar free of charge, robot that delivers takeaway to your doorstep, super nice gym and daily cleaning with attention to detail. With location just right next to Zhengzhou East train station it’s a no-brainer to stay in. Amazing, just amazing.

Great hotel,location ,breakfast not so special it had more of chinese cuisine but at least it had eggs and bread. Restaurant has great varieties of red wine.

The heater during daytime was very high ,bloody hot and also the ventilation system was bad. At mornings I thought that i woke up in an ashtray. The rooms were smelling cigarettes in a non-smoking room and floor. That was bad.

The room had a great view, the amenities were excellent, everyone was extremely helpful going above and beyond to make my stay a very good one, the bed was super comfortable and breakfast had a really good variety and was very tasty. Also the hotel is across the road from the train station.

Good location. Fifteen minutes’ walk from the Zhengzhou East Station. Convenient for tourists who arrive Zhengzhou by train or High Speed Rail. Good amenities in surrounding area. Mid sized room, with simple European-style interior design decoration, is clean, tidy and comfortable. Sound insulation is okay. Breakfast is good. The staff provide excellent service. This is a nice hotel with high C/P value.

Without a doubt, the worst hotel in China that I’d been in thus far because there is no “service” to speak of. No tour desk, no concierge and they don’t help guests to send something small like a postcard overseas, which is unheard of for an international chain. I had worked in hotels before and we always helped the guests to mail letters, postcards, parcels. The staff in Sheraton Qingdao and Wanda Realm Nanjing offered to bring the postcard to the nearest post office to send it but the staff at Innside simply said it’s not done here. They did offer their courier service which costs over 100RMB to send a postcard out of China. Excuse me, 100rmb for a postcard? Are you sending it to the moon?

Nice, contemporary hotel with well-appointed, contemporary rooms. The front desk staff we talked to knew very little English and when spoken to in Chinese, were not very helpful and generally confused when we asked for restaurant recommendations. Now, we understand that few Westerners probably stay at this hotel.

Hotel is just about 15 minutes walking distance from Zhengzhou East Railway station, so it is very convenience and surrounding the hotel, there are quite a number of places to eat and shop. Check-in and check-out is efficient and thank you for the room upgrade which is a plus to me and I requested for a late check-out, as I returned to the hotel after my meetings which was already 2 plus in the afternoon. Breakfast is included in the package, but breakfast was just okay, with limited varieties and it taste just average. Other than that, everything was great. Will be back for my next trip to Zhengzhou!

When I arrived the hotel,the front desk which called Eva Liu Received me,and gave me check-in so nicely.That makes me feel great at the first time. The room of the hotel was clean and quit,easy to get sleep.The bed was comfortable,that impress me deeply.Room service was quickly and user-friendly,and at the same time,I wanna thank for Eva's help,She is very patient, as is shown in her work.

The hotel is quite good, fresh new. Rooms is fabulous, clean and comfort. Breakfast is good, and there is a DJ during the breakfast, which. I. never seen in other. hotel in this area. Front desk is professional, the leady is sweet.
