Room was superb, staff were brilliant. Breakfast was excellent.This really is a very unique and well run hotel.

Hotel is in the old town centre, excellent location but there is a limit on the number of parking spaces available. The staff were very accommodating in helping to secure parking beside the hotel. This is not really a negative point but just a reality of such an excellent location.

La gentilezza e l’accoglienza dello staff, la pulizia delle camere e la ricca colazione

La stanza era grande ed affacciava sul castello, la pulizia è impeccabile, ed è dotata di ogni confort. Tutte le dipendenti sono state molto gentili e disponibili con noi, specialmente con le nostre bimbe. Inoltre, essendo nel centro storico del paese, viene fatto un permesso per l'accesso alla Ztl, e viene fornito un parcheggio per l'auto, e secondo me questo è un plus importante.

Soggiorno di una sola notte, ma esperienza davvero molto positiva. Hotel 4 stelle ben curato, camera pulita e confortevole e personale gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente l’accoglienza e la qualità dei servizi, ottima anche la colazione, con una buona scelta e attenzione anche alle esigenze senza glutine. Anche se siamo rimasti solo una notte, ci siamo trovati benissimo e torneremmo sicuramente. Struttura assolutamente consigliata!

Sinceramente non abbiamo riscontrato particolari aspetti negativi. Siamo stati bene, l’hotel è curato e il soggiorno è stato piacevole e la gentilezza delle persone che ci lavorano. Nel complesso siamo rimasti soddisfatti e non abbiamo nulla di negativo da segnalare.

The hotel was very well located, short walk to the marina. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choices served by lovely friendly staff. The staff in the hotel were exceptional, I stayed for 6 nights as my husband became unwell and required surgery in the local hospital. The staff were so caring and helpful through a very stressful time. I would highly recommend the Palazzo Bonomi for its location and wonderful staff.

There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel

The location is ideal. The staff was incredibly friendly, efficient and nice. Breakfast offered a wide range of choices. The room was perfect with a nice balcony overlooking the piazza and towers.

I prefer to make my own coffee. There truly was nothing else that I didn't like. For people who cannot climb stairs, the rooms are located up one flight. Fortunately, this is not an issue for me.

This is a beautiful Hotel in the historical centre of Bisceglie. Very near the port and town centre. The rooms are so comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff are so helpful and friendly.. very nice breakfast.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort, aber das Zimmer war ein Traum sogar mit Himmelbett. Am Hafen ist man in 5 Minuten, so die Lage ist Top. Das Personal unglaublich nett. Wir bekamen sogar Sanwiches zum Mitnehmen mit, da wir früh los mussten.

A lovely stay in the middle of the city center, in front of the castle. Fantastic service with a glas of prosecco when we arrived and very friendly staff. The breakfast was really nice with excellent service and all kinds of Italian food. We can really recommend this hotel!

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön ruhig an einem Platz am Rand des historischen Zentrums in der Z.T.L gegenüber einer alten Befestigungsanlage. Unser modernes Doppelzimmer war geräumig, gut ausgestattet, die Betten komfortabel und vom kleinen Balkon mit Tisch und Bestuhlung hatten wir einen schönen Blick auf eben den Platz und die Sehenswürdigkeit. Zum Hafen mit seinen Restaurants oder in das historische Zentrum waren es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Das Hotel sorgt dafür, das nach Einfahrt in die verkehrsberuhigte Zone (Z.T.L.) eine nachträgliche Erlaubnis bis zur Abreise erteilt wird. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut.

Wunderschönes kleines Hotel in Top-Lage; überaus freundliches und qualifiziertes Personal; bestes Frühstück, das wir je in Apulien bekommen haben; Parken vor dem Haus möglich; hier kümmert sich der Chef persönlich um seine Gäste!

Ein außergewöhnliches Haus, sehr stilvoll, in bester Weise ein persönlicher Empfang mit grosser Herzlichkeit, Zimmer, die man wahrscheinlich so schön kaum findet, Parkplatz vor der Tür und kostenfrei, Frühstück mit herrlichem Kuchen, Obst, Käse, Wurst, italienische Delikatessen alles in unglaublicher Vielfalt. Toll!

Très bon petit déjeuner Nous avons eu la chance d'être sur classés avec une belle chambre avec balcon donnant sur la place. Un verre de prosecco nous a été proposé à l'arrivée nous avons apprécié l'attention même si nous avons décliné l'offre. La chaleur et la fatigue nous a fait préférer un grand verre d'eau. Le lit est très confortable et la déco est un heureux mélange de contemporain et d'ancien. Beaucoup de charme.

Nosu aurions apprécié une bouilloire dans la chambre.

A lovely property in a quiet location and within easy walking distance of the harbour. Very large and well decorated bedroom. Helpful staff, especially Georgia who assisted us in dealing with a penalty notice from the Autostrada.

Perhaps a more comprehensive choice at breakfast.

Magnífica ubicación. Las vistas de nuestra habitación tanto al castillo como a la calle principal. Tienen habilitadas varias plazas de aparcamiento y te permiten entrar en la zona restringida del casco antiguo. El trato del personal es excelente.

This was a top-notch choice. Once I was finally able to check in 😀! Everything about the Bonomi is top-notch. The room was wonderful, with a great view of the piazza. The staff was attentive and kind. The breakfast was excellent! I can highly recommend it!

Jedynym minusem był brak czajnika w pokoju i możliwości samodzielnego przygotowania np. herbaty dla dziecka. Co prawda istniała opcja zamówienia herbaty do pokoju, jednak dostęp do podstawowego wyposażenia byłby dużym udogodnieniem.

Excelente localização. O pequeno almoço era bom, mas era só parcialmente buffet. É incomodo ter que pedir até uma água....

Não tinha praticamente amenities, decoração muito antiquada, toalhas rotas, com grandes buracos, os funcionários não falavam inglês. Muito pouco profissionalismo. Não deveria ter 4 estrelas, não cumpre os critérios minimos para 4 estrelas.

Toutes nos félicitations au charmantes hôtesses qui nous ont accueillis, Nada, Pierra et Maria Gracia., pour leur cuisine, leurs attentions. Un bon emplacement pour découvrir les Pouilles du nord, Gargano y compris, à 30 minutes de l’aéroport de Bari.

Hôtel idéalement situé dans la partie historique de la ville, à proximité immédiate du port. Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique et attentif au bien-être de ses clients. Le petit déjeuner, gargantuesque, est servi à table, ce qui est particulièrement appréciable. Petit plus : une coupe de bienvenue nous a été offerte à notre arrivée. Possibilité de stationner devant l’hôtel, pourtant situé en zone ZTL.

Siamo stati ricevuti con grande calore e familiarità in un albergo decisamente elegante. Si tratta di un palazzo signorile molto ben ristrutturato. C’è una stanza angolare di grande ampiezza con balconi su due affacci diversi. Tutto era rivestito di marmo e le finestre arredate con bellissimi tendaggi. La stanza è dotata dei più moderni accorgimenti. Il bagno era una vera spa. A colazione c’era l’imbarazzo della scelta, e la prerogativa, ovviamente, erano leccornie pugliesi . La gentilezza e la premura del personale valgono il soggiorno

In centro a Bisceglie, ma si può facilmente raggiungere in auto, comodo anche il parcheggio. Camera spaziosa buon materasso, buon confort in generale.
