Noble Hotel

Decent Hotel

Great location and staffs are extremely helpful and friendly.

The location is very convenient, 7-11 right around the corner. The room we stayed at is very spacious and very clean. Staffs are very friendly.

When other rooms use the shower, it can be heard at night.

Staffs are courteous.

Very close to night market and city center. Breakfast is amazing

Overall it was a clean and comfortable hotel. The free breakfast was also delicious. However, as others have written, the noise from the bedside is extremely loud. It's quiet unless the person next door is taking a bath.

In a quiet area. Hotel shows some ages.

It's a nice place to stay. The only complain is that the shower place is very tiny, hard to move around.

還好

Just near mother in law’s house,But,Not goo view when I open window. The room have smoke of cook.Because main floor is kitchen.the breakfast not changes everyday ,andalmost

Requires supervision, the common areas are neglected, as an example the entrance to the elevator in B1 is extremely dirty. The restaurant staff, very professional and friendly, made us have a very pleasant time.

Very nic location. Clean room

不錯

The bed is very hard.

All good

The property is overall nice and the staffs were courteous, but it is too far from the closest train station. We found ourselves taking a cab on multiple occasions to get to our hotel from the nearest train station.

One of the better value hotels in the area, though some of the rooms have a lingering cigarette smell. The free breakfast is good, and there is free parking too. The rooms are larger than normal and are clean.

Wifi in 7 Floor was broken ,Carpet was old and not clean and room was smelling of cigarette smoke.

Rooms were smelling cigarette smell.

Close to shops/restaurants and public transportation.

Tidy hotel. Convenience store is very near from Hotel. You can visit Japanese stores from this hotel on walk. (10mins) You should take a taxi to visit this hotel from 芝山 MRT station. It costs less than 100NTD.

The big problem with this hotel was that my "non-smoking" room was filled with the smell of stale cigarette smoke. Even the pillows smelled of old smoke. It was absolutely sickening. When I requested to be transferred to a non-smoking room as my reservation indicated, the staff informed me that they would sweep the floors and install an air filter (this was not done.) Over my 4-night stay, the air gradually grew fresher as I was able to open the window.

Friendly staff. Rooms are clean in general. The only problem was shower. The room we stayed in had a big bathtub and small shower. The shower room was narrow, even if we had closed the shower door properly, water leaked out making the whole bathroom floor wet. But other than that we were happy with the stay.

Although the hotel has a no smoking policy, it is common to have a smokey room. Laundry room offers free detergent, wash, and drying, yet is located in first floor men's room (no door, just 1 urinal). Continental breakfast 7 to 9:30 with both a estern and Asian cuisines. There were lots of mosquitoes, even around winter, so make sure not to open the windows as some room windows have no screens. 15 to 20 min walk to/from Zhishan Mrt, and close to Takashima, Sogo, and ShinKong Mitsukoshi. Hotel located right past corner of 7 Eleven at beginning of street. Convenient location.

Although dated, it’s clean and comfortable. B’fast was excellent.

A fine hotel for the price. The rooms are newly renovated, and the location is good if you have business in the area. The breakfast is okay, but is free so it's to be expected.

It was a good experience staying here as the staff are all so helpful and warm, especially the Housekeeper Ms Yeh and one Indonesian lady. The kitchen staff Jenny was great too. She gave us such good customer service during breakfast, and is always helpful. It makes our stay a memorable one!

The entire staff from the front desk, hotel room, and breakfast dining were friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend the Noble Hotel to anyone staying in the Shilin district. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

weird odor in the room, also smoke odor in room the water flow sound is loud nice staff but too follow the rules

Location was great as we could walk to most of the places we needed to go to during our stay. Staff was nice and the room was clean. Bathroom was updated and above average. TV remote was only in Chinese so we were unable to turn it on.

It was wonderful. Me and my husband was happy with hotel services. Staff were all helpful and polite. Food was tasteful. Easy access to Shilin MRT Station,Shilin Night Market and other areas in Shilin District. Walk a little bit and take a bus ride and you're there. Weak wifi on our floor but overall greatness!

Very close to Dayeh Takashimaya Department Store, very clean rooms, no cigarette smells (some hotels state no smoking allowed, yet their rooms still smells of cigarettes), toilet has seat warmer and bidet. OK breakfast, will stay here again!

Hotel was located in an area where it would be innately quiet. Though it was not that close to the city center to be picked up by your services, going to the MRT was easy. Taxis do not have a hard time locating it as well. Overall, we had a good experience in this hotel.
