Das von außen kaum zu bemerkende Hotel liegt nur 5 Gehminuten von der Kathedrale entfernt, Restaurants sind reichlich in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden. Trotz der zentralen Lage absolut ruhig. Das Hotel selbst hat einen unvergleichlich gemütlichen Charme. Die Ausstattung im Frühstücksraum ist fantastisch, man fühlt sich in einen englischen Tearoom versetzt. Sehr freundliches Personal!

Für ältere oder gar gehbehinderte Menschen eher nicht zu empfehlen, da es keinen Aufzug gibt und die Treppen doch recht steil sind. Was uns nicht gestört hat, aber vielleicht anderen negativ auffällt: Es gab kein Frühstücksbuffet, sondern abgezählte Baguette und Croissants an den Tisch. Mein Zimmer unter dem Dach hatte die Badewanne unter der Schräge, was beim Duschen hinderlich war, denn aufrechtes Stehen war nicht möglich.

Non trovare qualche asciugamano in più, i cuscini troppo morbido, il letto alla francese è troppo stretto e non trovare la camera rifatta

Wenn man ein spätes Frühstück genießen wollte,war es nicht wirklich möglich,da eine Gruppe von amerikanischen Touristen um 10 Uhr ankommt, um selber an einer Verkostung teilzunehmen....man sollte "Platz" machen!...:(

Nettes kleines Hotel in exzellenter Lage für einen Besuch in Rouen.

Lage war sehr zentral, Frühstück gut und Personal freundlich und das Zimmer sauber

Leider war es nicht möglich in der Badewanne gerade zu stehen um zu duschen. Das Zimmer war durch die Schrägen extrem klein. Es ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

It is situated perfectly for the town centre. The courtyard was nice at the front of the hotel.

The lady was quite abrupt and snappy when we were checking out. It is a bit too basic for my liking. No bedside lamps, the room is very tired, the bed was uncomfortable. The toilet was should we say a little tired too. Don't expect to get a shower if you are taller than 4.5 feet. The bath had marks on it, the edge of the tiles were needing a good clean need I go on. We were so glad to reach our destination in Samur that we both had a shower. The stairs are struggling too, don't lean on the bannister or it might be your last time! Not great and certainly won't be back.

Lots of character. Right in the old town. Good value for this classification. Friendly staff. Lovely courtyard. Really nice

Location was the best feature being in the centre of the city. There’s a lovely garden where drinks can be taken. There was no trouble storing luggage.

There were no tea making facilities in the room. The bath was just a wee high to climb into.

Non ho gradito il disinteresse da parte dello staff a un problema che ho segnalato una volta lasciata la struttura. Penso di aver lasciato in camera un paio di scarpe di cui ho chiesto notizie via piattaforma, mail e telefono, senza ricevere nessuna risposta. Chiedere e' lecito, rispondere è cortesia. Ergo .....

Kleines Hotel in der Fußgängerzone von Rouen, alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten im Umkreis von 5 min. Kleine, funktionale Zimmer. Sehr schönes Café im Innenhof, leckere Kuchen und kleine Speisen.

Wir waren in der Sommerhitze da, mit Ventilator konnten wir schlafen.

Tipica casa a graticcio con una corte interna molto carina. La nostra camera era all’ultimo piano con vista sui tetti di Rouen.

La struttura è in una bella casa antica ma è un po’ lasciata andare. Le camere sono piuttosto spartane, vecchie e poco curate.lSicuramente costa poco ma in Normandia per lo stesso prezzo abbiamo trovato delle strutture molto più belle.

Typisch Frans, kamers zijn niet echt ruim, maar zoals gezegd: de lokale was heel erg goed.

Reservei a acomodação com 2 meses de antecedência. No dia do meu checkin, enquanto dirigia de Paris para Rouen, recebi uma mensagem de que o quarto reservado estava com problema e que tinham me mudado pra outro hotel próximo. O hotel em questão era muito inferior, tanto em avaliação quanto em estrutura, no entanto fui cobrada a mesma tarifa. Agradeço o fato que terem providenciado um novo hotel, porém ao menos poderiam pensar em buscar um hotel na mesma categoria. Claro que por estar dirigindo em uma estrada que não conhecia, indo pra uma cidade que eu não conhecia, não pude ficar administrando essa situação - por isso que fiz reserva com a antecedência - e aceitei a troca. O atendimento do hotel que me hospedei foi ótimo, no entanto foi uma pessima experiência na minha primeira noite de férias, é totalmente inferior ao conforto que sempre busco nas minhas reservas.

Nous avons aimé l’emplacement. L’accueil était bien aussi.

Pas de climatisation. C’était la canicule, alors nous avons eu très chaud. Le bain était très petit aussi.

Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in der Altstadt - nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zur Kathedrale. Unsere Fahrräder durften wir eine Nacht in einer Art Vorratskammer abstellen. Und das Frühstück bekamen wir auch früher, weil unser Zug so früh abfuhr. Der Innenhof ist sehr schön . Das Mittagessen war ebenfalls prima.

Die Verbindungstür im Zimmer 33 ist inakzeptabel. V.a. im Badezimmer teilweise unsauber. Die Einrichtung ist teilweise reparaturbedürftig (Glasetagere im Badezimmer, Schranktüren, Duschkopf)

Ein sehr hübsches kleines Hotel nahe der Altstadt

Einfacher Komfort ist okay, aber es sollte sauber sein Punkt der Fußboden war dreckig und das warme Wasser der Dusche dauerte fünf Minuten.

Sehr zentrale Lage in der Innenstadt. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Frühstück französisch mit Croissant und Marmelade. Rustikaler Charme, Personal sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, aber für eine Nacht ausreichend.

Das Bad bräuchte mal eine Renovierung, war aber sauber.

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte. Ambiente molto piacevole, cortile interno e sala colazione molto caratteristici. Camera piccola e semplice ma accogliente e soprattutto in pieno centro storico. Colazione ottima Parcheggio auto a pagamento a pochi metri dalla struttura e convenzionato. Siamo stati molto bene

It's a beautiful old-style hotel. The gate is locked in the evening. You can enjoy the terrace. It is very close to everything. I thought the breakfast was delicious (fresh bread, croissants, jam, coffee / tea / hot chocolate, fresh juice), my husband thought it was a bit simple. Friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay and would like to stay again.

The room (on the third floor) was hot (in summer). The small fan couldn't cope with all of us. Luckily we had brought an extra fan from home. There is no lift, so pack light and consider your access needs.

Die Möblierung in unserem Zimmer war wirklich alt, aber es hatte alles Nötige. Wir haben nicht mehr erwartet.

Mooi gebouw, goede locatie en vriendelijke ontvangst. Mogelijkheid om fietsen te stallen. Het ontbijt is goed, maar neem er je tijd voor als er veel gasten zijn omdat ze je aan tafel bedienen. Goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.

De Wifi werkte niet op onze kamer (in de rest van het gebouw en de lobby wel). Aangezien onze kamer naast de eetzaal lag, was er 's ochtends wel wat rumoer van het ontbijt. Als je een smart-tv belangrijk vindt, dan ben je hier waarschijnlijk aan het verkeerde adres.

La posizione è ottima per visitare Rouen, a pochi passi dalle principali mete turistiche; inoltre la struttura è molto bella, sia all'interno che all'esterno. La camera è piccola, ma fornita dell'essenziale, e molto curata nell'arredamento.

La camera non è bene insonorizzata, perciò si sentivano i rumori prodotti dagli altri ospiti passando sulle scale.

Das Frühstück war sehr knapp französisch, aber in Ordnung. Die Zimmer lagen in der Sonne, der Ventilator war viel zu schwach und es war sehr heiß.

Ideale ligging midden in het centrum en op slechts 2 minuten lopen van parkeergarage.

Een airco was wellicht nu fijn geweest, maar alle kamers hadden een ventilator.

Sehr zentral zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt gelegen, auch eine Reihe von Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe. Unkomplizierter einfacher und freundlicher Check-Inn. Einfache Zimmer, recht ruhig. Schöne Atmosphäre beim Frühstück im Innenhof.
