Great and wonderful experience stay, Would highly recommend.

A Refined Retreat Surrounded by Nature Our stay was truly delightful from start to finish. The room was exceptionally comfortable. The surrounding natural landscape was absolutely beautiful—lush, serene, and a true highlight of the experience. The service overall was warm and professional. During our time in the restaurant, we met a Chinese lady in a suit (unfortunately we did not manage to catch her name) who shared helpful information about nearby attractions as well as the shuttle bus service, which added convenience to our stay. Breakfast was equally enjoyable. As for a small note of improvement, we were informed about the restaurant dress code (no tank tops allowed), and my daughter’s sleeveless halter neck attire was also addressed. While we fully respect the policy, it would have been appreciated if this had been communicated during check-in for better preparation. Similarly, the availability of the shuttle service would be beneficial to highlight upon arrival, as we only came to know of it later. Overall, it was a refined and enjoyable stay, and we truly appreciated the experience. We would gladly return.

Due to the location (nothing in direct vicinity except perhaps few residences), this hotel seems to cater mainly to company events, meetings and weddings. Staff is generally warm with smiles everywhere. The mini bar is complimentary at check-in. There is a large barrel of mineral water for you to dispense as much as you like. WiFi throughout the property does not need a password. Breakfast was above average - note that all the coffee machines were very slow. Air-con was strong, but a tad noisy. The chief problems are about the hardware. The age and relative lack of regular maintenance shows through: - my in-room safe was faulty - the packet that contains my room keys has TWO different room numbers on it (obviously it was reused) - my closet light was faulty (in the sense that it won’t switch off when doors were closed; to speak a word of fairness, the reception sent help quite quickly to permanently switch off those faulty lights) - my conditioner ran out by the second night - my room pillows were way too soft; and the hotel did NOT have a neck support pillow - toiletries did not have a shaver (luckily I brought my own!) - the quality of slippers was terrible (luckily I brought my own disposable ones) - there’s a strange smell in my bathroom that I still cannot figure out what it is - the lift sensor for the room key card is pretty slow (so please be patient!)

Anytime we have corporate visitors we stay here, always pleasant, the food is great, I recommend the 15th floor. Sartika in the Bella Vita was very helpful and friendly!

We had an overall great day at Wyndham Panbil Batam! My family truly enjoyed the experience. The atmosphere was pleasant, and it was a perfect spot for a quick getaway. We’ll definitely be back! We met friendly staff like Felicia too.

First time staying here and it definitely won’t be my last. I love the infrastructure and the presence of a salon and spa is a big plus. It would be even better if there were more shops like a convenience store or bakery. Dinner and breakfast had good variety, but the taste could be improved. Served by GRO Nuna and Fitri was top notch

We love the location. It is convenient. And level 2 pool Sartika is great.

Pleasantly decorated classy room, with first day br items free and a whole huge water container on tap for drinking. The Korean-Japanese restaurant Arirang and 15th Floor rooftop bar with Italian fare serves good food that will save you a trip out for more time at the pool / spa.

Had an amazing experience. The staffs were very friendly, helpful and hospitable. Specially Robert, Felix, Apriadi, Andri, Rozi and Perdi not forgetting the staff who prepared the omelette during breakfast buffet. Great experience highly recommended for anyone who is making a trip to Batam Island.

second time visiting here I brought my friend over for a short vacation,still I'm impressed with the service and the atmosphere. This time I came during the Ramadhan season we had a lot fun enjoying the iftar dinner and the live band through out the night . Again thank to Felicia which I'm surprised still here🤣😅 giving a wonderful service by always making sure we're comfortable during our stay! Stayed in the hotel to celebrate new years with the wife and qe had a wonderful stay. The staffs were all very friendly throughout the stayed and was willing to hellp at any given point in time. Will definitwly recommend to others. Cant wait to come again.

This is indeed a great hotel which i can give the best review. From the front entrance. Lobby managers and staffs, servers, bellboys, etc... all are just great service given by them. Even tho its my 1st time staying here they are treating us as a very special person with great hospitality. Thanks to all the staff. And new year eve is just great hosted by the staffs and the buffet dinner was so deliciouso which i cant explain. Thanks staffs will definately come back again.....

Luxurious and cosy 5 star hotel. Felix and Rozi made us feel so welcome! Location is perfect. Only 15 minutes drive to ferry terminal. The minister suite is a dream! Spacious and absolutely comfortable. The peranakan food at the ground floor restaurant is amazing and value for money.

This ia our 4th stay but first time after the Wyndham took over. Room is great!!! The staff are polite and attentive. The bed is ao comfy!! The hotel lobby had a fantastic makeover.

I enjoyed staying here and I had a pleasant experience. There are variety of foods to choose from for breakfast, it was yummy!

Staff are great. Wide variety of choices. Only thing is the cleanliness of the buffet areas need to be taken care of to ensure hygiene.

Overall it’s amazing but the food can be a little adjusted to an Indonesia taste. The staff is kind and friendly. One of the staff especially Indah greeted us and was very welcoming, great service .

We were entitled with high tea at Executive Lounge due to the tier of room we stayed in. Luisana was the staff that served us. She was thoughtful and hospitable, attentive to our needs beyond our expectations. For our room, the toilet comes with 2 doors. Of which, one is a sliding door without any locking mechanism. We were worried the kids will playfully open the door when the adults are using the toilet. The engineers found an indigenous way of sticking a door stopper to the floor so that the sliding door cannot be opened. This helped to ease our mind. Overall, we find that the staff readily attend to our needs. We were glad we chose Wyndham Panbil for our stay.

Both hotel and serviced apartments are neat and clean. Gym and pool facilities are good.Staff are very polite and helpful especially Valin who demonstrates a high level of hospitality and professionalism.She engages with and serves the guests , shows love and care , and make them feel at home.

Very great experience to stay at this hotel. Clean room and complete necessary. We feel so comfortable and our little baby girl sleep very well. The restaurant too, serve many kinds of food. Location is near golden prawn 993, pasar malam welcome to batam which is so affordable and nice. Everything is tip top, staff Mr Felix and Ms Sonta were welcoming and accommodating. Food spread was great. Vibes and environment at swimming pool and italian restaurant was so chill and nice.

I stayed at Wyndham Panbil Hotel Batam on 24th Nov, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The room was impressive : spotlessly clean, neatly arranged, and was maintained. I especially appreciated the in-room water gallon and the complimentary of amenities, including an iron and ironing board. I highly recommend choosing a Seaview room,the moment you draw the curtains, the breathtaking view is absolutely worth it😍 The hotel facilities are just as remarkable. There’s a fully equipped gym, infinity swimming pool & kids pool, a sauna on level 2 and they also provide the baby changing table(its help me a lot with 1 toddler)🫶🏼 Make sure you don’t skip bf next to the lobby! The selection is outstanding, and fantastic. There’s a fresh juice station where you can create your own blend, and to my surprise, they even serve steak(Wowwwww). It’s definitely a bf worth waking up for. Also appreciate the Kids Club, a perfect space for children to play and unwind, along with cute cake shop to satisfy your sweet cravings. The location is also strategic, just 2 km from a nearby mall, making it easy to pop out for shopping or dining. The lobby is spacious and elegant. Every staff member I met was warm, attentive, and professional. A special shoutout to Sonta from the Front Desk for the thoughtful assistance. I was also genuinely touched by the warm greeting from Mr. Bestrin, who appears to be a manager. He took d time to explain the hotel facilities in detail n even personally checked n asked on our stay, an exceptional gesture of heartfelt hospitality. Firstly, we booked this hotel for 3D2N stay also to celebrate my love's bdae as well and indicated to have a surprise. The GRO Team took the effort to even decorated the room upon check in and awhile later was being surprised with a mini slice bdae cake along with bdae song sang by GRO Team. Kudos to the GRO team and well done💞🫶🏻👍🏻💯 Secondly, the free shuttle service provided by Senior staff named Robert who drove us to mega mall and grand BATAM mall 💯. Thank you sir. Lastly, all the staffs there are well trained with quality service, interpersonal skills and great attitude with smiling face towards guests. Overall, we enjoyed our short 3D2N stay. It's a highly recommended to have your short/long trip.

All good and happy back to this hotel after taken over by Wyndham, the lobby and breakfast much better with food variations, the only suggestion I have mentioned during checked out this morning is, hotel management should notify to all hotel guest during check in not wearing singlet in restaurant, the person who stand in entrance should not allow for people coming in to restaurant with singlet, everyone must respect other guest.

My stay at Wyndham Panbil was pleasant. The food was great, and the whole place had a nice atmosphere. The front desk staff, especially "Mutia", was friendly and very helpful. They even surprised me for my birthday, which made the stay even better. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good getaway.
