Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr ruhig, wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer Balkon und Meerblick. Die Terrasse des Restaurants ist einmalig schön , es gibt Meerblick , und das Essen im Restaurant sehr gut. Ambiente im Empfangsbereich und Restaurant mit viel Liebe gemacht. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich.

Ein paar Details der Zimmer benötigen Erneuerung. ( z.B. die Zimmertüren)

hotel semplice con vista mozzafiato, spiaggia attrezzata privata e ristorante annesso. Camera superior con vista mare ottima scelta. Suggerimento: scegliere sempre la categoria di camera più alta disponibile, la differenza è tanta rispetto all'economy.

Da migliorare assolutamente la colazione: poca scelta, prodotti quasi sempre terminati e personale poco disponibile. Anche il ristorante, nonostante la bellissima location, ha prezzi alti e qualità media. Da rivedere la gestione di questa attività.

The hotel is conveniently located on the road towards Athens. The public areas have been beautifully renovated and are pleasant and welcoming. The rooms are fine, but do not expect luxury. The reception staff is friendly and helpful. There is a beach with chairs and towels. You need sea sandals.

The restaurant is acceptable, although the service could be better organized and more attentive. The breakfast was rather disappointing, and the coffee was of very poor quality. We were very surprised and felt very disturbing seeing Russian guests at this hotel, given the current situation in Europe. The entire hotel should also consider becoming smoke-free. Smoking on the beach, on the terraces of the restaurant and guest rooms can be disturbing for other guests. Given the increasing risk of wildfires in Greece, it would seem sensible to reconsider the current smoking policy.

La situation de cet hôtel est fabuleuse, posé a flanc de falaise, au dessus d’une magnifique plage de galets. Le restaurant est très bon, le cadre tellement agréable et le personnel serviable.

Un peu compliqué d’avoir du wifi, et la décoration des chambres reste très simple et classique.

Cafe is a bit pricey, you pay for the view. Lady in the reception was lovely but I had to wait long . You can see that the rooms are a bit dated. Shower was so small and had no door. Parking was really difficult.

Abbiamo trascorso un'ottima esperienza in questo hotel. La posizione è semplicemente fantastica, direttamente sul mare e a pochissimi passi da una spiaggia di sassi con un acqua davvero cristallina. Un servizio eccellente e utilissimo è la possibilità per i clienti di usufruire gratuitamente di ombrelloni, sdraio e teli mare. Bellissimi e curati tutti gli spazi comuni: dal giardino alla sala ristorante, fino alla zona bar. Un plauso speciale va a tutto il personale: dai ragazzi della reception ai camerieri del bar e del ristorante, fino allo staff delle pulizie. Abbiamo trovato una gentilezza, un'accoglienza e una disponibilità davvero eccezionali in ogni settore. In generale abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo sia i servizi offerti che la grande cura per l'ospite. Consigliatissimo!

Camere e pulizia: Le stanze risultano un po' datate e la pulizia del bagno non è apparsa del tutto curata. ​Ristorante: Il costo dei piatti è decisamente elevato per un tre stelle. Sebbene la materia prima fosse di buona qualità, i prezzi non sono giustificati, specialmente in Grecia dove si mangia benissimo anche nelle tipiche taverne a costi più contenuti. Il servizio al tavolo, inoltre, è risultato lento e poco attento.

מלון קטן וחמוד עם נוף מהמם לים. היינו בחדר עם נוף לים והיה וואו. החדר עצמו בסיסי למדיי אבל מספק. שהינו רק לילה אחד בדרך לפלופונס. הבחורה שהייתה בקבלה, שאינני זוכרת את שמה, הייתה מקסימה ושרותית ברמה מעל ומעבר למצופה. ממליצה על המלון בדרך מאתונה לטולו או נפיליו.

המסעדה במלון הייתה יקרה מאד יחסית ליוון.

the views and setting are excellent as is the breakfast (in comparison to other b&b's in greece) my room and the hotel were kept very clean and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Having a sun lounger and parasol on the private beach included in the price is great (saves you 10 - 15 euros a day).The whole experience was nice and laid back. If you want a peaceful holiday in a great setting i'd definitley give it a try.

The only problem I found is that unless you hire a car (or taxi) your kind of stuck there .There is nothing else around there so your forced to eat at the restraunt and purchase drinks from the bar which starts to get expensive.I did'nt find any mini markets close by and walking on the busy road is not for the faint hearted.

Ottima posizione

From a 10/10 experience to complete disappointment. This was our second visit to this hotel with our dog, as we chose it because it is pet friendly. Our first stay was excellent, and I even left a 10/10 review. Unfortunately, this time our holiday was completely ruined. We checked in in the evening and the next morning, when I went out to the balcony, I discovered that the balcony, the ledge and the chairs were covered with droppings. When I tried to clean the chair, dirt fell everywhere. I had literally been sitting on bat droppings. This was not only unpleasant but also a serious hygiene concern, both for us and for our pet. I also noticed that the room telephone was visibly dirty, which made us question the cleaning standards before our arrival. I reported the issue at reception. The receptionist was polite and tried to help, while housekeeping explained that it was caused by bats and said they would clean it when they were on the floor. Since there was no available room change and we had booked three nights, I asked to speak with a manager as we wanted to leave. One manager was polite, but unfortunately the lady who handled the situation was dismissive. She said it was the first time she had heard of such a problem and asked if it was “some birds”, although we had already been told it was bats. When I showed her photos, she sarcastically commented: “Oh, you have taken many photos.” Instead of a sincere apology, we were offered a voucher for the hotel restaurant, which after such a hygiene issue we obviously could not use. We left after the first night. It is truly disappointing that a hotel we previously rated 10/10 ended up ruining our holiday, not only because of the cleanliness issue, but also because of the way the situation was handled.

Het restaurant is heel goed en het uitzicht op zee prachtig. Het strand is ook fijn voor een frisse ochtendduik.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, man hatte uns einen Parkplatz reserviert. Die Rezeption ist 24h besetzt, ideal für eine frühe Abfahrt ab Piraeus.

I booked this hotel after being in Athens a couple of weeks and wanted to stay somewhere near the sea but was conveniently close for travel from Athens without the hassle of going to the islands via a ferry. The location close to Athens and airport (an hour) and direct access to the sea is what prompted me to stay, I booked very last minute. The rooms are basic but clean. The beds are super comfortable and bedding nice , feels expensive. Really enjoyed the balcony. Due to last minute booking I had two rooms booked , both similar. The hotel were very proactive in getting the second room ready quickly. This was very much appreciated and not expected. So thank you. The communal areas are nice, as is the restaurant area. Feels more upscale than the rooms. I think the hotel was at capacity , and it didn’t feel busy at all. Plenty of sun loungers on beach. Loads of tables in restaurant. It was very relaxing and chilled out stay. Access to the sea was lovely. The staff were friendly. I did not have breakfast but lunch / dinner was good though limited lunch menu. Oh and they did bar service to the beach. Waiter super friendly and regular checks if anyone wanted anything. It was exactly what I wanted and exceeded my expectations.

You need a car for area , as there is nothing within walking distance . It’s a main road , I walked this and would not recommend. I’m not sure there is anything close by either, so it’s a stay for the hotel and its access to sea. Though I think uber is available which was convenient. The plastic sun loungers on the beach. The hotel would feel much higher end with different loungers. They’re functional but the hotel would have different vibe with better loungers.

Fabulous location with beautiful private beach. Breakfast was indoors. Dinner was great value with an amazing view. Would highly recommend this hotel. Very romantic

The location, loby and restaurant were absolutely beautiful! The hotel is located on an isolated road, so the beach is reserved esclusively to those staying at the hotel. The balconies look out onto the water and the view is exceptional.

The rooms had a lingering smell of cigarettes from years ago. The ground floor was clearly recently renovated, but the rooms themselves, although comfortable enough, are very basic and slightly outdated. That said, if it wasn't for the smell, I wouldn't have been bothered and the rooms were clean and had everything you need.

La camera ed il bagno sono un po’ datati ma per una sola notte ci si può accontentare. Di sicuro la scelta di un alloggio vista mare e non parcheggio fa la differenza sulla godibilità del soggiorno.

I use that hotel often when I travel from coast to coast, normally on the way towards Piraeus. Every time I think "why do I take another ferry to go to the islands, this place is actually very nice". Good restaurant, friendly staff, own beach, beautiful view.

We stayed one night in this little hotel on our way back to Athens. It was perfect for a one-night stay: the room was comortable and we had a lovely balcony with an incredible 180° view over the sea. We were also able to make use of the hotel's beach right on the sea front. We had lunch there, which was OK but nothing special and rather expensive. We also had breakfast, which was absolutely fine.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the room was excellent with a beautiful sea view. Waking up to that view every morning was a wonderful way to start the day. The hotel has its own private beach, just a short walk away, making it a great place to relax and spend time by the sea. The breakfast is very good, and you can enjoy it outside while taking in the beautiful views of the sea and the surrounding greenery. One of the highlights was watching the turtles roaming freely around the garden, happily munching on vegetables offered by the guests. There is plenty of free parking available at the hotel. The location is excellent, perfectly situated between Athens Airport and the Peloponnese. It's an ideal place to spend a night before continuing your journey.

There were quite a lot of flies in the breakfast area, both indoors and outside. It may have been because of the unusually hot weather during our stay, or perhaps there are simply more flies in that area. We arrived for breakfast about 30 minutes before it ended, and several items had already run out, so we had to ask for them. It was a bit disappointing, although the staff happily brought us everything we requested.

Right on the water with amazing views. Friendly hotel staff. Only stayed here a night on our way back to the airport, but the beach was so close to the hotel.

What a fantastic way to begin our Greece road trip. We wanted to get out of Athens immediately after landing, and this hotel was perfectly located just over an hour from the airport and right on our route north. The setting is beautiful, directly on the sea, and the whole property feels welcoming and well cared for. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and relaxing, and the staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating from the moment we arrived. A special mention must go to the restaurant, which was exceptional. The food, service and atmosphere were outstanding and made our first evening in Greece truly memorable. We left feeling relaxed, well fed and excited for the journey ahead. Highly recommended.

Die Lage war sehr gut mit der Nähe zu Athen und dem Meer. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und schmackhaft. Die unteren Räumlichkeiten sind ansprechend renoviert.

Grober Kieselstrand, wo es auch rasch tiefer ins Meer geht. Die Zimmer selbst sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Teilrenoviertes Bad(Dusche/ gut) und Möbel und Gardinen, denen man das Alter ansieht.

The people in the restaurant were very nice and the food in the restaurant was also really nice. For dinner or lunch I would definitely recommend coming here.

I honestly don't think I have ever left a negative review on Booking before. We had booked a room and received a message the next day that our boat was cancelled. We asked to cancel the room because we couldn't make it. The hotel told us we couldn't cancel the room anymore but they could change it to a different date. Although the only other date we could make it would be fairly inconvenient we decided we would change our schedule to fit in Cokkinis Hotel. We couldn't change to the same room because they said it was booked, but it was available on Booking.com. - So we asked to move to another room in the same price range which was also available on booking but they said it was booked and we could only get a downgraded room for the same price we paid for the more expensive room. When we arrived at the hotel it was almost empty. We do not believe the room we paid for was booked, or a similar couldn't have been provided. The room we were in was definitely not worth the money and although the restaurant was nice (as mentioned before) we thought the rest of the hotel was definitely not worth what we paid for it.

Lovely hotel with beautiful grounds and a private beach. It was extremely dog friendly and our dog was allowed everywhere which isn’t often the case when hotels claim they are pet friendly!

One of the roads to the hotel is currently closed due to road works which made the journey in from the motorway difficult.

Het hotel ligt op een prachtige locatie en buiten zit je heerlijk en heb je mooi uitzicht over de zee. Het eten is er goed.

Het hotel is erg gedateerd en kan echt wel een upgrade gebruiken. Kamer is erg klein, smalle douche en alles gewoon oud. Ook was onze kamer niet schoongemaakt terwijl we toch wel het kaartje hadden opgehangen. Zelf daarom maar schone handdoeken gevraagd. Het ontbijt is minimaal en wordt onvoldoende gekoeld.

Don't understand why this hotel had bad reviews. I found the staff really good the food was great all in all for the price was brilliant
